A nossa estadia foi ainda melhor do que estava a espera, a casa é muito confortável e limpa. A piscina é fantástica e o espaço á volta da piscina é maravilhoso e muito sossegado. A posição das casas permite ter bastante privacidade e a piscina é muito próximo da casa. Adoramos

Wanted a quite relaxing stay

Poor equipment. No oven Had to have combination oven replaced as blowing fuse if turned on. Replaced with microwave only. After 4 days. Christina was lovely. No sun beds so if using pool had to lay on ant ridden grass so uncomfortable so went to beach most days. Evening spoilt with loud music from adjoining bar had to sleep with all doors and windows closed terrible. Drains spoilt our stay as stink from room with washing machine so had to keep door closed at all times. Christina said nothing could be done as this is normal for area. the smell made us feel sick so did not use machine.

Um sossego à beira-mat

O espaço é formidável. A cada é espaçosa, com tudo o que é preciso. O terraço com acesso direto à piscina fez as delícias dos nossos filhos que estiveram sempre seguros enquanto se divertiam. Tudo super limpo e aconchegante. A Cristina recebeu-nos ainda antes da hora e foi super atenciosa. Para além de tudo, o condomínio fica numa zona bem sossegada, mas com a praia mesmo ali ao lado. Gostávamos de regressar! 👍👍

November i Albifeira

När vi bestämde oss för detta boende kollade vi att det fanns internet och värme då vi visste att det kunde bli kyligt och fuktigt på nätterna. Det fanns inget internet och luftvärmepumpen hade säkert inte fungerat på många år. Rena rama lurendrejeriet. Köksutrustningen var urusel. En rostfri kastrull och den var på 4 l. Redskapen och kärlen hade sett sina bästa dagar för 10 år sedan. Allt som allt, vi flyttade ut ett antal dagar tidigare till ett annat boende. Så aldrig mera denna bostad.

Segunda vez que ficamos na propriedade e mais uma vez adoramos. Os garotos adoram a piscina, o terraço e o beliche. Já estamos a pensar voltar para o ano.

Fantástico

Una bonita casa adosada con el parking justo en el porche de entrada y con una maravillosa terraza con barbacoa con vistas a la piscina. La situación es perfecta para hacer excursiones por calas maravillosas y no muy lejos Albufeira. Por decir algo, lo único a mejorar es que haya más luz en los cuartos de baño se ve muy poco.

Super schönes Häuschen, Traumhafter Pool

Das Haus war sehr gut eingerichtet und alles nötige vorhanden. Die Räume und Bäder waren sauber und alles sehr ordentlich. Der kleine Aussengrill ist super und man konnte sehr schön auf der grossen Gartentreasse sitzen. Der sehr grosse Pool in der gepflegten Anlage war traumhaft. Einziger Kritikpunkt waren die lauten Nachbaren im Endhaus links und teilweise der Lärm bis um 4 Uhr Morgens von der hinter der Anlage gelegenen Bar.

Really nice town house. Lovely and clean with plenty of sunbathing areas in the beautiful grounds

If you know and like the area of Sao Rafael, then I would definitely recommend this property. It's very spacious apart from the second bedroom but my daughter didn't have any problems with it. The owner Afonso was very easy to deal with during the whole process and was also kind enough to let us keep the property on for an extra afternoon(at no extra cost) as we weren't flying back till late. Christenna who looked after the property was a lovely lady for whom nothing was to much trouble, she even took delivery of our online food shopping and even put the freezer and fridge stuff away for us. If you do know the region then a car is an advantage but not a necessity. There are really nice beaches and restaurant's all within walking distance, as is the marina. If you are looking for a lively place with plenty of bars etc then Sao Rafael/Gale is not for you. If you like a quiet pace of life then this is the place for you.

Condomínio sossegado, casa óptima, limpa, com todas as condições para umas excelentes férias. A piscina e o espaço exterior são óptimos principalmente para uma família com crianças, a D Cristina, que nos recebeu com simpatia. Voltarei com toda a certeza!

Une belle location

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours en juin dans un cadre sympatique. C'est idéalement situé à la sortie de la marina d'Albufeira dans un quartier résidentiel où règnent les villa et les hôtels. Cristina nous a parfaitement accueilli et assisté durant notre séjour. Cependant, il est a noté que la literie à ressort est à revoir dans la chambre parentale. La rue est assez passante le matin et le soir, surement dû aux personnes travaillant dans les hôtels et les plages/bars aux alentours. Nous avons eu une panne de gaz mais Cristina a parfaitement réglé le soucis dans la journée. Nous avons trouvé cela dommage de ne pas avoir trouvé de documentation sur ce qu'il se fait dans les environs où même une carte, quelques fliyers de l'office de tourisme ferait l'affaire. Il est a noter enfin de faire attention dans l'herbe aux alentours des piscines car de petites fleurs près du sol attirent les abeilles et personne n'est à l'abri d'une piqure (ce qui est arrivé à notre fille de 2 ans sans gravité).

Superbe séjour dans cette très belle et spacieuse maison

Nous avons passé une semaine et demi parfaite dans la maison de Afonso. Tout y était parfait pour notre famille composée de 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Le confort de la location est est rendez-vous et linfrastructures de cette résidence avec un petit parc commun comprenant piscine, jeux pour enfants et tennis sont parfaits et étaient aux goûts de nos enfants. De plus tout était très bien entretenu. Concernant le lieu, les 2 plages a proximitée sont très belles en particulier celle de Sao Rafael. En conclusion je conseille cette location. Franck

Lovely property in smart complex

This is a spacious, clean and very well maintained property in a quiet area. The complex and pool etc is immaculate and very quiet with only a few of the properties occupied while we were there. There's a small supermarket nearby as well as a few lovely restaurants if you take the time to find them - O Marinheiro was our favourite and is a 10min walk . There's also several stunning beaches that are a couple of minutes away by car. The old town of Albufeira with all it's restaurants and shops is a couple of miles away, but probably too far to walk! Only slight negatives would be there are no sun loungers at the property or around the pool but we just laid on towels / lilos instead. All in all a very enjoyable holiday and we'd certainly return.

À refaire vite !!!

De retour de 3 semaines dans cette location , le descriptif est conforme à la réalité. Merci à Cristina pour son accueil , arrangeante sur les horaires d arrivée et de départ . Trois merveilleuses semaines dans une magnifique région à refaire .
