Loved it!

We had a great stay at this house. The location was about a 7 minute drive to Can Picafort where we shopped. It is also close to the Natural beach in Muro that is beautiful. My kids loved the pool and swam everyday and the small baby pool was perfect for our toddler. The kitchen was well equipped and the owner was easy to contact. We would be happy to return.

Haven of Peace and tranquility

Had a fantastic week. The location is peaceful as suggested in the title. The pool is fantastic. Horses chilling in the adjacent field. Just lovely. Decor is charming and authentic rather than modern. It has a homely feel. We slept well!!! Close to town for shopping. 10 minutes from the beach. Andres is a charming host. Quick to reply to any queries.

Familienaufenthalt mit 6 Personen

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Finca sehr genossen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, sehr gut erreichbar und ansprechbar bei Fragen und Problemen. Der Aussenbereich ist wunderbar und lädt zur Entspannung ein.

Gute Finka zum Relaxen

Es waren sehr entspannte Tage auf der Finka. Man hat seine Ruhe und man ist mit dem Auto in 10 min an der Küste. Der Pool war Super da waren wir die meiste Zeit, deswegen hat es uns nicht gestört das es in der Finka eher altbacken ist. Paar Sachen hatten wir aber die uns ein bisschen gestört haben. Nur eine Klimaanlage war zu wenig um alle Zimmer damit zu Klimatisieren. Das Internet war für uns zu Langsam. Salz und Pfeffer vor Ort wären schön gewesen. Leider waren auch keine Müllsacke vor Ort gewesen. Und die Ameisen waren schon ein bisschen lästig auf der Terrasse und im Bad. Aber wir hatten trotzdem sehr viel Spaß auf der Finka.

Bonitas Vacaciones

Hemos estado dos semanas increíbles. La casa está dentro de una enorme finca preciosa. En un entorno rural y campo que no está interrumpido por ningún sonido de coche ni carretera. Pero a su vez muy cercano con el coche a las playas de Can Picafort y Muro. Enorme piscina en la que disfrutar y una casa muy confortable en la que no echas nada de menos. Nosotros viajamos con una perrita pequeña que también ha estado muy agusto. Debo resaltar también la hospitalidad de su propietario Andres y la amabilidad que tuvo conmigo y mi familia. Sin duda intentaremos repetir próximamente. Gracias.

Schöne Finca, abseits jeglichen Trubels

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Die Finca ist weit ab von jeglichen touristischen Trubels in einem rustikalen Stil gehalten. Die Anreise sollte mit einem Auto erfolgen, da wir keine Bushaltestelle in der Nähe gesehen haben. Der Salzwasserpool mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Berge ist einfach traumhaft. Trotz Pumpe wird dieser allerdings alle zwei Tage zusätzlich gereinigt. Unsere Mahlzeiten haben wir ausschließlich im überdachten Außenbereich zu uns genommen. Man sollte sich aber in den Morgen- und Abendstunden unbedingt mit einem Anti-Mücken-Mittel einsprühen. Auch tagsüber waren die Wespen leider schnell zur Stelle, sobald was zu Essen auf dem Tisch stand. Im Wohnzimmer konnte man mittels Klimaanlage die Temperatur etwas runterkühlen. Eine Kleinigkeit die nicht so schön war, ist die fehlende Müllabfuhr bzw. Mülltonne. Die Müllbeutel müssten bis zur nächsten öffentlichen Mülltonne mitgenommen werden. Ansonsten war es ein sehr wunderschöner Aufenthalt.

Urlaub mit Vor- und Nachteilen

Durch die vielen positiven Bewertungen hatten wir hohe Erwartungen. Der Pool war bei den heißen Temperaturen super. Andres war immer erreichbar und hat vorab alles für die Anfahrt gut erklärt. Es gibt einige Dinge, die man vorab wissen sollte, damit es keine Enttäuschungen gibt: Der Pool ist ein Salzwasser-Pool und er wird jeden 2-3. Tag vormittags mit Roboter gereinigt, die Poolumgebung ist tagsüber voll mit Wespen (Köcher ist vorhanden) und nachts voll mit Mücken, viele Möbel im Haus sind schon sehr alt - einige Schubladen lassen sich nur schwer öffnen, einige Griffe im Haus sind locker, Türen quietschen, Türklinken sind locker, Sessellehnen und Couch-Bezug kaputt, der Wasserkocher geht nicht von alleine aus, die Kaffeemaschine war defekt (hier hat Andres dann eine neue gebracht). Auf dem Grundstück wird Landwirtschaft betrieben und regelmäßig ist jemand da zum Füttern oder Gießen. Auf dem Grundstück ist noch ein zweites Haus, das vermietet wird, vorhanden und es kann zu Lärm kommen. Wir kennen es von anderen Fincas, dass bei Ankunft noch ein paar Sachen der Vormieter zum Start da sind (Gewürze, Kaffee-Filter, Wasser, Spülmittel u.s.w.), aber hier gab es außer Seife im Bad nichts. Das war alles nicht so schlimm, wir hätten es nur gerne vorher alles gewusst, um uns darauf einzustellen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Pool, empfehlenswert!

Das Haus mit dem sehr großen Pool entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Andres ist ein toller Gastgeber, der bei einem evtl. Problem sofort zur Stelle ist. Wir haben wunderbare 3 Wochen hier verbracht und können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen!

Alles Super

...nur die Mücken abends nicht so, die hatten im Freien echt Durst. Moskitonetzte helfen (oder Spray). Die Vermieter waren echt nett und kulant, sehr schön sie etwas kennenzulernen bei ihren Besuchen. Kleinigkeiten (wie die Duschbefestigung in einem Bad) gibt es natürlich immer zu verbessern. Aber insgesamt echt super: Aussicht, Ruhe und der Pool natürlich.

Maravilloso

Fue una experiencia estupenda, con gente muy acogedora. La cas está en una zona tranquila, lejos del bullicio de la costa pero cerca para disfrutar de las playas con aguas turquesas. La piscina es muy grande, y la casa muy bien equipada. Esperamos volver porque toda la familia guarda un gran recuerdo de la familia ARTIGUES MESQUIDA.

The perfect holiday retreat!

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful villa and had the most amazing holiday. The location is quiet and rural (a real retreat) yet only 10 mins away from a supermarket and a selection of wonderful sandy beaches are within easy reach. The villa is tastefully done, clean and comfortable and Andres and his parents made us all feel very welcome. We are very much looking forward to a return visit next year!

Perfect

This house was really perfect. It was nearby the beach and Can Picafort. The space was wonderfull and outdoors it was a dream. All together an A+ and we are planning to go tere again. Dit huis is werkelijk fantastisch. Het is zeer gunstig gelegen, zo'n 10 minuten van Can Picafort en het strand. Binnen is er volop ruimte en buiten is het een droom. Het zwembad is heerlijk, en alles is goed onderhouden. De eigenaar hebben we alleen getroffen bij het aan en afreizen, en we werden warm onthaald met vijgen en meloen. Het is echt een aanrader !!

Muy bien

Fuimos 6 amig@s .La casa es muy bonita, confortable y acogedora.La piscina y el jardin muy cuidados, Los dueños muy amables. Totalmente completa en cuanto a menaje. El pueblo de muro esta cerca y Canpicafort a 8 min en coche donde hay el ERoski o MErcadona, al igual que la playa que es muy bonita.Sin duda para repetir.

"Nuestras vacaciones en esta casa rural han sido inmejorables! Casa muy acogedora con un jardin con piscina impecable asi como un entorno fantástico. Todo muy limpio y cuidado en un entorno realmente tranquilo. Desde el jardin se tiene una vista preciosa de la tramuntana incluida la puesta del sol. Los propietarios muy simpaticos y agradables. Casa rural muy aconsejable. Espero regresar algun dia!"
