PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Gorgeous gardens

The property is surrounded by established flowering trees, koi ponds, a quiet pool, and loads of birds. It has an open air concept with fans to stay cool. We enjoyed the large space and full kitchen.

Garden setting in Poipu

This was a spacious condo in the heart of Poipu. It was a quiet place to stay and the pool was never too busy. It was centrally located to all the fun activities for families with older teens. Stores are within walking distance. It was a great place to stay!

The appliances were 40 years old

The kitchen was about 40 years old. If you are over 5’10” you will crack your head on the hanging cupboards. The fridge was leaking from the freezer into the fridge. It leaked for the month we were staying. Two of the four stovetop burners did not work. The washing machine was falling apart along the dials. The dryer DID NOT WORK. It took 2 1/2 hours to dry two bath towels, two hand towels and two kitchen towels. During the last days it would shut off after four minutes and would not start again for half an hour. We would have welcomed a king size bed and a newer mattress, instead of a queen size bed. Most of the sheets were made for a king bed so we’re hanging to the floor. All that being said, the lanai was nice, the kitchen had lots of equipment which was good. We found it hot at night with no air conditioning, and ran 4 fans and 3 overhead fans continuously. I would never stay in this unit again.

Poipu beach sunsets ❤️

Loved the location. It was close to Poipu beach, restaurants and very nice condo Complex. We were on the 3rd floor with no elevator so we definitely got some exercise carrying luggage, water and groceries. Very nice layout and nice to have a balcony. Easy to find .

Beautiful Condo

We’ve visited Kauai for years, but this is the first time staying at Waikomo Streams. Unit 420 was spacious and beautifully furnished. I did have to get used to sound of bullfrogs at night; I’m used to roosters but never heard frogs on Kauai.

Great location - dated unit

The property manager - Parrish Kauai - were excellent and extremely responsive. We needed a toaster as the unit did not have one and they brought a new toaster, in box, within a couple of hours. We also had an issue with the clothes dryer vent and maintenance showed up the same day to fix it. I would give the company 5 stars. The unit however was a little disappointing. It is very dated and the photos online are old. The kitchen cabinets were rather gross - lots of built up grime on the handle areas and the insides of the lower cabinets had a nasty ammonia smell to them. The couch needs replacing as it is extremely uncomfortable and has little cushioning left in it. Most of the outlets could not hold a plug, they simply fell out. The lighting inside is dim - don't expect to be able to see much after dark. The location of the unit being in the "garden" makes the bird noise extremely loud. With no air conditioning, you leave the windows open at your own expense as the birds will wake you before dawn. Positives: Bathrooms were clean and the showers were modernized. Beds were clean and fairly comfortable. New teak table on the balcony was nice to sit at and enjoy the weather. The airiness of the upstairs loft made sleeping comfortable even with the high humidities of Hawaii. Lots of fans available to keep air moving. Close to the road for easy walking to shops and to Koloa Landing for sunsets.

Great location, great everything

Arrived late on a Friday evening. The very first thing we did was manage to lock ourselves out with keys and phones inside. Asked an occupant in a nearby unit who very generously let me use her phone to call the Parish Collection management. They had someone out to let us in within 10 minutes. From that point on everything about our stay was flawless. Terrific accommodation for a family of 4. Lots of hot water for our showers. Unlike some other places everything here worked and functioned as expected. And the location was perfect. Body boarding at Poipu beach literally a 2 1/2 minute drive down the road, every day. No air conditioning, but an abundance of fans that worked great so didn’t notice the heat. Would definitely stay here again if we get a chance to return.

Relaxing stay in Poipu

We love staying at Waikomo Stream villas, it’s close to everything, quiet and the grounds are straight up from a botanical garden. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed, even sharp knifes for cooking!! We’ll definitely be back. Mahalo!

Great location

The location of this condo makes almost the entire town walkable. Everything was between a 5-20 minute walk away... including shops, the beach, and restaurants. We were here for a wedding and we were able to walk to the rehearsal, the venue, and to brunch! It was awesome! Plus the bus picks up and drops off right across the street, so getting to and from Lihue Airport was a breeze as well (and only costs $5 per person)!!!! Next time we come to Poipu, we will try to stay in these villas again.

Pour visiter Waimea

Très grand condo pour 2 couples. Les deux salles de bains furent rénovés, plancher du rez de chaussée changé pour du plancher flottant. Zone de piscine très agréable. Deux petits centres d’achat à proximité, plages à proximité et coucher de soleil extraordinaire et tout cela à pied. Bon point de départ pour aller visiter Weimea. Environ 1:15 de route pour se rendre à l’extrémité du parc de Weimea. Seuls points négatifs; l’odeur dans les armoires de cuisine et seulement 3 chaises de plage et 3 coupes à vin. Matelas du 2 étage se creuse dans le milieu mais pour une semaine c’est sans conséquence.

Love the condo! In the two-story loft, it felt like we were sleeping in the trees amid the birds of Kauai! Appliances and fixtures, however, could use an update. And the beds were a little bit too firm for our taste.
