We invite you to spend your holidays in the heart of Tuscany, in the middle of Val d'Elsa, in the village of Badia a Cerreto, at 5 minutes from Certaldo and 15 from San Gimignano, surrounded by wonderful country of Tuscany and surrounded by the most beautifull cities of art like Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Volterra and others, in a flat with indipendent entrance, elegantly furnished and with a lot of confort, right for a holidays of culture or relax.

A bit of Tuscany
The property is well located to discover many great Tuscan towns: San Gimignano, Volterra, Luca and Siena ; we went by train, only 10 euros return.

Beautiful stay in Tuscany!
Me and my girlfriend had a beautiful stay. The apartment was as descripted. It was very clean and sweet. Even if there is no air conditioning, the apartment had a good temperature the whole time. We had our own area outside and the garden and the pool were very nice as well. The family was very kind and lovely. They picked us up from the train station and brought us back. They even brought us to the bike rental and gave us recommendations. The landscape was really beautiful. We would definitely recommend the apartment! Thank you very much!

Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft wohl gefühlt. Etwas verwirrend waren die Bilder zur Unterkunft. Es wurde einen suggeriert, dass die Wohnung eine Terrasse im Süden hatte, unsere war aber im seitlichen, schattigen Bereich

Das Appartement war sehr schön und auch gut ausgestattet. Der Garten war gepflegt und der Pool war auch super schön. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, da der Bahnhof von Certaldo etwas weit weg ist, aber von dort kommt man dann gut nach Florenz oder Pisa. Sehr angenehme Gastgeber.

C'est encore une découverte merveilleuse. La dernière fois, c'était Florence, Sienne et Pise. Cette fois, c'était en parcourant la campagne pour découvrir San Gimignano, Volterra et San Miniato .

Gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment
Wir waren 4 Nächte im Apartment und nutzen es als Basis zur Erkundung der näheren Umgebung. Die Gastgeber waren sehr liebenswert, wir konnten den hauseigenen Garten mit Pavillion und Außenpool nutzen. Der Parkplatz mit elektrischem Tor war sehr gut. Besonders gefallen hat uns das Ausklingen des Tages im Pavillion.

Excellent accueil,hôte parfait,disponible et parle français.
Le gîte est parfaitement situé pour découvrir la Toscane à 2 pas de la gare de Certaldo facilitant les déplacements à Sienne,Florence,Pise Lucas,… Joseph et Louisa sont des hôtes à la fois disponibles et discrets. Ce gîte a été pour nous un petit coin de paradis.

Es ist ein nettes kleines Apartment dass sehr liebevoll eingerichtet ist. Sehr schönes Anwesen und nette Gastgeber. Wir fuhren vom nahen Bahnhof nach Florenz, Die Burg über Certaldo ist sehr sehenswert, unbedingt besuchen. Super Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden.

Toller erholsamer Urlaub
Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt. Das Appartement liegt im unterem Erdgeschoss mit schöner Terrasse die im Schatten liegt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Anwesen ist sehr gepflegt und in einer ruhigen Lage. Am Pool ist eine große Terrasse die zum verweilen einlädt. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine gute Lage für die Erkundung der Toskana. Lucca, Siena, Volterra, Pisa, Florenz Der Bahnhof ist mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Man kann mit dem Zug all diese Städte erreichen. Certaldo ist ein schönes kleines Städtchen mit einer Burg. Supermärkte sind ganz in der Nähe. Toller erholsamer Urlaub

Appartamento incantevole in mezzo alle colline toscane
Appartamento incantevole in mezzo alle colline toscane in una posizione geografica ottima per visitare in particolare Siena, San Gimignano e Volterra. Appena arrivati nel pomeriggio abbiamo visitato il borgo di Certaldo alta, una piccola perla con ottimi ristoranti. La proprietaria, Maria Luisa che abita nello stesso fabbricato, ci ha accolto con gentilezza, disponibilità e un sorriso che ci ha fatti sentire subito a casa. L'appartamento è composto da un corridoio d'ingresso, una camera con letto matrimoniale, un enorme bagno e una piccola cucina completa di tutto il necessario per prepararsi la colazione o cucinare un pasto se non si vuole andare al ristorante. L'appartamento è incantevole, molto pulito e curato nei dettagli con pizzi e merletti ovunque che assieme agli arredi d'epoca creano un atmosfera magica. All'esterno dell'appartamento c'è un tavolino per stare all'aperto il tutto nella più completa privacy e tranquillità. La proprietaria ci ha consegnato il telecomando del cancello d'ingresso e le chiavi dell'alloggio in modo che potessimo essere indipendenti e parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della proprietà in completa sicurezza. C'è anche una piccola piscina esterna che per non abbiamo utilizzato considerata la stagione autunnale. Consigliatissimo a tutti i viaggiatori che vogliono scoprire anche la Toscana dei piccoli borghi sia per la posizione geografica che per la bellezza del posto e la meravigliosa ospitalità della padrona di casa,

Super Lage für die Erkundung der Toskana. Ruhige Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern. Ums Eck eine Pizzeria, der Bahnhof mit dem Auto nur 5 Min entfernt. Wir haben Florenz, Pisa, Siena mit dem Zug besucht. Certaldo ist ein super schönes Städtchen und allemal einen Besuch wert. Die Ferienwohnung an sich ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber absolut ausreichend, schnuckelig und ruhig gelegen. Den Pool hatten wir für uns alleine. Gerne wieder!

Entspannter Urlaub Mitten in der Toskana
Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in Gambassi Terme. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, aber wir haben uns auch gerne in der Ferienwohnung aufgehalten. Auf der Terrasse hat man dank Markise ganztägig Schatten, und ansonsten lädt der Pool zu einer Erfrischung ein. Das Preis-Leistuns-Verhältnis fanden wir super toll. Nach Certaldo läuft man nicht unbedingt zu Fuß, aber mit dem Auto ist man schnell in dem gemütlichen Örtchen, in dem nur wenige Touristen durch die Gassen schlendern. Rundum ein tolles Erlebnis!

Wir waren 7 Tage bei den Brionis und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Vermieter sind sehr flexibel mit unseren Wünschen umgegangen, sie haben uns sogar erlaubt, den Pool bei Nacht zu nutzen und den Sternenhimmel zu genießen. (kicher*) Die Lage ist abseits von Certaldo ziemlich ruhig. Da das Appartement im unteren Erdgeschoß war, war es auch bei den derzeit hohen Temperaturen gut auszuhalten. Sehr schön ist, dass man die Terrasse vor dem Appartement ganztägig im Schatten genießen kann. Gerne wieder und ganz lieben Dank an Maria Luisa.
