At the heart of the National Park of the Pyrenees, authentic Quercy house with character, dating from the 18th century, with pool, entirely renovated in 1980. Built in stone, with a pigeon house, a large sheltered terrace overlooking the valley, with stone pillars, leading to an enclosed and shadowed courtyard. House overlooking the valley and isolated in the middle of the 20ha property. It is a heaven of silence. This rental object received the official 3-star-approval. New: solar shower, plancha.

Charmantes uriges Haus
Wir würden herzlich in Empfang genommen. Es war alles vor Ort was wir benötigten. Das Haus liegt als letztes Gebäude auf einem Berg mit Privatweg. Wer das Land und die Ruhe sucht, findet dort einen guten Ort zum Entspannen.Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar.

Maison ancienne, beaucoup de charme à l'extérieur.Piscine agréable.Situation idéale Périgord/Quercy
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire, beaucoup de cachet de la situation et de la bâtisse à l'extérieur. L'intérieur est confortable mais un peu sonore d'une chambre à l'autre. Difficulté de manipuler les serrures des toilettes ! la majorité du groupe n'a pas trouvé les locaux bien propres. L'emplacement est idéal pour un séjour dans cette belle région.

Une grande maison de style, très bien équipée avec piscine, ping-pong, pétanque... Même un four à pain qui fonctionne! Un site splendide, au calme. Tout ça au cœur du Quercy, proche de Cahors et des grands sites de la vallée du Lot. Et des vignobles de grande qualité. A recommander sans hésiter.

Très bon séjour en famille
Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en aout. La maison restant fraiche plus la piscine, nous n'avons pas souffert de la chaleur. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute et fort sympathique. Le confort de la maison est correct (à part un robinet fatigué et quelques difficultés à se connecter au wifi le premier jour, rien de vraiment grave) et surtout les voisins très peu dérangeant !! (se faire réveiller par l'odeur du pain cuisant dans le four à pain jouxtant la maison nous a plutôt ravi !)

fêtes de fin d'année 2010
nous avons loué pour le réveillon de la saint-sylvestre 2010 et vraiment nous nous sommes régalés ! Superbe batisse, intérieur avec pierre du quercy dans la pièce à vivre, grande cuisine très bien équipée, grandes chambres... Bon chauffage sur cette période. Acceuil très chaleureux avec un cadeau de bienvenu très appréciable. Le petit bémol est sur le ménage, en arrivant nous avons trouvé propre au 1er abord mais ensuite en s'installant, découverte de quelques toiles d'araignées et de poussières. mais, c'est une batisse non occupée toute l'année... très appréciable le fait de pourvoir se promener autour de la maison car superbe parc et forêt. Dommage nous n'avons pas pu profité de la piscine (mauvaise saison) car superbe terrasse près de la piscine. A conseiller pour passer un agréable séjour dans le lot avec la possibilité de visiter et découvrir le lot.

Magnifique batisse très bien située.Hélas tout y est approximatif tant le confort que la propreté (exception faite du prix!)Matelas à ressorts(ON LES SENT);canapés du salon TRES INCONFORTABLES;cable satellite=vieille tv qui ne captait que 2 OU 3 CHAINES et encore très "NEIGEUSES";accès internet(à notre arrivée ni cordon ni carte d'accès);le tableau de commandes du LV en partie cassé;portes d'une des armoires à ne pas utiliser si certains dorment encore(grincent ++)ds la meme chambre les tiroirs de la commode font de la résitance;le frigo près de la piscine mériterait la casse(inutilisable car moisi et rouillé intérieur et extérieur);accès à la piscine dangeureux voire impraticable pour certains à moins de descendre du chamois!! (l'escalier se termine par un chemin caillouteux assez raide);ATTENTION pour les enfants beaucoup de guèpes autour de la piscine...COTE PROPRETE:intérieur poubelle cuisine sale(caché par sac );toile cirée de la salle à manger qui n'avait pas vu un bon coup d'éponge depuis un certain temps.Coté moutons: ils étaient au rendez vous sous les lits j'ai du passer 1 coup d'aspi(rafistoler avec du scotch) NOUS LOUONS POUR LES VACANCES DEPUIS 1 TRENTAINE D ANNEES et nous avons rarement regretté à ce point (2 ou 3 fois); les vacances(3 semaines) nous ont paru bien longues car CERISE SUR LE GATAEU il a fait 1 froid de canard cette année en JUIN seulement 15° certains jours à l'interieur et croyez le pas de chauffage et cheminée inutilisable car pas ramonéee!!!!! EN BREF CETTE LOCATION POURRAIT ETRE SUPER SI LE PROPRIETAIRE PRENAIT UN PEU PLUS EN COMPTE LE BIEN ETRE DE SES LOCATAIRES
