The villa is located in a nice subdivision with nice bushes in the garden which give you all the privacy you could need.

With a 5 minutes access to I4 you'll get easily to the most popular theme parks (Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World ...)
The villa is close to Championsgate Omni Golf (PGA championship) and Leisure Centre. You will need 10 to 30 minutes to have access to numerous beautiful golf courses.
Shopping and Restaurants are situated within a two minute drive and an endless number of restaurants can be found on th US 192 which is a 5 minute drive from the villa.

The villa is easy to live in with its 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.
You will have 2 en-suite bedrooms with their own bath and 2 bedrooms which share a bathroom.
The master bedroom has an en-suite with separate toilet and additional dressing area.
Master bedroom : 1 king bed
Second en-suite bedroom : 1 queen bed
2 other bedrooms : 2 twin beds

The kitchen is full equipped and extends to a dining room which leads to the covered patio and the pool.

The lounge is spacious with 3 seater sofas - 2 large armchairs - 2 coffee tables - video cabinet with cable tv.

The outside area is easy to live.
You will have a covered patio with a large table that can seat eight.

The linai is screened and 4 deckchairs are at your disposal for your rest.

The pool size is 30x15.
You can enjoy a large spa (up to 6 seats).
It can be heated on request with additional costs.
The kids or adults will enjoy eating at the bar seating on 3 pool-stools.
An additional external shower facility is supplied.

You have got a tennis court in the subdivision you can play free.

The pool is cleaned weekly and there is a maid service between rentals to maintain this villa to an extremely high standard.
The lawn is cut weekly.

Great layout, Homely and Spacious Villa
Just had a great stay over Christmas and New Year at Loma Vista…A very well laid out property which suited us, our young children and grandparents very well. The Villa is well kitted out, homely and set in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac, complimented by friendly and helpful neighbours. The rear outside space, gardens inc. the drivewayare lovely and well maintained. The pool is nice and large with a lovely deep end, along with swim up stools and bar top. The property could be improved in a few areas, with most beds requiring new mattresses, in our opinion, but overall a very good set up for a few weeks in Florida. The Disney resorts are technically only 30 mins away, but the daily heavy traffic on state highway 400, traveling in both directions, led to most tips being well over an hour. This could just be the time of year, but after staying in Kissimmee previously, and regularly checking other main roads in the area, we feel the location was not ideal, due to that almost unavoidable Freeway. We struggled to find another clear route at any time of day, concluding that Kissimmee would have been a better location, when traveling to Disney or Universal. Clearly this is not the fault of the hosts, but it is worth keeping in mind, depending on travel plans while in Orlando. Communication with the host was great on the lead up and while staying in the Villa. We would highly recommend the Villa but a little investment would level it with other Villas nearby.

Nous avons vraiment aimé passer nos vacances dans cette Villa ! Le quartier est calme et propre. La villa et la piscine sont assez grandes pour 8 personnes. Tout le monde y trouve sa place ! La villa est très bien située proche d'Orlando qui est une ville où vous trouverez toujours une activité à faire aussi bien pour les enfants que pour les adultes. Nous avons fait un très bon choix en choisissant cette villa !

Great location for quick access to Disney Parks. We travelled to Clearwater for a couple of days and again great access to highway. Very comfortable Villa with everything you would need. Pool and deck were bigger than we have had before so enjoyed the space. Supermarket and restaurants very close by.

Wonderful Villa
We stayed for 28 days , the villa is lovely, very clean, well looked after, bright and cheery , lots of towels, kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need, the washer takes a really big load, outside area and pool has been the best I have had. I was very happy and would love to return for another stay in the future.

Absolutely loved it! It was definitely home from home - apart from it being so warm and having a pool! The welcome gift that my uncle arranged with Michelle was awesome! It was a spacious villa and we all had space! Would highly recommend as is not too far from the Disney parks! The carpets are hard on bare feet so would recommend flip flops! An awesome sto thank you for letting us stay xxx

Relaxing Vacation
Location is very good and easy to find. Many stores at a 15 mins distance or less, Loved the neighborhood. The house is very spacious and the pool very nice as well. One thing I do recommend walk with flip flops or socks because there’s a floor (bamboo maybe) it’s very rough and hurts the bottom of your feet. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you for everything!

Good home with amazing pool
We had a good stay. The location was good. The neighbours behind were a little loud but I am sure that can happen anywhere an it was only during the day. The house was clean. Beds were not comfortable - very firm (Twin beds were good). Flooring was a little hard on the feet - bamboo I believe. One room didn't have a fire stick, but we made due without it. The house was well equipped. Bring a garbage bag or two as there was only the one in the bin. You are responsible to put garbage and recycling out. Overall it was a great place to stay. Location was close to amenities. We would stay there again

Very enjoyable stay
We spent a lot of time hanging out at this property in between trips to Disney etc. It was very welcoming when we arrived late in the day and there was a light on in the entryway. Plenty of seating indoor and out, which is often a challenge for our family of seven. We really loved the outdoor living space and the pool has a lot of privacy from plantings. Very nice landscapingng out front, also. Master bed is very firm so not as good for side sleepers like my husband and I but you will probably really like if you are a back sleeper. We were a little concerned on arrival when we saw we could not lower a/c below 71 because we like it pretty frigid when we come to Florida but house was actually very cool and comfortable. Has excellent layout with lots of room for kids while giving parents some privacy. Really enjoyed our time!

The 4 bedroom home was exactly what we were looking for. The area was quiet and private. The outdoor lanai was an ideal setting for playing cards and board games. The management company provided personalized service to an internet challenge, which was resolved in a timely manner.

Great getaway near Disney
Location is great except for the construction that was on going that doubled the amount of time going to and from the parks and airport. The home itself was lovely. We had a problem with the spa the first day but the hosts had a pool person out promptly to fix the issue. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. The neighborhood was quiet.

Loved the location and proximity to everything including major theme parks and also local amenities (gas station, grocery stores restaurants, etc.). Kitchen is equipped with adequate cooking supplies but literally NO spices (not even salt or pepper). We were given 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom for a one week stay and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Privacy in the backyard was a major plus, although we did not end up getting the pool or hot tub heat working despite paying extra for it to be heated. Owner refunded the extra payment upon our departure but we would much rather have had it in working order. Seems like we were told different reasons why it wasn't working despite us looking up the operation manual ourselves and we had used it all properly. Again, the owner did refund the payment for heat but it was frustrating nonetheless as we picked this house specifically for the hot tub and pool being heated. Plenty of space to accommodate all of us and comfortable furnishings throughout including lanai area by pool. Owner remains in close communication with any issues and is understanding.

The owner controls everything
My experience with staying here wasn't good, once I arrived the house was dirty, beds undone, dishes dirty and laundry wasn't done, I called management and they had thought my check in wasn't until a couple days after and that's why the house looked the way it was. Then I paid to heat up the pool and hot tub, the jets on the hot tub are not that strong and the water is not hot enough only up to 98 degrees and the pool doesn't heat up alot either. Overall I wouldn't rent this house again for that price I would rent something else.

Fantastic!!!
We were very impressed with the size of the home, TV was great and we absolutely loved the huge pool and spa. We did find that the outlet in the master bedroom by the sinks didn't work though. We have stayed at about a dozen other homes in the past 12 years and this is by far the best! We would like to return next year if it's available.

The house was fine. We enjoyed our stay. The main issue was the directions to get the key stated that we could pick up the key at a given address. So we went there and the person living there had no clue about it. Very confusing and unsafe practice. I called and left a message at the number we were given and never got a call back. So we went to the house and got in through an unlocked backdoor. I then looked at the email about the keys again and found a link with directions to open the locked box by the front door. Why wasn’t that info in the body of the email I received instead of the misinformation about going to a stranger’s home to get the keys. Seriously unhappy about that!

The instruction to get the key code were incorrect. Sent us to s home that had no idea what we were talking about. Called property management several times no answer. Neighbor helped us out and we called the owner in France. Pool dirty, bathroom vanity not clean, light bulbs out in master bath. Animal crap in garage were washing machine and dryer were. Mattresses were hard and thin. Pool area not clean. Not what we expected. Very disappointed.

Great location
This is a perfect location to be close yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle. The owners are great and easy to work with. Location is in a neighborhood and neighbors are nice and friendly. Having to bring beach and pool towels with while traveling is probably the only real inconvenience here, but you can use bath towels and wash them. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
