Sehr ruhiger Urlaub in typischem Steinhäuschen

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und tierliebe Vermieterin. Wir und unsere 2 größeren Hunde wurden freundlich empfangen. Sehr abgeschiedene Laage, ca. 20 km vom Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Untergeschoss mit Küche,, sowie eine Dusche ,WC und Waschmaschine vom Aussenbereich zu betreten. Der obere Schlafbereich ist durch eine Außentreppe zu erreichen.( Bei Regen keine Überdachung. ) . Das Obergeschoß ( Schlafbereich und kleines Bad mit Dusche und WC ist sehr niedrig. Stehhöhe teilweise nur 165 cm. Für gross gewachsene Menschen oft schmerzhaft. Im eingezäunten Garten befinden sich eine Pergola mit Sitzgelegenheit. Zwei Sonnenliegen und Grill sind vorhanden. Die Eigentümerin bewohnt angrenzend zeitweise ein Haus. Wer Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe sucht ist dort bestens aufgehoben.

La casetta è immersa nel verde, in posizione tranquilla. E' dotata di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana piacevole....sicuramente da rifare.

Casetta deliziosa, immersa nella natura. Intorno a noi solo silenzio. Nonostante il caldo dei primi giorni di vacanza c'è sempre stata una leggera brezza. Stupendi barbecue al tramonto di fronte al paesino di Buriano tutto illuminato di notte. Padrona di casa gentilissima e disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi ha bisogno di rigenerarsi!

Nice holiday in september

Maria was very nice and always very helpful. :) we enjoyed the days in her house with our dog and our little boy (1,5 years old). We recommend the house from maria a lot!

A place to fall in love with

Fantastic house perhaps a little neglected, breathtaking location in the middle of nature, perfect communication with the host ; only a small nuisance: someone in the area has several dogs that often bark even at night disturbing the quiet and the magic that this place should have otherwise 20 minutes from the sea

Schönes Haus, gute Lage - Betreuung nicht so toll

Insgesamt zwar einigermaßen sauber, aber ringsum nicht sehr gepflegt. Im einzigen Einbauschrank hing ca.zur Hälfte Garderobe der Vermieterin,in der Dusche stand noch Restdosen von Schampoo etc, vom Vormieter, der einzige, große Sonnenschirm im Garten war total defekt, es gab nur 2 Außenliegen, sonst nur 2 Sperrmüll-Gartenstühle. Aber immerhin Klimaanlage. Die Vermieterin war zu Einweisung nicht da, sandte uns eine Bekannte, die aber kein Wort Englisch sprach. Insgesamt haben wir uns trotzdem sehr erholt, es ist ein wunderschönes Steinhaus und wenn vermieterseits ein bisschen nachgebessert wird, lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall hier Urlaub zu machen.

Landliebe

Frau Maria Tecchi ist eine unkomplizierte, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Vielen Dank! Das Rustico ist grosszügig, wir waren 2 Erwachsene, aber auch für eine vierköpfige Familie hat es mehr als genug Platz. Der Garten ist gross und man kann direkt von der Küche/Wohnzimmer ins Freie. Sehr praktisch ist auch eine Toilette/Dusche im Parterre. Das Schlafzimmer mit ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich, eingerichtet mit einem guten Bett. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, praktisch kein Verkehr in der näheren Umgebung, frühmorgendliches Vogelkonzert inbegriffen. Manchmal unterbrechen Jagdhunde, die in der Umgebung in Zwingern gehalten werden die Ruhe. Für den kleinen Einkauf wie Brot, Caffè, Schinken gibt es 20 Minuten zu Fuss eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 15 Km entfern, in Casteglione della Pescaia oder in Grosseto wo Donnerstags auch Markt ist. Das Meer ist in 20 Fahrminuten gut zu erreichen, in der Umgebung ist es toll zum ausgedehnte Spaziergänge zu machen, wir waren mit 2 Hunden dort.

Great holidays!

We have had a very nice holidays in the house of Maria Tecchi. Beautifull surrounding: a very very quiet place. Only 20 min by car from the unspoiled nice sandy beaches. The house is situated in the country side in between the olive fields. The house is clean and nice and has a great large garden with much privacy. Maria is a very kind and helpfull lady - we really recommend this place! Peter and Corinne from Holland

Das Haus entspricht volls...

Das Haus entspricht vollständig der Beschreibung, es hat Charme und Charakter zudem liegt es in einer ruhigen erholsamen und sehr schönen Umgebung. Der Garten ist sehr schön, mit Hund ideal. Werde in jedem Fall wieder buchen.
