Lugar perfeito, exatamente como anunciado!!! Próximo a praia, não há necessidade de utilizar o carro. Muito boa!

A estadia num geral foi ótima! A casa é próxima a praia, basta atravessar a rua. É organizada e bem limpa. Só o Wi-Fi e a TV que não funcionaram, mas o Ulysses prestou assistência a fim de resolver! Voltaremos com certeza!

O melhor anfitrião que minha familia ja conheceu , Sr Wilson extremamente antensioso junto com seu filho sempre à disposição para ajudar com oque for na hospedagem. Casa super limpa e com todos os utensílios imagináveis a disposição. Local privilegiado a poucos metros da praia e do centro. Piscina e churrasqueira ótima! Passamos 5 dias (carnaval) no flat com muita tranquilidade. O condomínio é bem cuidado e na frente da praia. O Sr Wilson é atencioso, tirou todas nossas dúvidas antes da viagem.

O condomínio é muito bom, mas não recomendo somente por causa do condomínio, e o flat é muito bom também, mas minha recomendação é feita porque o Sr. Wilson foi muito atencioso, cortez e honesto. Deu toda atenção antes, durante e depois da minha estadia e, sim, lá é muito bom, condomínio, flat e perto da praia Espero voltar. Grande abraço seu Wilson, muito obrigado.

Flat bem agradável, confortável e limpo. Sempre fico no condomínio Sun House quando vou p/ Maresias, e de longe este foi o melhor flat onde fiquei até hoje, e com certeza irei voltar. Flat muito bem localizado, em um ótimo condomínio. O dono Sr. Wilson nos deu total segurança, além de nos responder todas nossas dúvidas com grande atenção. Ótimo Flat!

Gostaria de dividir com todos a ótima estadia que tive junto a minha família no flat de seu Wilson. Quando chegamos o apartamento estava mto bem limpo e arrumado, ele é exatamente como nas fotos e comporta mto bem acomodadas 6 pessoas. A piscina do condomínio é grande é linda! A praia fica pertinho, basta atravessar uma rua e andar por uma viela (quem já foi a Maresias sabe como é). Os funcionários do condomínio também são muito amigáveis. O apartamento possui apenas uma vaga de estacionamento mas nosso outro carro ficou bem a frente a portaria e protegido por uma corrente (como em comércios). Seu Wilson é uma pessoa mto educada e não tivemos qlq problema com o aluguel, fazendo tudo pela internet. Obrigada!
