St Sebastian, Piriac sur Mer
This villa is lovely. Plenty of space and well equipped. The pool is lovely. Short walk to a quiet, pretty beach. Piriac and La Tourballe a 5 min drive away. Piriac is a very pretty place with a lively market 3 times a week. All together great for a relaxing holiday with my 16 year old, 21 year old and his girlfriend, and my mum-in-law. Stephanie was amazing at staying up late to welcome us and was so helpful during our stay, responding quickly to any queries about the area.

The overall setting, living accommodation, gardens and pool area are great. Open plan downstairs made it very easy to socialise together inside and outside. Great to have boules and table tennis Very secluded and secure Bathrooms and linen require updating. Insufficient towels

Une maison agréable pleine d'activités
Nous avons passé 3 nuits à 8 amis dans la maison de Pascal et avons passé un super séjour. Le cadre est très agréable entre piscine, terrasse au soleil, terrain de pétanque, table de ping pong et barbecue. Impossible de s'ennuyer ! Également à proximité du port et de la plage. Netflix, canal + et amazon prime pour les amateurs de télé et de sport. Merci Pascal

Exceptional property for a holiday
The house is in a beautiful location between La Turballe and Piriac-sur-Mer. The communication with the owner, Pascal, was straightforward and the check in process was simple. The photos do not do the property justice. The house is very modern and well laid out, with excellent technology from modern televisions to fast wifi. The furnishings and overall interior design are stylish and have been chosen with very good taste. It feels like a home, rather than a rental. The property itself is light and welcoming and flows into a beautiful secluded and garden with a private pool. I don't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking to travel to this part of France. Our only mistake was staying there for one week instead of two!

Emplacement et Maison idéal
Séjour d'une semaine dans cette magnifique villa avec piscine chauffée 26°C, terrain de pétanque, ping-pong, Bbq, Netflix/Canal+ pour les jours pluvieux... tout est réunis pour passer un excellent séjours avec en plus la mer à 5 mins à pieds. Je recommande.

beautiful modern villa with delightful decor
Very peaceful & private, in hamlet of San Sebastian.Midway between Piriac & La Turball, so spoilt for restaurants! Also very close to the Guerande sea-salt fields & the Crosic peninsula with granite coast. Cristel our housekeeper was so helpful and warm. Pool is heated so lovely in all weathers. Un superbe séjour
Un accueil très chaleureux malgré une réservation vraiment de dernière minute (la veille au soir pour le lendemain) par un propriétaire aussi réactif qu'accommodant. A l'arrivée, du linge de maison en quantité suffisante et nul besoin de courir après les produits de première nécessité déjà présents sur place (café, sucre, huile, vinaigre,....). Fait suffisamment rare pour être souligné. Une maison propre, fonctionnelle, spacieuse, un grand salon pour manger dehors, un grand écran avec un très bon son home cinéma, un wifi qui fonctionne. Un jardin au calme, une belle piscine vraiment chauffée où l'on peut se baigner en septembre sans craindre l'hypothermie, la proximité de la mer que l'on rejoint en quelques minutes par un petit sentier pédestre. Autour, La pointe de Pen Bron pour les amateurs de jogging, Guérande pour le shopping, les navettes pour les îles au départ du port La Turballe, le charme de Piriac,... Véhicule pour faire les courses. Une vraie belle maison pour un agréable séjour chez des gens charmants.

Maison spacieuse, calme, très bien conçue et en très bon état. La piscine chauffée est très agréable. Grand jardin clos. A 5-10minutes à pieds de la plage. Je recommande vivement cette maison.
