Perched atop a private hill, this villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the mountains.
The villa was renovated in 2010, featuring a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, each with its private bathroom or shower, and air conditioning for warmer days.
Outside, you'll discover a solar-heated pool with a massage jet, providing unforgettable moments of relaxation, even during cooler months. After a dip in the pool, you can enjoy the outdoor shower (with hot water!) hidden in the midst of nature.
The large terrace and garden boast three distinct dining tables. One is sheltered from the sun, another offers stunning views of the Versilia Sea, while the last faces the majestic Tuscan mountains.
Just a 10-minute drive away, the beaches of Versilia, including the famous Forte Dei Marmi, await with their elegant boutiques. Explore the charms of Pietrasanta, the city of marble artisans, and Viareggio, known for its bustling port, shopping promenade, and its famous carnival.
The surroundings are teeming with historical treasures, from the fortified city of Lucca to picturesque alleys and artisan shops. Each summer, the Lucca Summer Festival hosts international music artists. Explore Pisa, Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Carrara, and the stunning Cinque Terre.
