Perfect relaxing stay
We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful property. Marie and Bernard gave us a warm welcome and were helpful throught the stay. A fabulous area to visit from busy towns along the coast to beautiful villages inland. We will be returning to explore the area further! Thank you for making our holiday so peaceful and relaxing.

Beautiful accomodation in great location
Wonderful family holiday at a good location easy for Cannes, Nice, Antibes and Monaco, in annexe of beautiful villa with private pool. Hosts live in main building but are thoroughly respectful, helpful and pleasant. We couldn’t have wished for a better time and hardly knew they were there. Recommended for small family groups.

Perfect holiday, lovely house and very kind hosts
My husband and I spent 7 restful days at l'Annexe. We received a warm welcome by Marie and Bernard who are very kind and respectful of guests' privacy. The house is very comfortable, well furnished, very clean, very quiet, with a wonderful private garden. Marie and Bernard are perfect hosts who put a lot of effort in making guests feel at home.

Beautiful Sejour at Mandelieu
I had the most wonderful stay at the beautiful Villa l'Estampille! Marie and Bernard were the most accommodating of hosts. The property and the home were spotless, and exactly like depicted in the photos. I would not hesitate to stay there again and I recommend it highly do anyone looking for some serenity up above the Cote d'Azur! Sincerly, Matthew

Two weeks of joyful escape
We loved our stay at this beautiful, grand annex./villa. Our hosts Marie and Bernard, were always gracious and friendly. The photos really do justice to what is going to be your experience. Every meal was joyful aided by the stunning views. The only slight downside was the need for a car to get to any of the restaurants or beaches in the area. But hey, time in your own pool and all the privacy and peacefulness you need more than make up for it. Thank you.

Best vacation
The house was clean, furnished to perfection. When I entered, it looked even better than the pictures. The owners, Marie and Bernard, a lovely couple, they were very helpful and accommodating. The house was private, had a beautiful small garden in the backyard, that smelled lovely from the Jasmin and lavander. The location was perfect and a quiet lovely small town, but close and easy to get to Cannes and sorrunding old pictoresque villages. My friends and I had an amazing time, and I would go back there, and probably chose the same house again. Thank you Marie and Bernard for everything!

Excellent séjour
Marie et Bernard sont des hôtes très agréables et très discrets. Ce gîte de charme est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et le jardin est particulièrement soigné. La location correspond à l'annonce et à nos attentes. Situation idéale à proximité de la ville, des plages et de l'arrière pays. Merveilleuse région que nous aimons chaque année un peu plus.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa pour notre première venue sur la côte d’Azur et nous n’avons pas été déçu. Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé, au calme, dans un cadre magnifique (jardin, piscine, terrasse) et à proximité de l’autoroute pour visiter les alentours. Marie et Bernard sont des hôtes accueillants, sympathiques et de bons conseils pour les visites/restaurants. Nous recommandons ce logement qui correspond parfaitement au descriptif et photos

Wir haben das Haus von Samstag bis Samstag gebucht und uns vorher die Rezensionen angesehen. Zu aller erst möchte ich sagen - dass die Einliegerwohnung, bzw. das Nebengebäude und das Haupthaus selber sehr hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtet sind. Jedoch fehlte es an den einfachsten Dingen wie Toiletenpapier, scharfen Messern, Gewürzen, Öl, usw. Wir haben lediglich 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier für unten und 1 Rolle für das obere Badezimmer erhalten sowie 3 Spülmaschinentabs. Alles andere mussten wir selber kaufen und nehmen es natürlich wieder mit! Aber das war nicht das Allerschlimmste. Wir mussten uns tatsächlich an die Poolzeiten von 14.00-18.30 Uhr halten. In den vorherigen Rezensionen wurde dies bereits bemängelt und der Vermieter hat angegeben, dass dies auch verhandelbar sei. Leider nein, denn wir bekamen lediglich 1 Stunde am Vormittag von 10.00-11.00 Uhr dazu. Diese Zeiten sind natürlich total ungünstig, wenn man im Urlaub ist. Man möchte doch morgens vielleicht kurz eine Runde im Pool drehen und abends, wenn man von seinen Ausflügen zurückkommt - also nach 18.30 Uhr. Wir hatten 2x nachgefragt, ob wir auch nach 18.30 Uhr noch den Pool benutzen dürfen - leider nein und es war auch nicht verhandelbar. Der Vermieter ist dabei sehr strikt und schließt die Eingänge zum Pool ab! Ebenso hatte man den Eindruck, dass die Vermieter ständig mit der Stoppuhr oben stehen und alles genau beobachten und immer pünktlich nach Hause kommen, um zu überprüfen, dass wir nicht mehr nach 18.30 Uhr im Pool sind. Fazit: Das Haus ist mega toll, der Pool ein absoluter Traum. Wenn man aber Urlaub mit Poolbenutzung sucht, so würde ich das Haus keinesfalls empfehlen!! Wir finden, wenn man Gäste aufnehmen möchte um ihnen einen schönen Urlaub zu bescheren, gibt man ihnen doch die besten Zeiten im Pool. Wenn man das nicht machen möchte, dann sollte man besser kein Gastgeber sein. Ebenso war die Verständigung recht schwer, da die Vermieter kein, bzw. wenig Englischkenntnisse haben. Wir haben netterweise frische Tomaten geschenkt bekommen, darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Über eine längere Poolzeit hätten wir uns allerdings viel mehr gefreut. Schade!

Une maison confortable non loin de Cannes et de Saint Raphaël
Nous avons apprécié de séjourner chez Marie et Bernard dans une maison agréable, confortable décorée avec soin. Nous étions au calme et cependant non loin des routes menant à Cannes, à Grasse ou à Saint Raphaël. Profiter de la piscine au retour des ballades est un plaisir supplémentaire. Voilà une adresse Idéale pour deux ou trois personnes qui souhaitent passer une semaine sur la Côte d'Azur.

Très jolie maison, très agréable
Maison vraiment jolie, meublée avec goût. Extérieur très agréable. Piscine, jardin et terrasse vraiment bien. Marie et son époux sont des personnes très sympathiques, discrètes et à l'écoute. Cette maison est un havre de paix et on peut compter sur les propriétaires pour nous aider si on a besoin de quoi que ce soit. Que ce soit en rapport avec la maison ou pour nous donner des indications sur les environs. Très contente de mon séjour. Je recommande chaudement.

Très bien!
Très jolie petite maison indépendante, annexe de la maison des propriétaires qui sont charmants, disponibles et très discrets. Jolie déco, bonne literie, internet par fibre, piscine à débordement avec très jolie vue, grand barbecue sur la terrasse ombragée, proximité du village de Pégomas pour les courses, tout y est pour passer de très bonnes vacances. Je recommande!
