Superb spacious villa located on the coast with spectacular views of the ocean, the Saintes Islands, Marie Galante and Basse Terre. 12m x 4m panoramic swimming pool (see video at the end of the photo album).
The house is located on the tourist route in a quiet residence, 10 minutes on foot, less than 3 minutes by car from one of the most beautiful beaches in Guadeloupe ‘’ les raisins Clairs ’’. Direct access to the sea less than 50 m, and less than 200 m from a small natural cove.
The center of Saint François is 5 minutes by car, with casino, 18-hole international golf course, marina, shops, beauty treatments, bars, restaurants, market, Ferry for excursions to neighboring islands and a multitude of sports and nautical activities.
The villa is composed of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 of which overlook a large terrace upstairs with breathtaking views of the Ocean, 3 shower rooms upstairs and a shower room on the ground floor, shower exterior. The kitchen provided with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave. The back kitchen with washing machine, dryer and fridge. A living room, a dining room, a small living room with a sleeping couch. Garden furniture and a large terrace on the ground floor where you can have your meals in front of the ocean and the swimming pool.
Panoramic infinity pool of 12 m X 4 m with salt treatment, on the edge of the ocean is secured by a perimeter alarm.

Superbe maison de vacances

Grande maison, très bien située juste à côté de la mer. Endroit très calme, on entend seulement le bruit des vagues. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Les lits sont très confortables et la cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin. L'arrivée et le départ, la remise des clés et la communication avec la propriétaire se sont déroulés sans aucun problème. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise dans cette maison. Après nos excursions et activités quotidiennes, nous avions toujours le sentiment de rentrer « à la maison ». Hautement recommandé !

Great house!

The house was great - everything you could need and the views are amazing. We really enjoyed making this our home base for a wonderful week in Guadeloupe. We appreciated the warm welcome, supplies for breakfast and the suggestion of a local cook, Delphine, who could drop off nice meals for us. With a child allergy, this was especially helpful. Thank you! We hope to return another year!

Villa de rêve

Un séjour mémorable dans une villa paradisiaque. Parfait pour nos 2 familles… chacun avait sa chambre et sa chambre de bain. La cuisine avec fut sur la piscine et la mer est à couper le souffle. A proximité de St-Francois, tout est facilement accessible. Noter que même si c’est inscrit ouvert le dimanche, les commerces ferment à midi pour la plupart. Communication facile et efficace. Nous y reviendrons ☀️👍

Immense villa pour accueillir 8 personne sans etre encombré. Immense piscine, a proximité de la mer et proche de St-François et ses attraits. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et espérons y retourner bientôt.

Genau wie in der Beschreibung - traumhaft

Das Haus entspricht 100% der Beschreibung und den Bildern, 2 wunderschöne, große überdachte Terrassen, Küche und Wohnbereich sind mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet (wie wichtig dieses ist, würde uns erst in der nächsten Unterpunkt klar), traumhafter Pool, tolle Ausstattung. Großer Dank geht an Maryse, sehr gute Unterstützung vor Ort.

Wonderful villa with incredible ocean views

We loved this wonderful villa with its spectacular panoramic ocean views both from the ground floor and the upstairs bedrooms and terrace. The property is spacious with a very well equipped kitchen and was perfect for our family. We loved the size of the infinity pool which made it perfect for lap swimming as well as general splashing around. Check -in and check-out were a breeze, and Maryse was the most gracious and helpful host. We would love to visit again!

Perfect Vacation Home

We stayed at Catherine's place for over a week, and had a perfect time at the villa. The villa is located in Saint-Francois and near to Saint-Anne, and is close to beaches, and plenty of restaurants and shops (side trips to Basse-Terre and the national park can be done too, as long as you've rented a car). Both Catherine and Maryse (the on-site property manager), were amazingly helpful throughout the stay. Catherine was very helpful with planning our stay and Maryse was perfect on-site. They both offered local tips, advice, and planning help. They were wonderful hosts, and we can't thank them enough! We travelled with our niece who was only 18 months old, and the home was great for infants and small children (with a pool alarm, child gates for the indoor stairs, and a crib and height chair). We highly recommend!

Superbe séjour

Tout d'abord un énorme merci à Maryse et son mari pour leur accompagnement durant notre séjour. Toujours aux petits soins, bref des personnes extra. La villa est magnifique.. Et que dire de la piscine à débordement... Tout pour passer un très bon moment Le seul petit bémol est une petite chambre qui donne sur le devant de la maison pas très adaptée pour 2 adultes.

Du repos face à la mer

Un très bel endroit. La mer tout droit. Tous les matins iguanes et petits oiseaux. De très gentilles attentions et un accueil sympathique et réactif. Un rêve éveillé

Tout était parfait...à commencer par la très bonne surprise que la maison soit encore mieux que sur les photos... Un accueil chaleureux de Maryse, le dîner (en supplément) prêt et très copieux, du nécessaire le temps d’aller faire les courses , quelques objets utiles au quotidien (sacs à courses, évidemment les serviettes piscine et plage de très bonne qualité, palmes, glacière, etc.) Quant à la maison : nous étions 4 et évidement beaucoup trop grande mais tellement agréable en tous points! Nous recommandons vivement cette location et avons hâte d’y retourner avec des amis! Des vacances sublimes qu’il vous faut vivre en séjournant la bas!

Une situation idéale

Maison très agréable, très fonctionnelle et très bien située. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Maryse et la propriétaire est à l'écoute : nous avons apprécié de pouvoir quitter la maison plus tard le dernier jour pour notre vol de nuit. La piscine est parfaite!

Vue magnifique pour une villa très agréable

Très belle propriété en bord de mer (on l'entend bien et la vue est magnifique), très bien équipée avec notamment une piscine d'une belle longueur. Séjour très agréable, 2 semaines de détente avec en bonus la visite de quelques iguanes tout tranquilles.

Großartig

Wir waren nach langer Pause (17 Jahre) zum 3. Mal auf Guadeloupe, diesmal mit Freunden und in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Wir alle haben die zwei Wochen hier sehr genossen. Das Anwesen ist ruhig gelegen (was wir auch so ausgesucht haben), aber man ist mit dem Auto schnell an den verschiedensten Stränden, Supermärkten usw. Ein Spaziergang am Strand entlang nach Saint Francois darf auch nicht fehlen. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise waren problemlos und unbürokratisch. Audrey war immer erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage oder ein Problem hatten. Ich hoffe diesmal dauert es nicht so lange bis wir zurückkehren....

Family Vacation

Our family stayed at this beautiful property for 2 weeks during the end of March/beginning of April. We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities offered. The welcome Colombo meal was amazing, delicious, and a life saver for our late night arrival during the first night. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable. We loved the view of the ocean and pool from our room. The kitchen was well equipped and we used it for many meals. It was also nice that the property was close to Carrefour and Hyper Casino (for groceries). The pool was amazing. We loved spending the days lounging poolside, viewing the ocean, reading, and relaxing. We also loved our daily visits from the neighborhood iguana. Maryse was very helpful and attentive to our needs. A helpful hint about Guadeloupe: Due to water conservation, the water is turned off on the island from 6pm-6am on some nights (at least during our stay). Maryse let us know ahead of time so we could plan accordingly. Overall, we LOVED our stay here and would recommend it to everyone. It was a wonderful home away from home.

Magnifique!

Superbe maison avec vue incroyable! Nous sommes partis 10jours au mois de mars avec notre garçon de 2 1/2ans, et nous avons adoré la maison. Très propre, cuisine complète, aire climatisée dans chaque chambre, piscine propre et vue superbe sur la mer! Très relaxant! Comme toutes les portes s’ouvrent, nous avions toujours la belle vue même en cuisinant. Pas vraiment de moustiques ce qui est plaisant lorsqu’on mange à l’exterieur Plages que nous avons préférée à proximité sont celles de St-Anne et la Caravelle, parfait avec un jeune enfant. Spot de surf très bien à 10min de voiture (Plage du Helleux). Mme Maryse qui nous a accueillie était très gentille et généreuse de son temps. Elle nous a bien conseillé au départ pour les endroits à ne pas manquer et comment s’y rendre. Catherine, la propriétaire, avec qui j’ai communiqué à propos de la maison répondait très vite à mes questions. Tout s’est fait très facilement. Nous recommandons la maison à 100%!!
