Die Anlage war super. Die Aufteilung des Hauses und der Pool waren ideal. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist allerdings verbesserungswürdig. Verkalkte Dusche, Brause wie Kabine, verkalkter Wasserkocher und verzogene Fensterläden. Wenig Verstaumöglichkeiten für Kleidung.

Urlaub mit 4 Erwachsenen
Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen Anfang Mai dort. Wenn das Wetter gut ist und man die Zeit draußen verbringen kann, ist es ein nettes kleines Häuschen. Innen hat es leider bis zuletzt leider recht unangenehm gerochen, was selbst mit Raumspray und Duftkerze nie komplett überdeckt werden konnte. Die Betten sind extrem unbequem und auch das Badezimmer könnte eine Tiefenreinigung vertragen.

Logement sympa situé à proximité de Florence, Pise, Lucques, Cinque Terre. Appartement mitoyen de chaque coté ( voisins parfois bruyant avec les enfants le soir) , commerces proches, beau village. Bon séjour dommage pour le temps...

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Unkompliziertes Check in und out. Hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Ich fand die Wohnung ok Sie war soweit sauber. Allerdings riecht der Kühlschrank komisch/muffig und die Dusche sollte mal renoviert oder sehr gründlich geschrubbt werden. Der Pool Bereich war super. Sauber und gute Liegemöglichkeiten mit Schirmen

Belle découverte! Résidence conforme à la description. Propre, bien équipée dans un joli paysage. Le propriétaire est disponible et joignable et donne de bons conseils.Bien située pour les visites et la Toscane en général. On a adoré!

Traumhaft schön
Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön von Weinbergen umgeben. Auf dem Gelände gibt es mehrere Ferienwohnungen und ein Gemeinschaftspool. Unsere Kinder haben ihn viel genutzt. Mit den anderen Feriengästen hat man sich gut arrangiert. Die Fewo selbst war sauber, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist gut zu erreichen.

The house is perfectly equipped with all what is necessary - like home. We missed nothing and the location is absolutely beautiful! The view from the pool is breath-taking!

Het was goed, en rustig. Alles was goed georganiseerd. We misten een stoel voor buiten, om ontspannen op te zitten.En informatie over de omgeving. Waar zijn wandelpaden, waar kun je fietsen huren, waar zit een goede winkel, supermarkt..Een map met folders en informatie was fijn geweest. Verder hadden wij een goed verblijf, sfeervol en koel huisje was het, fijn zwembad.Prima om als stel in te verblijven

Qualche problema
L'appartamento è molto curato e pulito inserito in un residence elegante. Il proprietario è una persona assai gentile nel rapporto diretto con i turisti. Purtroppo gli altri abitanti del residence hanno creato non pochi problemi per l'accesso della nostra famiglia alla piscina creando un clima poco accogliente. Sfortunatamente di queste difficoltà di uso della piscina non siamo stati avvertiti dal proprietario prima del nostro arrivo.

Kleine Idylle
Geräumige, hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einer Art Reihenhaus in einer ehemaligen Weinkellerei. Ein kleiner, netter, sichtgeschützter Garten und eine unfassbar schöne Aussicht vor dem Haus. Schöner Pool, der allerdings von allen Bewohnern des Anwesens genutzt wird. In der Coronazeit dürfen nur zwei Personen pro Haushalt in den Poolbereich. Das ist mit mehreren Kindern schwierig. Das Örtchen Montecarlo ist gerade abends zauberhaft mit vielen schönen Restaurants und Cafés. Eine Dringende Empfehlung ist eine Besichtigung der Burg. Auch, wenn alles geschlossen aussieht, einfach am Tor klingeln. Wir haben dann eine persönliche Führung bekommen und unsere Söhne durften ein echtes Schwert halten und einen echten Helm aufziehen. Lucca, Pisa, Florenz und das Meer sind mit dem Auto bequem erreichbar. Als ich meinen Geldbeutel in der Ferienwohnung vergessen habe, hat der Vermieter ihn mir nach Deutschland geschickt.

This wonderful house ist perfect for a family stay at the Toskana: near to the beach (ca 35 min to Forte dei Marmi) and to all „must have seen“ spots and cities. We really enjoyed it with our one year old boy.

Rundum ein gelungener Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet. Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. In der Küche sind alle notwendigen Utensilien vorhanden. Alessandro ist ein sehr zuverlässiger und freundlicher Vermieter. Die Kommunikation war einfach und immer sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist ideal und zentral gelegen um sich die Orte Lucca, Pisa und Florenz anzusehen. Zum Meer sind es ca. 45min Fahrtzeit. Der Ortskern von Montecarlo auf dem Hügel gelegen ist in 2-3 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und bietet eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants und Bars. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

maison chaloreuse magnifiquement bien située
Une petite maison avec beaucoup du charme provinciale, très bien située entre les collines douces de Toscane. La maison est un très bon départ pour des magnifiques promenades et visites et un nid douillet pour le repo. La piscine est très bien entretenue, mais peut être petite quand plusieurs familles décident en profité en même temps. La maison à tout le nécessaire, le Wi-Fi haut débit reste un manque. Je vous conseille fortement cette maison si vous aimer la nature, architecture, l’histoire, nourriture, le vin…de Toscane. C’est l’endroit où avec ma famille nous avons eu le plaisir de savourer pendant trois semaines toutes ces délices de Toscane….et une semaine après la fin de vacances elle nous manque déjà. Le propriétaire est discret, disponible et gentil.
