Traumhafte Aussicht
Wir hatten hier im September eine wunderbare Woche. Das haus ist toll gelegen mit einer spektakulären Aussicht. Es hat an Nichts gemangelt, man ist schnell in den Bergen, Bonifacio oder Porte Vecchio oder an einem der tollen Strände in der Bucht. Die Vermieterin hat nett mehrmals nachgefragt, ob alles o.k. sei. Das war es !!

Super Emplacement avec accès assez rapide à la plage. Vue magnifique sur la baie de Santa Giulia! Logement fonctionnel et propre, la propriétaire se rend disponible à nos demandes et se montre de bons conseils. Si l’occasion s’y représente, on y retourne sans hésiter.

Ideal villa in Porto Vecchio area
Perfectly located to discover the fabulous South Corsica. Just few kilometers away from the main coastal road where you have access to everything and in a very peaceful residence in the middle of the Macchia (Mediterranean ambiance guaranteed) Nice house equipped with absolutely all you need for your vacation, a fantastic terrace with the perfect view on the Santa Giulia bay, a very friendly and available host. I try to think about a negative point but I cannot find any!

Traumhaft… die Lage! die Ruhe! Diese Aussicht…☺️
Volle Entspannung vom ersten Moment an… Durch unseren Reisetermin in der Vorsaison (Ende Mai/Anfang Juni) war es noch herrlich ruhig. Die große Terrasse mit sensationellem Rundum-Blick ist uneinsehbar - so hat man absolute Privatsphäre. Die Sonne hat man vom Vormittag bis zum Sonnenuntergang hinter dem Bergpanorama im Westen. Alles, was man als Selbstversorger benötigen könnte, ist vorhanden. Für Besorgungen empfiehlt sich ein Auto, in ca 15min Fahrt ist ein großer Supermarkt, in Porto Vecchio gibt es unzählige Restaurants. Die traumhaften Strände erreicht man auch in 10-15 min zu Fuß, es geht recht steil bergab. Der Empfang und Check-out durch die herzliche Gastgeberin erfolgte in unserem Fall telefonisch und klappte hervorragend. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für diese Unterkunft ist einfach toll und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! merci beaucoup!

Notre semaine en famille avec nos enfant de 9 et 12 ans s'est magnifiquement bien passée. Le logement est super confort, propre, spacieux et lumineux. On s'est senti comme à la maison! La vue est imprenable sur la baie de Santa Giulia, un régal! Yveline est une hôté très attentive, dont la communication était très précise et chaleureuse. Je recommande chaudement.

Nous avons passé 15j très agréable dans cette mini villa, rien ne manque. La climatisation, la douche extérieure sont très appréciable. De plus la vue est vraiment magnifique, tout comme la plage ! Très bon accueil !

Empfehlenswert
Unfassbar sauberes und perfekt eingerichtetes Ferienhaus am Hang mit sehr schönem Blick über die Bucht und wunderbarem Grill auf der Terrasse. Das Ferienhaus wurde anscheinend erst kürzlich renoviert und ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Schön wären noch eine Garderobe und ein DVD-Spieler, da nur französische Sender empfangbar sind (vielleicht auch noch eine Grillzange und ein Ersatz-Geschirrtuch) aber ansonsten ist vom Töpfchen und Buggy bis zum Sonnenschirm, dem Gemüseschäler und dem Elektroheizer sowie den Liegestühlen alles vorhanden. Die W-LAN Verbindung war genauso schnell und stabil wie daheim. Frau Vermont ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat sich mehrfach nach unserem Befinden erkundigt und uns ihre Hilfe angeboten. Der Mietvertrag war meiner Meinung nach etwas übertrieben aber vielleicht hatte sie ja schon schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Der Kontakt vor Ort zur Schlüsselübergabe war etwas holprig, da unsere SMS wohl nicht ankamen aber auch er war sehr freundlich und, obwohl wir sehr spät waren, sehr zuvorkommend. Die Ferienwohnung liegt mit vielen anderen an einem Hang und liegt sehr ruhig und abgeschieden. Ein Auto ist zwingend notwendig. Das abgebildete Schwimmbad gehört wohl zu einem Restaurant und die Liegestühle dort sind kostenpflichtig. Zum Meer muss man gut 10 Minuten bergab laufen oder mit dem Auto fahren. Aber unten gibt es nur wenige Parkplätze. Unten an der Bucht gibt es Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt. Eines der Restaurants hat auch einen Michelin-Stern. Öffentliche Toiletten oder Duschen habe ich keine entdeckt. Dafür gibt es einen Liegestuhl, Trettboot, Jetski, Stand up Paddeling und Parasailing-Verleih. Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist ca. 3 km entfernt und hat auch sonntags offen. Negativ fand ich, dass in der Anlage leider viele sehr, sehr dünne Katzen umherstreunen, um die sich niemand kümmert. So wie es im Süden halt üblich ist. Meiner Meinung nach ein unnötiges Elend. Als wir Ende Mai / Anfang Juni dort waren gab es zudem eine wahre Invasion an Pinien Prozessionsspinner Raupen. Diese waren echt überall und irgendwann dann auch im Haus. Einige Bäume waren daher auch schon ganz kahl gefressen. Alles in Allem sind das Ferienhaus und die nette Vermieterin sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub und vielen lieben Dank für die Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung.

Très bon séjour en Corse du Sud
La villa de Madame Vermont est très bien placée avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Santa Giulia. Cette location est très bien équipée et rien ne manque. Quel plaisir de se lever tous les matins et d'avoir cette splendide vue. Une bouteille de rosé a été mise dans le frigo et cela nous a fait plaisir. Les enfants aussi ont adoré. Notre fils nous a préparé de bons barbecue. La région est vraiment très belle et nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Nous remercions également Fabrice pour sa disponibilité et sa sympathie. Il nous a donné plein de conseils sur les visites Lorsque nous reviendrons en Corse, c'est avec plaisir que nous retournerons dans votre très jolie villa.

Santa guilia vue et plage de rêve
nous venons de passer une semaine au paradis !!!! la maison de madame Vermont est vraiment superbe, la vue est à couper le souffle et la maison impeccable, nos enfants n'arrêtent pas d'en parler, Fabrice qui nous à reçu comme des princes, nous a donné de très bons conseils pour les visites. a 10 mn d'une plage de rêve au sable blanc, très fin et ses petites criques privées <3 On était vraiment très très bien dans cette maison <3 vivement la prochaine fois !!!

Super séjour à Santa Giulia
Nous avons passé une super semaine à Santa Giulia. La maison est parfaitement conforme à la description, bien équipée avec une vue magnifique sur la baie! La plage est à 10 minutes à pied ( 15 minutes pour le retour car ça monte!), et il y a pleins d'autres plages également magnifiques à proximité, ainsi que des randonnées. Tout était parfait et merci à Fabrice pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et sa sympathie. Et même si nous ne l'avons pas vu, le contact avec Mme Vermont est facile et elle est très disponible et à l'écoute. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et y reviendrons avec plaisir!

Super séjour à Santa Giulia avec un accueil chaleureux et des supers conseils pour rendre notre semaine agréable! La maison est Confortable et manque de rien. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et sa vue sur la plage. Excellent séjour à Santa Giulia
La maison de Mme Vermont est très bien située : c'est sans doute une des maisons du quartier qui a la meilleure vue sur la baie de Santa Giulia. De plus nous avons été très bien accueilli par Fabrice, toujours à l'heure et prêt pour notre départ et arrivée. C'est un plaisir de profiter de la terrasse en regardant la baie (et même depuis la table de la salle à manger) ! Nous avons trouvé la maison suffisamment grande (nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Elle est bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Porto Vecchio est à 10 min en voiture et la plage est à 15 min à pied, un peu plus si on veut aller au bout de la baie naturellement. La résidence est dans la pente (normal on surplomble la baie), du coup pour revenir de la plage, il faut remonter. En juin, nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté pour nous garer dans la résidence. Le Sud Corse est vraiment très beau et nous étions bien placé pour aller vers Bonifacio ou dans l'alta rocca. En résumé, un excellent séjour en Corse ! Encore une fois, c'est un régal de profiter de la vue sur la baie tous les jours !

Bonjour, J’ai séjourné une semaine dans cette maison qui respire le bonheur (du 21/04/2018 au 28/04/2018). Tout d’abord, l’ami de Mme Vermont qui vous accueil, est super gentil et très professionnel. Il s’adapte pour que vous séjourné dans les meilleurs conditions. Mme Vermont est elle aussi très gentille, elle répond à toutes vos questions. La maison est d’une propreté irréprochable, elle est très fonctionnelle, elle a une vue magnifique sur la baie de Santa Giulia, qui reste pour moi la plus belle du sud de la corse. Au niveau équipement, il ne manque rien (climatisation, machines à laver le linge et la vaisselle, télé, internet, la vaisselle, fer à repasser et j’en passe….) , M Vermont vous mets à disposition des guides et des cartes de la corses, pour vous faciliter votre séjour. La maison est à proximité de la plage (moins de 10 mn à pieds), dans un secteur très calme, où vous allez pouvoir vous reposer en fin de soirée. Je conseillerais cette location à mes amis.
