Hat alles gepasst. 5 Minuten zum Strand. Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Zum Hafen mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants 10 Minuten. Die Fenster klappern bei Wind, aber mit ein paar Wäscheklammern lässt sich das beheben. Empfehlenswert.

Bestes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in guter Lage
Dieses kleine Apartment ist optimal ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, kleiner Ofen, 2-Platten-Herd, Klimaanlage usw.) Zudem ist vor Ort alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Man muß also nicht - wie bei anderen Ferienwohnungen - erst einmal einen Großeinkauf starten, um über die Runden zu kommen. Von Gewürzen, Reinigungsmitteln, Drogerieartikeln, Müllbeuteln, Geschirrtüchern, bis hin zu gewissen Grundnahrungsmitteln war zu unserer Freude alles vorhanden. Der Verwalter und seine Frau sind sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar, wenn sie gebraucht werden. Das Apartment befindet sich nur wenige hundert Meter vom Strand entfernt. Mehrere Hundestrände sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (aber nicht direkt in der Ferienanlage) vorhanden. Direkt gegenüber vom Apartment befinden sich ein kleiner Laden für Wein und Saft, eine Bäckerei/Pizzeria sowie ein Fahrradgeschäft, das nicht nur günstig Fahrräder vermietet, sondern auch fremde Fahrräder zur Reparatur annimmt und innerhalb weniger Stunden repariert. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt in einem Apartment mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und einer super Ausgangslage für Strandurlaub sowie Abstecher in die Umgebung, zum Beispiel in die Pyrenäen oder nach Spanien...

Appartement agréable pour un couple avec 2 enfants
l'appartement comporte tous le nécessaire pour passer un séjour agréable , le canapé est médiocre (à mon avis pas possible de passer une bonne nuit même pour des adolescents ),une télé dans la chambre serait un plus .

Bien, mais……
Bien dans l’ensemble mais 2 problèmes demeurent: Le vent fait vibrer les fenêtres de la terrasse et le bruit est intolérable : impossible de dormir. Le lit double est très dur on se croirait sur une planche et surtout il est contaminé par des punaises qui piquent toute la nuit En conclusion c’est dommage ça bousille le séjour d’ailleurs on est parti avant terme on n’en pouvait plus .

Rideaux déchirés et sales dans la véranda /murs/matelas sales ; portes de douche endommagées ; placard à casseroles sale ; housse de canapé très sale ; carreaux sales. Un aspirateur serait le bienvenu. Sinon l'appartement est très bien placé par rapport à la plage et aux commerces.

Appartement très bien placé entre la plage et le port et bien climatisé. Mais pas de machine à laver, pas d'étendage à linge suffisant (et seulement 3 pinces à linge) et pas d'aspirateur (équipements à mon avis indispensables en bord de mer) et une bouilloire serait bien utile aussi.

Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Bäcker nur 20 Schritte entfernt, Strand nur 100 Schritte. Beste Lage.
Das Appartement ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und wir haben es sauber vorgefunden. Der Kontakt im voraus war angenehm, ist aber nur in Landessprache möglich, was für manchen ein Hindernis sein kann. Die Angabe "6-7 Personen" ist etwas optimistisch, aber 4 Personen kommen locker darin unter. Ein Doppelbett 1,40m, ein Doppel-Stockbett und eine Aufklappbares Sofa für 2 Personen sowie eine Matratze für den Boden sind vorhanden. Es liegt sehr praktisch gelegen, nur 20 Schritte bis zum Bäcker und nur etwa 100 Schritte bis zum breiten Sand-Strand. Die Ortsmitte mit allen üblichen Geschäften und Restaurants ist fußläufig erreichbar, als günstiger Supermarkt ist ein Lidl vor Ort. Am Ort gibt es einen Vergnügungspark/Kirmes mit verschiedenen Attraktionen, ein Spaß-Bad mit verschiedenen Rutschen falls man mal Süßwasserbaden möchte. Ausflugsziele wie Carcassonne, Narbonne oder Collioure sind schnell erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder hingehen.

Location agréable à vivre, proche de tous besoins de première nécessité, du port, de la plage, de nombreux restaurants don L'hacienda en bord de plage et de nombreuses activités variées. (Balades en bateaux accessible au port) Accueil agréable, logement propre, lumineux et aéré, nombreux prospectus des attractions des environs, séjour très agréable. Propriété vivement recommandé, prévoyez le nécessaire de literie pour un confort optimum.

logement assez bien , point négatif manque une machine a laver heureusement nous étions que 2, ensuite aucun état des lieux a l arrivé n y au départ , la personne de l agence qui gère n est pour moi pas sérieuse, ah oui place de parking très étroite cela ma coûté un bon coup de portière , très désagréable lorsque la voiture est neuve , sinon pour le reste très bien port leucate j ai bcp aimé .
