Emplacement idéal
Studio fonctionnel et suffisant l'été pour un couple. Pleine vue sur la mer et la plage : à vous les levers de soleil et de lune. Baie vitrée qui s'ouvre en totalité. Le ventilateur est bien utile. En haute saison, la place de parking au sous-sol est indispensable. Cette année l'ascenseur du parking est mis en fonction, bien pratique pour les arrivées et départs. Ce 2ème séjour a été agréable une fois de plus, l'immeuble est propre. Serge est à l'écoute et aux petits soins pour tous conseils sur les lieux.

Belle vue panoramique.
Séjour en couple de 3 semaines de vacances réussies. Annonce conforme en tout point. Petit studio optimisé et fonctionnel. Parfait pour l'été à 2 personnes. Rangements, petite penderie, électroménager en état de marche. Store au balcon et ventilateur très appreciable. Douche au top. La vue est splendide en tout point. Voir le lever du soleil pour les lève-tôt est un spectacle magnifique. Accès à la plage en 2 minutes. Nous avons apprécié qu'il n y ait pas de voitures qui circulent, c'est très rare. Studio super bien équipé avec une vue exceptionnelle.
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en amoureux au mois de mai dans ce studio qui bénéficie d'une situation géographique exceptionnelle. Situé au 8 ème etage les pieds dans l'eau avec une très belle plage et un paseo bordé de bars et de restaurants et les commerces à proximité, vous ne pouvez passer que de supers vacances. De plus Serge et son épouse sont des personnes adorables et à l'écoute . Nous avons eu la chance qu'ils soient sur place et nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux. Je recommande vivement cette location. Nous espérons y retourner prochainement. Cathy et Bruno

Nous remercions Serge le propriétaire de sa réactivité et de son appartement formidable, dont la vue est incroyable et lorsque vous êtes dans le lit, vous voyez la mer, et à cette hauteur, il semblerait que vous soyez sur un bateau croisière en Méditérranée. L'appartement répondait en tout point à la description et la vue est tout simplement splendide. Le réveil avec le lever de soleil et les mouettes était idéal pour bien commence réa journée. A conseiller et à recommander. Il est nécessaire de prendre l'option parking pour plus d'aisance. C'est véritable les pieds sur le sable. Et le propriétaire nous a fournis de bons conseils pour découvrir la région. Pour résumé, c'était très bien et à refaire.

Unas vistas impresionantes
El apartamento está situado en una primera línea de mar tanto que desde dentro te da la impresión que estás en un barco. Puedes disfrutar de unos amaneceres y unos anocheceres impresionantes. Lugar tranquilo y familiar. El apartamento pequeño y acogedor ideal para parejas. Muy fiel a las fotos del anuncio. Hemos tenido una estancia muy cómoda. La atención del propietario, desde el principio hasta el fin, ha sido inmejorable. Muy pero que muy recomendable. Repetiremos sin duda y recomendaremos a amigos y familia.

Las vistas son incomparables
El apartamento es pequeño y muy acogedor, ideal para parejas. Las fotos del mismo son fieles a la realidad. Las vistas son espectaculares, el entorno es tranquilo y familiar. El apartamento está situado muy cerca del centro de Platja d'Aro. El trato con el propietario fue excelente desde el primer contacto. Sin ninguna duda repetiremos!!!

Sejour en Amoureux
Nous avons séjourné dans ce joli studio avec sa magnifique vue sur la mer. Il est très bien situé ( commerce à proximité, restaurant, bar etc ... ) et le parking souterrain est très pratique surtout pour la haute saison. Cet appartement est très bien insonorisé donc pas de soucis pour passer une agréable nuit. Le propriétaire est très sympa et professionnel. Je recommande vivement ce studio et nous y retournerons certainement l'année prochaine :)

Très satisfaits de cette location idéalement située, superbe vue sur la mer, chemin de ronde longeant les magnifiques criques à ne pas manquer ! Le studio est très fonctionnel et Serge le propriétaire très a l'écoute de nos demandes ! Je recommande cette location et n'hesiterai pas à y revenir! Nous avons visité gerone et tossa de Mar, 2 villes magnifiques, nous souhaitons vraiment revenir à playa de aro pour profiter de nouvelles vacances

Studio conforme aux photos et à la description. La vue sur la mer est magnifique, et l'emplacement est idéal: très proche de la plage et proche du centre ville (pas besoin de prendre la voiture). Appartement idéal pour une semaine ! Garage fort appréciable. Entendre les vagues au coucher et au lever, ça n'a pas de prix. Propriétaire charmant.
