VILLA SCOPELLO SEA

Wonderful independent villa with garden and quiet. 1km away from the Zingaro nature reserve and the tuna Scopello, surrounded by nature between the hills and the sea near the ancient beam of Scopello. An ideal place for lovers of the sea and relaxation. Far from the noise of civilization is rediscovering the pleasure of nature in a garden overlooking the sea of ​​the Gulf largest in Sicily.
In the enclosed garden you will find ancient olive trees and vegetation typical of Trapani, small palm trees, laurel trees, a pomegranate ... a beautiful plant caper in summer showcases of beautiful flowers ... a small fig tree that every year there It does taste its fruits ...
Two large pergolas offer a relaxing area protected from the sun where you can eat during the day and evening. Under the pergola smaller is the kitchen, equipped with barbecue, table top and sink.
An outdoor shower with 5 jets of fresh water is ideal for bathing returning from the sea.
At the entrance of the garden there is a large area dedicated to the car park.
The house inside is very cozy. On entering there is a living area with a kitchen equipped with everything point, table and chairs, a comfortable sofa and a fireplace for the winter. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower) offer the possibility to stay comfortably in 6 people. In all the house windows have mosquito nets and in the bedrooms there are ceiling fans.

Top location!
Viviana's house is just wonderful! Splendid views, tasteful design, and everything you need is there. The beautiful village of Scopello and the beach are nearby. We had a great Easter week there with our 3 kids!

Wir - 5 Mädels - erlebten wunderbare Tage auf Sizilien. Das Ferienhaus ist für "italienische Vermietungsobjekte" voll ok - der Blick sensationell und die Abwicklung war vollkommen unproblematisch. Scopello und Umgebung empfanden wir als eher untouristisch und urig. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Das Haus ist in Ordnung, aber...
"...man erwartet bei diesem Preis (1.300 € im Sommer) mehr als einziges Weinglas, braun-fleckige Bettwäsche, einen widerlich stinkenden Kühlschrank, in dem zentimeterhoch das Wasser steht, und einen ungepflegten Garten mit Müllecken. Die Entfernungsangaben sind falsch, alles ist 2-3 mal weiter entfernt. Der sehr kleine Ort Scopello wimmelt von Touristen. Im parco naturale "Lo Zingaro" kann man nicht wandern. Es gibt vom Süden aus nur einen Zugang (3 km vom Haus entfernt), dort muss man Eintritt zahlen und kann sich dann in die Schlange der Touristen einreihen, die zu den Stränden gehen. Der 2.Strand im Park (50 min vom Eingang) lohnt sich aber sehr, ebenso die noch weiter entfernten Strände."

une maison très confortable et très calme
la maison est très bien placée : à proximité de Scopello, des plages et des commerces mais située dans les hauteurs : vue magnifique et calme absolu : pas de bruit, c'est du luxe aujourd'hui. 3 chambres spacieuses, une salle de bain très bien équipée, un séjour avec cuisine très agréable. A l'extérieur, une très grande terrasse avec un emplacement sous les cannisses pour s'abriter un peu du soleil dans la journée ou prendre un repas dehors. Avec mes deux enfants, nous avons passé un excellent séjour : location à recommander !

"Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans le gîte de Viviana.Nous avons été accueillis par ses parents qui nous attendaient avec de l''eau fraîche et des fruits de saison.La maison est située à flanc de colline,juste avant l''entrée du village, avec vue sur la mer.On y accède par un petit chemin carrossable.Il est donc très tranquille car à l''écart des autres maisons et de la route (qui est de tout manière peu fréquentée car elle est barrée un peu plus loin par la réserve naturelle du Zingaro).On trouve tout ce qu''il faut sur place:supérette améliorée (avec des rayons frais de charcuterie, fromages,pain et même boucherie). Le "pesto à la trapanèse" y est très bon. A côté du petit supermarché, se trouve un marchand de fruits et légumes.Il y a aussi un DAB bien utile dans le village.Scopello est un site calme qui n''est pas très éloigné d''un carrefour autoroutier.De ce fait, les grands sites toutistiques de la Sicile occidentale (Ségeste, Selinunte, Palermo, Montréale, Eyre, ...) sont très facilement accessible (compter 1h à 1h30''de trajet). La vallée des Temples est un peu plus éloignée (2 heures). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les belles criques de la réserve de Zingaro (eaux limpides et poissonneuses).Elles ne sont pas toutes accessibles en été (risque d''incendie).Petit bémol:les parkings sont souvent payants, la plage de la Tonnarra de Scopello aussi. Finalement, nous garderons un excellent souvenir de Scopello et de la Sicile."

"De retour de Scopello, nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour.La maison est tout à fait agréable,pleine de charme, l''environnement est exceptionnel, jardin superbe, quartier très tranquille et non bâti, magnifique vue mer latérale.La maison est très propre et fraîche, deux belles salle de bains, tout l''équipement nécessaire est fourni.La voiture est indispensable car la mer n''est pas accessible à pied.La maison est sur les hauteurs, donc on bénéficie de la vue imprenable et de la fraîcheur.La région de Scopello est une des plus belles de Sicile, et il y a beaucoup d''excursions à faire à la journée. Je vous conseille vivement cette location, d''autant plus que la propriétaire Viviana est charmante."

"A pretty, functional hou...
"A pretty, functional house in a beautiful garden with a view of the stunning bay of Castellamare. The noisiest thing at night are the crickets and birds. Scopello is a dream, with great restaurants and cafes, and even in two weeks we never managed to taste all the wonderful ice cream flavours and pasta dishes on offer, and heaven knows we tried! Viviana was more than happy to help with practical tips and local knowledge - a real treasure. We'll be back as soon as possible."

"Das Haus, die Inneneinri...
"Das Haus, die Inneneinrichtung, wie auch die Außenanlage (Garten und Terassen) sind sehr schön. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und funktioniert. (Nur die große Bratpfanne könnte ausgewechselt werden.) Hervorzuheben ist die absolut ruhige Lage des Hauses mit phantastischem Blick auf die Bucht, auch wenn er durch die Bepflanzung stark eingeschränkt wird. Das bezaubernde Scopello, wie malerische Badebuchten sind noch fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein kleiner, gutsortierter Supermarkt/Bäcker/Gemüseladen befinden sich in der Nähe. Der Vermieter war immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit und löste ein kleineres technisches Problem sofort. Ein sehr angenehmer Ort, um entspannte Urlaubstage zu verbringen."
