Bright days in La Ciotat at the end of the year
Nice apartment next to the sea with sea view, well equipped. Helpful advice and support by friendly landlords. Christmas and New Year are off-peak, but it is worth to explore La Ciotat and its surroundings during this time of the year: change from cold winter in Northern Europe to mild, sunny days at Côte d’Azur.

Appartement très agréable au pied de l'eau
Nous avons passés un très bon séjour en famille avec notre fille de 2 ans. L'appartement est très fonctionnel, très bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour être "comme à la maison". De plus, les propriétaires sont très accueillant et sauront vous conseiller au mieux pour découvrir la région. Encore une grand merci à eux.

Une semaine merveilleuse, dans un appartement où rien ne manque à 2 pas de la plage. Idéalement placé pour aller randonner dans les calanques. Des prioritaires juste adorables. Bref, une parenthèse enchantée.

Proximité immédiate à la plage de la. Ciotat et à ses restos.
Agréable séjour dans un appartement de rez-de-chaussé suffisamment vaste et bien équipé pour deux personne. La climatisation nous a aidé à supporter les fortes chaleurs... Mais pas les moustiques. Un peu daté, l'appartement est cependant d'un excellent rapport situation, espace, équipement / prix. Juste la rue à traverser pour être sur la plage. Idéalement situé entre Marseille et Toulon, nous avons pu faire de très belles balades sur cette côté que nous avons découverte. Merci aux charmants propriétaires, très disponibles et à l'écoute.

Sehr gut gelegen, alles ist vorhanden und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Die Garage ist sehr praktisch, das Auto sollte aber nicht grösser als eine C-Klasse sein. Kann ich jedem empfehlen hier abzusteigen, über die Strasse und du bist am Strand. Wenige Schritte zum Bäcker und den Restaurants…Top!

Wohnung am Meer
Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die Überbauung ist sauber und ruhig. Die Nähe zum Meer und Strandpromenade haben wir sehr geschätzt. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist sehr nett und Hilfsbereit.

Dommage que l’appartement soit au rez-de-chaussée sur la route, il faudrait le préciser sur l’annonce. Plusieurs détails décevants, une seule clé pour l’appartement, un garage parfait pour une clio éviter les voitures plus large, pas de télécommande pour l’accès au garage, pas de badge pour l’entrée de l’immeuble de plus le code ne fonctionne qu’une fois sur deux , terrasse exigüe et bruyante. Seule la climatisation et l’emplacement sont les atouts de cet appartement. Le prix serait donc à revoir à la baisse… bien entendu

Location à deux pas de la plage
Location dans immeuble agréable et moderne, avec climatisation et tout confort, lave linge... Seul point négatif, si vous avez le sommeil trop sensible, l appartement situé idéalement pour la plage, simple rue à traverser, donne sur une rue parfois bruyante certaines nuits car rue donnant sur l avenue qui longe la mer. On ne peut pas tout avoir, calme et commodités sur place.
