Stay in Playa Flamenca

Our stay was excellent. The apartment is a really good base and in a fantastically idea location within close walking distance of beach, bars, restaurants, La Zenia shopping area, supermarket, pharmacy and Playa Flamenca Saturday market. The host is extremely helpful and Playa Flamenca is a very friendly and beautiful location

Fantastic apartment in great location

Host is extremely helpful & makes it all so easy. Great ground floor apartment, 20 steps to the pool, 5 minutes walk to beach, supermarket across the road.

Great position, lovely complex

Perfect ground floor apartment with terrace, good for us with our dog. So well equipped, with everything you need, even beach towels, umbrellas chairs etc. Our host Juan could not have been more helpful on info for the area and beyond! Highly recommend, it was ideal for us, free secure parking and security gates made us feel safe. Lovely pool area and spotless grounds. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants, Saturday market and beaches.

Perfect location and a lovely setting .

Contact with the owner was very informative. Any questions were answered almost immediately. The quiet ground floor apartment is typically Spanish with the addition of new kitchen cupboards. Very spacious with lots of extras . Nothing was too much bother .

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay here, it is in a perfect location with a supermarket just across the road, 10 minutes walk to the beach and walking distance of bars/restaurants. Also the La Zenia Boulevard is within walking distance where there are both shops and restaurants to suit all. Juan was so helpful sending information about places to go, i did ask for a recommendation for a tapas bar to which Juan guided us towards one at La Zenia which was brilliant. We had a very relaxing holiday walking to the beach in the mornings then laying/swimming in the pool, which was just a few steps from the front door, in the afternoons, showering in the big shower then getting ready for a meal out.

La casa es exacta a las fotos, tiene todo lo necesario. Una terraza para comer que siempre está a la sombra y al lado de la piscina, no se puede pedir más. Juan Manuel muy amable y siempre atento a tus necesidades, te explica cómo llegar y todo sobre la zona. Lo recomendamos.

Agradable estancia

Es una casita muy fresquita , sin necesidad de ventilador. Por la noche, se duerme fenomenal. Durante el dia , abrimos la puerta y las ventanas , entra un buen aire . No le pega el sol en ningún momento. La piscina está a escasos metros del alojamiento. Hay muchas calas tranquilas alrededor de la urbanización.

Fabulous Holiday

The owner Juan sent the keys in advance with detailed instructions on how to reach the property, which was spot on. The large 2 bed apartment is in a fabulous location, one of the best in Playa Flamenca. We had a car but you don’t actually need one, everything you need is short walk away. The beach is 10min walk and is fabulous, with great coffee shops, restaurants and a fab charity shop! In the other direction, 10 min walk away is the Mall with all the restaurants bars and shops (inc more charity shops!) AND a massive supermarket is literally 2 mins. The apartment had everything you could need, inc sunloungers, sun chairs and sun umbrellas, should you want to explore other, wilder beaches. The main bedroom has a full pool view and the second bedroom has a side pool view. The pool area was FANTASTIC, we very often had it to ourselves. Very clean with showers. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of wardrobe space with dozens of coat hangers!! There was also cleaning materials ie washing up liquid, washing powder, dishcloths etc which was great as you normally have to buy these when renting an apartment. It was the same with the cooking essentials ie salt, sugar, olive oil etc... even ground coffee for the coffee machine. The owner is very informative and helpful - anything you need to know, ask Juan. He replies within minutes to your messages. Also, the WiFi was brilliant, quicker than at home, which is rare. As we were there for 2 weeks, halfway through the holiday we had explored the area for 2 nights. We went up to Guardamar and Santa Polo which was quite a nice area but couldn’t wait to get ‘home’ 100% definitely recommend. Can’t wait to go back.

Ideal para descansar

El apartamento está muy bien en relación calidad precio. Si lo que se quiere es playa, piscina y descanso con compras fáciles y sin necesidad de coger el coche, es perfecto. La zona no es nada bonita, pero estás cerca de todo y es tranquila. Yo lo recomiendo, con niños ideal. Urbanización cerrada y la piscina pegada al porche.

A lovely visit!

The apartament was basic but perfect for our family. The apartament were good equiped, even with some toys. The garden was well mentained with a lovely pool that we used for hours every day. And the neighbors were friendly and helpful. The Mercadona was just outside the recidential wich was a big plus. The only down side was the area by the sea. Few resturants and it was difficult to take a walk by the sea. A big plus was the owner of the apartament that was very helpful and available all the time! We hade a lovley stay!
