About this property

Luxury villa Duin9 Zealand in the dunes

The villa has an L-shaped living room with luxurious seating area and a large dining room, a Smart TV, a gas (atmospheric) stove and underfloor heating. The villa has brand new semi-open kitchen corner in July 2018 and is equipped with all modern appliances. Next to the kitchen is a large utility room with washer and dryer. The living room opens through a large door access to the outside terraces. Besides the living room there is a spacious hall with stairs and a separate toilet.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms. For babies and small children there is a travel cot available, as well as a security for the stairs. There is also a spacious bathroom with luxury vanity unit, shower and sink. And a separate toilet in the hall.

Duin9 Villa is a newly renovated holiday since June 2014, on the outskirts of the dunes on a small scale and typical private villa park with 21 similar houses with thatched roof, called park Burghduin. This park is characterized by peace, space and beautiful nature reserve, the "Soap Dunes" as a starting point.

Throughout the year, the villa is available from 2 to 6 people renting to companies.
Our Villa is equipped with every comfort, including. a luxuriously furnished sitting area with an atmospheric stove, dining room and new kitchen (July 2018)

Dogs are welcome in our holiday home. The garden is completely fenced so that the dogs can walk around safely.

The villa is for all seasons, ideal for a fantastic rest or active holiday in beautiful Zeeland.
Besides the luxurious villa can enjoy the broad North Sea beaches with several beach pavilions, vast forests and dunes of the "Boswachterij" the "Soap Dunes" and the charming towns on Schouwen-Duivenland like Zierikzee, Bruinisse, Veere and Vlissingen.

Duin9 villa was built in 2002 with high quality materials, typical dormer windows and a thatched roof. The rural-looking garden is enclosed by greenery and fully fenced, so privacy is guaranteed. The villa is easily accessible via a hidden access road.

Heerlijke plek, je loopt zo het mooie duingebied in naar het strand van Westerschouwen. Alles was aanwezig voor een aangenaam verblijf!

We hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad samen met onze volwassen dochters en hun partners. De ontvangst was erg hartelijk en de attentie die voor ons klaarstond op tafel was een leuke verrassing. Het huis was schoon en ook gezellig ingericht.

Dieses wunderbare Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend mitten in schönster Dünen-Strand-Landschaft. Durch das Reetdach mit dem angenehmen Wohnklima haben wir ( und unser Hund) uns "pudelwohl" gefühlt.

Einfach wunderschön!
Das Haus ist einfach nur toll, super Ausstattung und eine sehr schöne entspannte Lage direkt an einem traumhaft schönen Naturschutzgebiet! Sehr toller Empfang durch die Eigentümer mit persönlicher (!) Karte und freundlicher Housekeeperin. Würden wir sofort wieder buchen!

Wir verbrachten eine erholsame Woche in diesem tollen Haus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt. Perfekt und großzügig ausgestattet, viel Platz und alles drinnen sowie draußen sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen! Auf unsere Fragen und Anliegen wurde sofort geantwortet bzw. reagiert - ein ganz toller Service! Das Haus ist wunderschön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Liegt etwas abseits vom Strand, man muss ca. 20 Minuten laufen. Mit Hund jedoch optimal, da man unterwegs die Hunde ableinen darf. Hundeauslaufgebiet! Mit Auto sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar. Die komplette Abwicklung ohne Probleme! Wir haben uns sehr erholt 😊

fantastisch paasweekend
Zeer mooi vakantiehuis waar alles voorzien is wat je nodig hebt om te genieten van een geslaagde vakantie. Leuke ontvangst door een vriendelijke dame die ons een volledige rondleiding gaf en ons uitleg verschafte over verwarming en de omgeving. De omgeving zelf is top, met op geen 100 meter wandelen een hondenlosloopzone. Het huis was kraaknet, en tiptop in orde. Kortom, ideaal voor gezinnen met een hond die eens willen genieten van zand, zee, wandelen zonder om de 2 meter omver gereden te worden door een go-cart;-).

Westenschouven im Herbst
Wir haben eine zumeist sonnige Oktoberwoche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage ist fantastisch, man tritt aus dem Haus und ist nach 2 min zu Fuss in der wundervollen Dünenlandschaft von Westenschouven, die zum Wandern und Radfahren einläd. In 2 km ist man am ewig langen Sandstrand, der, je weiter man nach Norden geht, richtig einsam wird. Nur noch die Meeresbrise, Dünen und Wellen entspannen die Sinne...... Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir (vierköpfige Familie mit Hund) fanden ein komfortables, bestens Ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Lage vor. Im Garten (nicht einsehbar) kamen sogar Rehe und Hasen zu Besuch. Als Fussgänger ist man in der Umgebung etwas in Unterzahl obwohl in ca. 30min zu Fuss sowohl der weitläufige Strand als auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Albert Heijn) und Bäckerei Sonnemans (Zimtschnecken probieren!) gut zu erreichen sind. Es gibt aber auch mehrere Fahrradverleihe zu fairen Preisen um die Gegend etwas weiter zu erkunden. Wir haben ein sympathisches, hundefreundliches Volk erlebt und auch die Buchung und Kommunikation klappte bestens. Wer ein Ort für entspannte Ferien sucht ist an diesem Ort richtig; klare Empfehlung!
