Cape Cod is beautiful in the off months! Available for rent for a few days, a week, a month or even longer! Available in the Spring and Fall when the Cape is at its best!

Come stay in Centerville and walk to Craigville Beach! This is a 5BR home located just outside of Craigville Retreat Center on the way to Craigville Sub & Pizza. Can also walk 30 minutes to Four Seas and earn that famous ice cream!

The house is fully equipped and has a large living room, adjoining dining room, and kitchen. 5 bedrooms, 2 baths and outdoor shower make it a perfect fit for extended family stays.

The first floor has a good sized living room with a kitchen and dining room that is very open and no wall between the kitchen/dining room. The lower floor is only 2 steps down from the main floor and it has a TV room, a bedroom with a queen size bed, and another bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a washer/dryer on this floor. From the living room you can also go upstairs to find 3 more bedrooms and another full bathroom with a bathtub. One bedroom has another queen size bed, one room has 2 twin beds, and the last has a full size bed.

There is a farmers porch in the front of the house to watch the world go by and the private backyard has a large deck with a gas grill, plenty of seating and an outdoor shower.

Additional Amenities Include: Pots & Pans, Dishes, Silverware, Glasses, Cooking Utensils, Bowls, Wine glasses, Coffee Pot, Keurig, Coffee Cups, Toaster, Microwave, Dishwasher, Gas Grill, Cable, FREE WIFI, and Washer & Dryer.

Everything we needed for a lovely stay

This place was wonderful. The location was perfect—some of us walked to the beach or would go on runs. Richard was so responsive and accommodating. We rented this house for our wedding weekend and he accommodated our needs and then some. Definitely worth staying here with your family or a relaxing time away with friends.

Amazing stay on the cape!

House was perfect for our annual trip to the cape. It exceeded our expectations and was in a perfect location to the beach and close to great restaurants and breweries. The host was so responsive to our needs and questions, I highly recommend this property and can’t wait to visit again!

Comfortable home away from home

This home worked well for our group of six and could have housed more. Clean with good natural light and lovely beach house feel. Kitchen had what we needed, location was good, bedrooms were plentiful, and especially appreciated all the hooks for towels or jackets or whatever. Nice yard and back deck as well. We would stay here again if our travels bring us back to the Cape.

Great pet and family home

This place exceeded expectations. Quiet. Very clean. Plenty of space and well equipped. The grill and kitchen served us well and the large fenced yard gave kids and dog room to run. Richard was quick to reply to questions. Beach is a short walk.

The photos don't really do this place justice. An easy walk to the beach, wonderful backyard, and plenty of space. We had a fantastic weekend (even tho it rained for most of it) and found Dick and Ann's home well appointed and centrally located. Definitely recommend

Wonderful Fall Weekend in Centerville!

My family had a great long weekend at Richard's property. It was very clean and ready for us to settle in, and check in couldn't have been easier. Best of all, the location could not be beat - an easy walk to the beach, and a quick drive to all great restaurants nearby.

Wonderful, Peaceful Home

Six members of my family just finished a two night stay for a family wedding. Everything was perfect. The location was great, just a short walk from the beach on a quiet street. The key was just were it was supposed to be and the house was spotlessly clean and extremely roomy and comfortable. The HVAC, plumbing and appliances all worked perfectly. The fenced back yard was wonderful. In short, we could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Great stay

We loved our 2 night stay. This house shows even better in person than the photos reveal. Plenty of space, very clean and laid out well. It’s on a quiet street, and has a large private backyard. We loved the table and chairs out on the deck. The beds were comfortable and the house has games for kids. The location is perfect and easily walkable to the beach. We hope to stay again and would definitely stay for a week if available.
