Notre séjour s'est très bien Passé. Marie Odile est une hôtesse accueillante et charmante. Très attentionnée, qui nous a aidé à monter nos bagages. Appartement conforme au descriptif. Très bien placé : commerces, plage, etc.... Très calme également, bien équipé : vaisselle, literie. Mais un problème avec ABRITEL / on m'a facturé 70 € de frais de ménage, et la propriétaire n'était pas au courant. Pas normal

Nous avons aimé : - l'efficacité, l'accompagnement et la souplesse de notre hôte - l'emplacement de l'appartement à toute proximité de la plage et des commerces - l'équipement de l'appartement et les jouets mis à disposition des jeunes enfants Nous avons moins aimé : - les 38 marches à monter avec un bébé - les parkings payants en cette saison. Nous remercions d'ailleurs Jocelyne de sa proposition de contribution. - les WC ne sont pas séparés.

Séjour Septembre 2019
Location très bien située au centre de La Baule. On peut laisser la voiture et faire tout à pied. L'appartement est conforme à la description. Tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances. Accueil très chaleureux de la propriétaire et très conciliante en ce qui concerne l'heure d'arrivée et de départ. A refaire sans hésitation.

EMPLACEMENT EXCEPTIONNEL !
Emplacement exceptionnel pour ce grand appartement (nous étions deux et un chat !) On fait, tout à pied et c'est vraiment agréable de pouvoir aller chercher sa baguette où ses langoustines fraiches aux halles le matin ..... et la plage est à 1 minute ! Le parking en face de l'appartement ne dérange absolument pas, ni pour la vue ni pour le bruit. Malgré le fait que l'appartement soit en plein centre, il n'y a pas de nuisances sonores. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire dans cet appartement pour passer un agréable séjour dans cette belle ville de La Baule ! La propriétaire est vraiment sympathique est très arrangeante concernant les heures de départ et d'arrivée, bravo c'est assez rare !!! Si vous y séjournez un jour (ce que je vous conseille) n'oubliez pas d'arroser les plantes qui sont sur le balcon ..... elles aussi ont soif, il n'y a pas que vous !

Compliments à Marie-Odile Denoual pour son accueil et les améliorations effectuées pour apporter plus de confort dans cet appartement bien situé en plein coeur du centre. Très bel appartement
Appartement propre et bien entretenu : salle de bain refaite avec une belle grande douche, cuisine neuve également bien aménagée. Un grand salon et deux chambres, le tout très lumineux et calme, composent cette location; Situation idéale, parking en bas, plages, magasins et restaurants très proches. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir l'an prochain et recommanderons bien volontiers cette location à des amis. La propriétaire est très accueillante et donne beaucoup d'explications.

Excellent séjour à la Baule positif sur tous les plans. Tout d'abord merci à Marie-odile pour sa gentillesse et son accueil, l'appartement est très bien, on s'y sent comme chez soi, fonctionnel, propre, bien entretenu, rien à redire. J'ai beaucoup apprécié de découvrir la Baule et les petites villes environnantes notamment Guérande très jolie ville. Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Le vélo est très pratique et vivifiant pour se balader et partir à la découverte. La côte sauvage est magnifique. j'ai apprécié aussi le parc naturel régional de Brière. Je conseille cette location sans hésiter. Merci pour tout Marie-odile. Je reviendrai. Amicalement

Location La Baule
Location très correcte, propre et fonctionnelle. La situation est idéale puisqu'elle se trouve en plein centre ville et proche de la plage. Le logement est fonctionnel et bien équipé. Un seul regret : il n'y a pas de balcon ni de terrasse et comme il a fait très beau cela nous a manqué ... Mais c'est une location que je recommande car très bon raport qualité prix. Très bon accueil.

vacances au coeur de la baule
Appartement trés propre et fonctionnel.La petite banquette du salon est vraiment un petit couchage d'appoint mais nous faisons avec, l'exposition et l'emplacement du logement est si agréable! L'accessibilité de l'appartement est a déconseillé aux personnes a mobilité réduite les escaliers sont difficiles. Place de parking juste devant. Merci a la propriétaire pour ça gentillesse.nous reviendrons !
