This fully furnished apartment, in a chalet, on the garden level is located 2.5 km from the center of Chamonix. After enjoying the entertainment in the city center, you can rest in peace.
To refuel you have a small shopping center 600 m away.
Buses and trains are free throughout the valley, with the guest card given to the tenant upon arrival.
Hiking in summer, or contemplative snowshoeing in winter, the Bossons glacier, the Merlet free-range animal park, climbing rocks, tree climbing, the Gaillands lakes, are nearby.
the downhill and cross-country ski trails are 2.5 km from the house.
You have all the cultural or sports activities in the center of Chamonix.

Hosts were amazing

The property was lovely and a short bus ride from Chamonix Centre, it was clean and cosy with a lovely kitchen which helped us keep things cheap; but what really sold this to me were the hosts, they were incredibly accommodating picking us up from the bus station after our flight as well as running us in to Chamonix and along to Argentiere with our ski's. Completely amazing and would definitely stay again.

Nous avons passé un séjour de quatre jours dans cet appartement, et tout s’est déroulé parfaitement, conformément à nos attentes. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils et accueillants ; ils ont pris le temps de nous conseiller sur des endroits à visiter, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. C’était une excellente expérience, et je recommande vivement cet hébergement.

Die Unterkunft ist echt super gelegen und sauber, das Doppelbett ist etwas eng für zwei Personen. Es gibt aber noch zwei andere Betten. Sonst hat alles gepasst, wir würden wieder kommen.

Apartment next to the river

We had a very enjoyable stay here in June. The apartment is located between Chamonix and Les Bossons, wedged between the river and the railway line with view over the mountains. We did not have a car, and found it easy to travel using train and bus. Both were approx a 10 minute walk away. The description of the apartment is accurate as are the pictures. The decor is possibly a bit old fashioned but the apartment is well equipped for anything you may need. The area was peaceful and quiet. Please note that the bathroom has a half bath as per the description and a handheld shower head. We felt that the stay could be improved by the addition of a proper shower above the bath. Thank you for making our time in Chamonix memorable.

Annonce conforme à la description. Propriétaires très sympathiques et de bon conseil. Le logement est bien équipé pour s'y sentir comme à la maison. Il est situé à côté de chemins de randonnées. Il se situe à 30-45 minutes a pied de Chamonix centre. Magnifiques paysages montagneux autour de la maison. Adresse à conserver!

Un séjour parfait !

Accueil chaleureux, on se sent comme chez soi dans un paysage unique ! Idéal pour couples ou familles. Logement tout équipé, nous n'avons rencontrés aucu problème bien au contraire, emplacement idéal pour des balades à proximité et pour découvrir Chamonix d'ailleurs, même pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour s'y rendre ! Insufficient Address for VRBO

We had great difficulty finding the VRBO because only a street name was provided not an actual address. There were many houses on the street but no one recognized the photo of the house we showed them. Fortunately, my daughter speaks French and the owner responded to our phone call and came to pick us up, for which we were very grateful. This would have been unnecessary if a house address had been provided.

Perfect stay! The apartment was a great size for the two of us, and even had space for two more! The host was delightful and our room had a beautiful view of the Aiguille de Midi. Will be recommending to everyone looking to come to Chamonix!

Sejour Été

Après un précédent séjour en hiver à Chamonix, nous y sommes retourné dans ce châlet pour l'été; et nous n'avons pas été déçu. La beauté des paysages de la vallée et les montagnes sont tout simplement majestueuse. Nous avons été reçu une nouvelle fois chez M. et Mme Ravanel avec un accueil chaleureux. La maison est idéalement placée avec la gare des Bossons ou Pelerins à proximité ainsi qu'un supermarché, boulangerie et boucherie à environ 10 minutes à pied. Je recommande à nouveau ces hôtes et ce châlet pour vôtre séjour dans cette région. A bientôt.
