Huis en lokatie zijn oke. faciliteiten zoals bestek, pannen en fietsen zijn onderhevig aan slijtage. Informatie over o.a. dokters ontbreekt.Contact met eigenaar slecht.terplaatse. Zou op een bepaalde tijd komen, kwam niet opdagen. Ook op een vervolg niet gereageerd.

Wir hatten 3 schöne Wochen. Das Haus ist klein, aber wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr einfach. Das Kochgeschirr könnte mal ausgetauscht werden. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz, man ist auch in ein paar Minuten in den Ort gelaufen, wo es alles für den täglichen Bedarf gibt.Die Stadt ist sehr hundefreundlich.

Très bien situé.
Très bien situé. La mer est tout près. Piscine très agréable. On du tout nettoyer à notre arrivée parce que c'était vraiment pas propre. Maintenant ça devrait être mieux pour les suivants. Malgré tout je recommande.

Propriétaire très agréable. Belle petite villa.. Dommage qu'à portiragnes rien d'ouvert en hiver comme en été. Sinon agréable séjour.

Endroit tranquille, on entend le bruit des vagues et des oiseaux
Les +: facilité pour récupérer les clés, nombreux rangements, cuisine bien équipée en électroménager, très bonne literie, belle salle de douche, propriétaire à l’écoute. Les -: vaisselle et casseroles très abîmées, terrasse ombragée = manque de luminosité dans le séjour, canapé très inconfortable

excellent séjour à Portiragnes plage
Résidence très agréable au mois de septembre, très calme, plage proche avec tous les commerces nécessaires. Appartement avec tout l'indispensable. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine auraient besoin d'être remplacés. Le top pour nous, c'est la box orange avec le décodeur TV qui permet de regarder des replays. Je recommande cette location, je pense revenir un jour.

Résidence très calme. Mer très proche et agréable. Piscine à moins de 50m .portiragne plage très agréable avec tous ses commerces. Vacances idéales pour une famille avec enfants et gds parents .

Leider können wir dieses Haus was angeboten wurde nicht richtig bewerten, da wir ein anderes Haus ohne info bekamen . Darüber wurden wir im Vorfeld nicht informiert, das Haus in dem wir wohnten haben wir bewußt nicht gemietet, es war in der Auswahl, da wir aber kein Etagenbett wollten enschieden wir uns dagegegen. Die Besitzer haben wohl mehrere Objekte, verschiedener Ausstattungen. Laut Vermieterin sind "alle für uns wichtigen Mails " nicht bei uns angekommen. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren ebenso erstmal nicht verfügbar, diese mussten wir anfordern und wir sollten noch Geld dafür zahlen, was wir aber so nicht in unserem Vertrag stehen hatten. Das Ferienhaus das wir hatten war soweit okay, die Sanitäre Anlage bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung! Besteck war viel zu wenig, das Haus ist für 7 Personen, wobei nur 5 an den Eßtisch passen, und 3 Kaffeebecher vorhanden sind, bzw.ganz viel verschiedene Geschirrteilstücke. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind auch nicht von einem professionellen Verleih, welches man leider auch an verschiedenen Flecken sah. Ansonsten hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, für kleine Kinder ist die Anlage eher langweilig, keine Spielmöglichkeiten. Das jetzt noch von Seiten der Vermieterin alles schön geredet wird, habe ich schon in anderen Berwetungen gelesen..... Manchmal sollten Vermieter auch zu ihren fehlern stehen.
