Welcome to Elysian Escape! Here you'll find a Newly Remodeled (2100 sq ft) lakefront home that allows you to truly enjoy all Lake Norman has to offer. Enter through large glass entry-doors to hardwood floors throughout the abode, and enjoy lake views from almost every room in the home.

The home's living room features an open floor plan with a 55' LED flatscreen TV over a corner fireplace. Also, a desk area for wireless internet access with granite top and plenty of room for storage.

A gourmet kitchen, complete with GE Monogram stainless steel appliances, allows the chef of the group to easily prepare most any type of meal. A built in 32' LED TV will keep the chef and others entertained. A breakfast nook allows early risers to enjoy relaxing views of sunrises along the eastern view of beautiful Lake Norman.

Spacious dining room, with seating for 13 people, also has relaxing views of the lake

Master Suite #1 features a queen-sized bed with matching nightstands, dresser/mirror, and chest of drawers, 32' LED TV, Large walk-in closet, French Doors allow lake views and access to the backyard and lake (via brick walkway), private bathroom, with double vanity, tiled shower and separate soaking bathtub.

Master Suite #2 features a queen-sized bed, a matching nightstand, dresser w/ mirror, chest of drawers, 32' LED TV, private bathroom with double vanity, jacuzzi bathtub, and large shower. French Doors allow beautiful views and access to deck and lake.

Master Suite #3 features two twin-sized beds, nightstand, small dresser, two closets, 19' LED TV, spacious private bathroom with double vanity. French Doors allow beautiful views and access to deck and lake. These doors also include a two-way locking deadbolt.

A contemporary half-bath off of the main living area keeps traffic out of the master suites. The home also has a washer and dryer.

Spacious deck complete with gas grill and table with umbrella and six chairs and two other chairs provide enough to make outdoor entertaining easy.

Private dock for swimming, fishing and kayaking. Several companies offer boat rentals and will deliver to the dock.

Private community access lot for escorted launching of boats.

We offer comfortable beds, high-quality linens, towels, paper products, soap, shampoo, cleaning products, and a completely furnished kitchen. Books, games, cards, kayaks(2), paddle boat and water equipment allows for everyone to have something fun to do while on vacation.

Starting in 2017, we will offer pontoon rentals with the property. Please inquire for rates and additional information.

An awesome getaway
The entire property is wonderful. Nice large deck overlooking the water. A small beach. Everything you could want being on a waterfront property. It is on a quiet street. Restaurants and grocery are nearby. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable. The property manager is friendly and helpful. Cannot say enough positive things about our stay.

Lake Norman Gem
We rented the property while attending a family wedding located in Troutman. A well appointed home located in an excellent location close to I-77, local shopping (Publix grocery 1 mile away), excellent restaurants (Eddies on Lake Norman) and favorite CLT attractions. The home is on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful lake views and easy access to kayaks, paddle boards and a small private beach. The owner, Jeff, made us feel right at home. He was consistently responsive to any questions. The only reason for the 4 rating on the listing information is because it lists the home sleeps 10; however, we saw enough beds to accommodate 6 guests (the living room couch may have been a pull out) which would mean the home can sleep 8. The lake is easy to navigate by boat with over 500 miles of shoreline. Highly recommend the property for a family vacation or couples retreat.

Little slice of heaven.
Spent a week at this little oasis. House comes fully equipped with everything we needed as we flew into the area from MA. The water is beautiful, clear, clean, sandy bottom. My young children had a blast! There is a nice sandy beach to relax and play on. Docks to jump off of. Every bedroom suite has its own bathroom which was hugely helpful!! Plenty of room for family games and relaxing. The owner Jeff was extremely friendly and helpful and very quick to respond. Will likely be making this a yearly trip!

We were all very excited for our family trip. The house was perfect for our group size and definitely appreciated every room had its only full bathroom. Jeff was very friendly and fast to respond to any question we had. No need to take any water toys he has them all. We will definitely be going back.

Beautiful vacation spot!
This home was the perfect spot for our family to meet up and reconnect for the weekend. The location on a quiet cove is amazing and the views are incredible. The host was so accommodating and helpful with any requests we had. We rented one of the pontoon boats and it was so enjoyable to go around the lake as a family. Great Experience
It's a great house for a getaway to the lake. Perfect for a family or group of friends. The backyard is lovely, with great access to the lake. The host was very responsive. We had spotty internet coverage one day, and he immediately replaced the modem and fixed the issue. We would definitely stay at this property again. Highly recommended!

Perfect lake house
The house was perfect for our family vacation. The house has a great beach, lots of fun toys like boats, kayaks, paddle boat and paddle boards. Jeff was a wonderful host, very accommodating and even invited us to his bonfire. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for your stay, even paper products. Be house is located near lots of shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this property.

Family Time!
This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. 2 years in a row and both have been great experiences. The size of the house, number of bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect for us. We really like the neighborhood and how easy it is to get to grocery stores. But, the best part is the nice big deck with a great view of the lake and the little beach for us to play with our small grandchildren! The boat house has many water toys and its so nice to just have all of that on site. The owner lives right next door and has always been very kind and helpful if ever we need him. So, thanks Jeff : )

Perfect vacation place
The house exceeded all our expectations. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, and each one has a view of the lake. We very much enjoyed their kayaks and pontoon boat, and we especially enjoyed swimming in the clear lake. The owners are wonderful, available to answer any questions or help in whatever way you need. We are definitely looking forward to going back again next summer.

Great vacation home with beach.
We enjoyed our stay. Mainly rented it for the beach on the water. Our granddaughters loved it! Was nice to have a paddle boat, 2 kayaks, and 2 paddle boats. Even had a place on the dock for our son to park his boat. The pictures of the house were pretty accurate. Everyone loved having their own full size bathroom.

Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy much of the "lake life" due to the weather and other things we had planned for our trip. But this house is very spacious and accommodating. We had more than enough room. I would definitely come back!

Meeting our new grand baby
We rented this home for 2 weeks so that we could meet our new grand baby. It was a beautiful location and perfectly sized for our group, with plenty of space for our son and his new family to hang out with us. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the owners were extremely kind and welcoming. The views were beautiful and accommodations were just right.
