Comfortable and clean

Enjoyed our stay in this private and comfortable gite with a really nice outside space to relax. We did some considerable travelling and it was a good central base in a nice village with a decent restaurant and shops. Hosts were lovely. Thank you both.

The rural cottage

The cottage was lovely with plenty of parking for a small camper van though we were a little concerned about access through narrow streets. Any larger motor home would have great difficulty turning round. This maybe needs to be reflected in the description and was our only concern. Josiane and Sandrina were very helpful and welcoming.

Belle semaine dans le Marais Poitevin

Nous avons passé une super semaine à Saint Hilaire La Palud. La maison est tres bien agencée. Tout y est bien pensé, il ne manque rien et la literie ewt excellente. Il y a les commerces essentiels dans le village qui se trouve qui est au carrefour de belles villes a visiter comme La Rochelle, Saintes, Niort,.... Josiane et Jean Claude ainsi que Sandrine sont adorables et a l’ecoute. Nous reviendrons.

Séjour famille et vélo

Semaine sympa et reposante pour découvrir le marais et la nature environnante à vélo. Maison très propre et accueillante attention toutefois à l'accès aux chambres et toilettes à l'étage bas de plafond. L'extérieur est très agréable également et tout bien équipé. Nous avons passé un bon séjour!

location agréable et région près de la nature

Malgré un peu de pluie le séjour au coeur du marais Poitevin ne déçut personne. Le paysage et la faune étaient là pour passer quelques jours d'évasion..

Région près de la nature avec son paysage de marais, de canaux fluviaux, de faune sauvage... qui fait oublier un temps automnale un peu pluvieux.

belles vacances dans le marais

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez mr et mme Morin, qui sont forts sympathiques. Le gite est très agréable à vivre, très propre et très bien équipé , jusque dans les moindres détails. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée et très fonctionnelle. le séjour est spacieux et à la fraiche l'été. notre chambre et le lit étaient très confortables . La terrasse est le lieu à vivre pendant l'été ,avec la plancha ,le store ,et surtout le murier platane qui apporte ombre et fraicheur.. Il y a aussi un cabanon pour ranger les vélos ou autres. L'endroit s'est révélé particulièrement calme et reposant. le bourg de saint hilaire ,à 800m ,avec :un excellent boucher charcutier et un très bon boulanger ,un marché local le dimanche , et une superette ,permettent d'avoir l'essentiel à disposition. Ce fût une semaine parfaite.

Location maison st hilaire la palud

Très beau séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée et confortable au coeur du marais poitevin ,ce dernier ,riche en faune et en flore peut être exploré à pied , à vélo ou en barque ,un pur bonheur !!!! Le jardin est clôturé et nos deux chiens ont pu s'épanouir en toute sécurité , la plancha sur la terrasse est un plus pour des soirées conviviales . La Rochelle et Niort sont à visiter mais également les marchés et plages de la Vendée ... Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur petite attention de bienvenue .. Je vous recommande cette maison de vacances ..

Très bel endroit à Saint Hilaire La Palud

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Merci à eux pour le petit cadeau de bienvenue. La maison est idéale, confortable, spacieuse et très bien équipée; La cour fermée est un plus pour garer la voiture. Un grand et beau terrain et une belle terrasse. Tout est parfait.

Un accueil très sympathique des propriétaires Mme et Mr Morin..un gîte qui est typique style marais poitevin.. propre..et endroit très calme.. sieste à l'ombre d'un cerisier sous les champs des oiseaux..le paradis.endoit où l'on oublie tous ses soucis... merci
