In the middle of nature with a breath-taking view.
The house is ideal for stays in spring / summer and the first part of autumn (the whole month of October). It is located in the middle of the private fenced garden.
It consists of a large living room furnished with a double sofa bed, satellite TV. and digital terrestrial, DVD player and stereo system with USB port, portable router for internet connection. On the same floor, kitchenette with traditional oven. and microwave, toaster, blender, fridge with freezer. Service bathroom with washing machine. The sleeping area has a double bedroom and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and access to a covered veranda. Main bathroom with shower and bidet and a veranda with sea view.
Ideal geographical situation, villa with panoramic verandas in one of the clearest beaches in Sardinia. Inside the condominium village there are soccer / tennis courts and a swimming pool with an opening period, times and costs of exclusive condominium jurisdiction.

Beaches to die for close by - need a car for anything else
Good things: Owner Filippo very responsive to app messages and flexible...we arrived very late due to delays, and requested later leaving time. Best beaches ever, family and more relaxed, about 5 mins walk down 105 steps (10+ mins up), no need for deck shoes in the sea, sand is amazing. In early June we had beaches almost to ourselves.Nice beach bar open for drinks and food, and loo daytimes. Comfortable beds (1x dbl, 1x bunk). Lovely terrace for meals. Some great restaurants within about 10 min drive. Good supermarkets in Villasimius about 15 mins drive. Lots of other beaches to drive to, and drive into nearby mountains was lovely. To be aware: Accommodation is on a holiday home complex, which is 4km from nearest little shop. Car essential (and we are active people), and ideally buy a road map if touring around a bit! No bars/restaurants in walking distance except the nice daytime beach bar (though another was being constructed as we left). It takes a couple of days to work around what is provided in the accommodation, which is basic and not modern, but is manageable. Don't flush/wash up if anyone showering. Recycling instructions are clear with a little studying, but check early that the correct bins have been provided by owner. WiFi a bit hit and miss but available when you find the right spots.

Fairer Preis für Einfachheit, Funktionalität und Strandnähe
Unterkunft/Ausstattung: sehr einfache und funktionale komplette Ausstattung. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Einige Möbel sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Oberflächen der Lampen und Dekorationen könnten mal wieder eine Reinigung vertragen. Organisatorisches: sehr easy und sehr freundlich. Der Besitzer stand uns via WhattsApp bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Lage: der wunderschöne und grosse Strand ist zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar - ein wirklich grosses Plus. Die Strasse vom Hügel gegenüber ist gut zu hören, besonders die Motorräder. Ansonsten sehr ruhig (Nebensaison Mitte Oktober) SiSommer?

Schönes, kleines Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht
Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit hier. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein, insbesondere das Kinderzimmer mit Stockbett, aber ausreichend. Das WLAN Router direkt neben den Kinderbetten leuchtet fanden wir nicht so ideal. Die Küche hat über alles verfügt, was wir benötigt haben, bei Fragen wurde stets rasch per WhatsApp App geantwortet. Der Strand ist traumhaft und selbst im August konnten wir immer ein schönes Plätzchen finden (da waren manch andere Strände die wir besucht haben, weitaus voller), der Weg ist auch mit Kindern zu bewältigen. Der Pool war sehr enttäuschend und nicht besonders einladend und wurde von uns nicht genutzt. Mülltrennung ist etwas anders als in Deutschland gewohnt, aber es gibt eine genaue Ausschilderung und in Villasimius gibt es eine Anlage wo sonst alles entsorgt werden kann. Alles in allem hat es uns super gefallen!

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Das Haus war mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet und in einer sehr schönen Wohnanlage. Der Traumhafte Strand in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sehr tolle Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Eigentümer waren immer erreichbar und sehr nett. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder.

Mittelmäßige Wohnung in guter Lage
Die Wohnung hatte wie erwartet eine gute Lage ca. 4 km vor Villasimius. Der Zugang zum Strand dauerte max. 10 Min. über einen Fußweg aus der Ferienanlage. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern und deren Sohn war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Wir waren die ersten Gäste der Saison, auf die die Wohnung und das Grundstück noch nicht ausreichend vorbereitet waren. Reparaturen an der Antenne und die Wiederherstellung des Internetzugangs wurden in den ersten 24 Std. erledigt. Im Geschirrschrank befanden sich , bunt zusammen gewürfelt 5 Wassergläser und 5 Bierkrüge, das Geschirr war auch bunt zusammengewürfelt aber ausreichend. Die Möbel, besonders im Außenbereich, waren sehr verwohnt und teilweise reparaturbedürftig. Auf den Aussentreppen fanden sich noch Pflazenreste des letzten Winters, eine Grundstückspflege zu Beginn der Saison hatte ganz offensichtlich noch nicht stattgefunden. Wir bekamen zur Begrüßung vom Vermieter eine Flasche Rotwein geschenkt und wurden mit der Haustechnik vertraut gemacht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich, konnte aber die bestehenden Mängel nicht gänzlich ausgleichen. Wir hätten nach den hervorragenden Bewertungen eine bessere Ausstattung und Pflege erwartet und waren dadurch deutlich enttäuscht.

Sehr netter Gastgeber und schöne Unterkunft
Alles drin alles dran :) Unterkunft befindet sich einer Ferienhaus Siedlung. Kann sowohl negativ als auch positiv sein. Einerseits entspannte Ruhe aber andererseits muss man für Einkäufe und Restaurantbesuche den Mietwagen nehmen. Für uns war es weniger ein Problem :)

Tolles Häuschen mit schönem Garten
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche dort! Der Weg zum Strand ist ganz kurz und der Strand unglaublich schön. Der Garten geht nach Hinten direkt in Ziegenweidrn und Berge über. Wunderschöner Freiblick.

Casa perfetta in luogo bellissimo
Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo. La struttura è funzionale e per noi 4 si è rivelata perfetta. Abbiamo visto anche altre spiagge ma la nostra preferita è sicuramente Porto sa Ruxi. La scalinata per andare in spiaggia è comodissima per chi vuole andare al mare senza usare la macchina.

Nice Hillside Property
In my opinion a holiday accommodation requires at least a day to call it home and this property is no exception. Lovely hideout. Well placed in a secure, gated village on the hillside few miles from Villasimius town centre. Owned by nice local family, help was available whenever needed. Accommodation was enough for myself, partner and two kids (10-16). Inside was clean and tidy and garden was well maintained. The breakfasts and lunches on terrace overlooking beautiful mountains will remain memorable. Air-conditioning efficiency, water pressure and fridge cooling was adequate. Short walk to Porto Sa Ruxi beach. To our liking, slightly low on kitchen utensils and comfort seatings but manageable. During our stay, the Swiming Pool was closed due to pandemic but who cares when you have over 10 natural pools (beaches) under 20 minutes drive. Villasimius has several lagoon beaches around it. Hire car is essential. Do consider the few stair steps to approach the property, specially with arrival & departure luggage. Last but not least, Sardinia has one of the toughest recycling laws so keep some disposable gloves with you. This is because you may have to go through your own bin to separate plastic from plastic, tissue from tissue and more. The recycling chart is available but it will take a day or two to get used to it. All in all, we had a time of our life in Villasimius and will definitely visit again.

House with garden in a nice location
The house has everything you need, cooking is with gas and the nice veranda in front has a beautiful view, since it is located on a hillside in a small village. There is a footpath down to the sea and the beach is also quite nice. In general it is a good starting point for daytrips in the surroundings. Also restaurants and supermarkets are not far away in Villasimius. The owners are nice and friendly and do everything for you to have a pleasant time there. The only hassle is the overly strict collection of garbage in many different bins, but this is in the responsibility of the city council. Anyway we had a good time there and can definitely recommend this location to others.

La villa est très loin de tout. La piscine était fermée alors que ce n'était par indiqué dans l'annonce. Il faisait froid ( 12°) lors de notre arrivée, malheureusement pas de chauffage et la cheminée ne fonctionnait pas car nous avons essayé de faire du feu avec des cageots que nous avons trouvé dans le jardin et la fumée entrée dans la pièce car le conduit était bouchée par les oiseaux qui avaient fait leur nid de toute façon il n'y avait pas de bois. La personne qui nous a reçu nous a dit que nous devons aller acheter du bois si nous souhaitons de faire du feu. La deuxième chambre à couché faisait 4,5 m2. On pouvez même pas ouvrir la porte de la chambre et l'armoire facilement.

Bello, grande, bel giardino e provvisto di tutto. Proprietari gentilissimi. Bel panorama.
Location molto comoda per raggiungere le spiagge bellissime di Villasimius. Residence situato sul mare. Comodo per chi viaggia con bambini. 2 camere 2 bagni e cucina con tutto. Consigliatissimo!!!

La casa corrisponde a quanto indicato e mostrato nelle foto, anzi, il tavolo esterno è stato sotituito con uno di legno e più grande. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per 2 settimane con 2 bambini piccoli (11 e 21 mesi). Abbiamo occupato la camera matrimoniale e il soggiorno. Il soggiorno è ampio e mangiando fuori, è possibile lasciare il divano sempre aperto. La terrazza esterna è spaziosa e con un bel tavolo. la doccia esterna è comodissima! per noi è stato molto utile anche l'ingresso posteriore. La discesa al mare era abbastanza impegnativa con due bimbi piccoli ma fattibilissima e ottima come esercizio fisico quotidiano. I proprietari sono stati disponibili al 150%, fin dalla prenotazione garantendoci 2 lettini e 2 seggioloni! Grazie!

meravigliosa vacanza
La descrizione e le foto corrispondono perfettamente, ma non si può trascrivere la reale bellezza del contesto e della spiaggia riservata alle abitazioni della Sa Ruxi, l'unica è andare a vedere di persona. La casa è completa di tutto ed è davvero accogliente. Bellissima la terrazza coperta dove si può cenare e ammirare il verde che circonda la casa e la tranquillità .Noi la consigliamo e ci ritorneremo il prossimo anno. la Spiaggia e il mare facilmente raggiungibili sono meravigliosi, abbiamo visitato anche altre spiagge,ma alla fine la nostra Sa ruxi non aveva nulla da invidiare anzi rispetto alle altre era meno affollata. un ringraziamento speciale al sig. Sicuramente da consigliare!
Casa comoda e molto funzionale per una famiglia con bambini, attrezzata di tutto. Magnifica veranda coperta e spaziosa, ottima per cene all'aperto. Deliziose le spiaggette raggiungibili a piedi, poco affollate che reggono tranquillamente il confronto con le spiagge più note di Villasimius. Residence tranquillo e silenzioso. Qualche difficoltà per la connessione con Wind e La3. Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili per ogni necessità.

Mare e sole: una settimana ideale!
La casa e' ideale per una famiglia: ben organizzata e con giardino privato recintato. Abbiamo apprezzato in modo particolare la tranquillità e la vicinanza al mare. Spiaggia splendida raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti ( qualche scalino aiuta a tenersi in forma!). Un ringraziamento particolare ai gentili proprietari. Noi torneremo.
