This 2 bedroom/2 bath Gulf View Home has been newly remodeled in 2016 steps away from sugar white sand and crystal clear water. Sleeps 8 with large shaded porch and sun deck with plenty of room for family gatherings. 150 foot walk to the whitest sand in the area. Fantastic views of Gulf from the front porch and Mobile Bay from your private sundeck! Shower off with outside shower or totally remodeled bathrooms upstairs. There is a BBQ/Picnic Area downstairs with more shaded areas under the house. A short walk to the bay side (accross Hwy 180) has an inlet perfect for launching Kayaks and excellent fishing on the Gulf or Bay side of the peninsula. 50' Flat Screen TV mounted on wall in Living Area and 32' Flat Screen TV in Bedroom #1. Living Area and Breakfast areas both face Gulf of Mexico! Shopping and Restaurants are only minutes away.

* At certain times of the year (spring break and Hangout Fest) We do not accept reservations from groups of travelers under the age of 21, All members in group should be of legal age (21yrs+) Primary renter must be (25+) and provide valid state issued ID prior to arrival. Payment in full is due at the time of reserving, and there are no cancellation refunds for reservations to a person under age 25. *

Truly a great experience!

The host, Paul, is a pleasure to deal with. Quick to answer all questions. The house really does have everything you’d need to stay there. It is out of town, which is fantastic. No drunk folks to deal with. This is our 3rd stay, we booked our 4th stay while we were there! Love it here.

Fort Morgan Getaway

Perfect little old-fashioned beach house in a quiet section of Fort Morgan. Scrupulously clean with updated appliances and with a full complement of kitchen necessities and beach gear. Although not right on the beach, it's a very short walk across the street. View of Gulf and Mobile Bay pretty good. Paul, the owner, was an excellent communicator throughout the process so we had no issues whatsoever! Thanks to him we had a wonderful week...

Awesome place.

Great little house in a great area. Although not directly on the beach, it was close enough to see and hear the surf breaking on the sand. Paul was a great host and everything was perfect. Would love to return to this property.

Hidden Gem

Two couples stayed five days in this wonderful little hidden gem across the street from the BEST beach experience. A very short walk and we were able to enjoy seclusion at its best! Working with Paul was fantastic! Through our conversations (phone and text), we felt as we've known him forever. Very kind, personable, and works above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The house was fully furnished--more so than any Vrbo listing we've ever experienced. We will definitely be back--too bad it's booked for our next planned getaway. Maybe we shoudn't have left such a good review lol!

We had an amazing beach vacation! Location was perfect - easy walk to the beach. Quiet and very nice neighborhood. The house was well stocked with anything you would need! Great vacation! Loved seeing the dolphins in the ocean.

This house has nice appliances and many small electrical appliances. It was stocked with plastic baggies to large trash bags (incase you forget yours). The house was not far from the white sandy beach. It was a great place to getaway.

Spring break get away!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Louisi-Bama! It was a very short walk to the beach for fishing! The cottage was well-stocked with essentials for cooking, paper products, and laundry. We loved the covered porch area in the late afternoons and evenings. The owner, Mr. Stanton was very helpful with any questions and all check in and out needs. All together a wonderful stay experience! We would definitely rent this cottage again! Thank you!!!

Great Beach Location

Great accommodations with everything you need to escape to the beach (and relax)! Secluded from crazy Gulf Shores, but close enough if you need to go to town. Comfortable home with great amenities (everything we needed). Paul was communicative and helpful for understanding the area, tips on restaurants, etc. A go-to place for us in the future in February, before the busy season… for sure…!

Beautiful beach home and location

We loved the beach home and the location. After being on the road for several days, it was so nice to arrive at this darling beach home. Paul, the host was very nice and had emailed us with some specifics, but also phoned before are arrival with great information on local restaurants and stores etc. the kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. Great appliances throughout the home (kitchen,laundry,tv). The home was very clean. Everything went smoothly. The location was awesome, quiet, beautiful view, very close to the white sandy beach. It was important for us that it be close to golf courses, and it was. Was able to get 5 or 6 rounds in at some very nice courses. Great food at area restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Just leave your stuff on the beach and enjoy an 'Old School' Beach Vacation with family and friends! Most Beach Vacation Spots have turned into 'Las Vegas on the Beach'... not this one! Return to the original beach vacation with an emphasis on family without having to be 4-6 people deep to find a spot on the beach! Excellent Fishing out front in the Gulf or on the Bay side just a short walk across the street!
