South-facing, with a view of the Aiguilles d'Arves (the first photo in the listing is taken from our balcony). Balcony of 4.5m². Located in the "Côte Louve" building with an elevator, on the 1st floor (apartment #11 on the station map).

The residence is quiet, close to the center, with a convenience store and a chairlift with lift ticket sales nearby. A ski run passes behind the apartment and connects to the Soleil chairlift, allowing you to put on your skis just 30 meters from the residence. You will appreciate the panoramic view of the station and the south-facing orientation. Additionally, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the valley and the Aiguilles d'Arves thanks to the 4-meter-wide bay window!

La Toussuire is a resort in Savoie, located in the heart of the "Les Sybelles" ski area, with more than 310 km of interconnected ski runs.
