Elba/Sant Andrea in der Nachsaison

Elba bietet Anfang Oktober Ruhe und Entspannung bei angenehmen Luft- und Wassertemperaturen. Dies gilt insbesondere auch für den malerischen Ort Sant Andrea. Die Vermieterin Maffalda hat uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen, uns während unseres Aufenthaltes mit leckerem Selbstgebackenem verwöhnt und gerne Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist im Portal gut beschrieben. Sie enthält alles, was man braucht und ist ideal geeignet für ein Paar. In dem großen, gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnraum finden auch noch Kinder in einem Doppelstockbett platz. Vom Balkon sieht man auf das Meer und die malerischen Felsen der in unmittelbarer Nähe befindlichen Badebucht. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Appartement ist für zwei gut geeignet oder für Familie mit Kleinkindern. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Alles ist sehr sauber. Strand ist in der Nähe .gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben hier einen traumhaften Urlaub erlebt! Schon bei der Anreise konnten wir unseren Blick nicht von der tollen Landschaft lassen. Nachdem uns unsere Vermieterin Gina herzlich begrüßt und uns die Wohnung gezeigt hat, waren wir vom ersten Moment an von der Aussicht des Balkons überwältigt, direkte Sicht auf den wunderschönen felsigen Strand von Cotoncello! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet, so dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohl gefühlt haben. Hier erlebt man noch Natur pur, vor allem abseits des Trubels in einer herrlichen Ruhe. Zu Fuß in zwei Minuten erreicht man den Strand, der sofort zum Schnorcheln einlädt. Gina hat uns mit selbst gemachten Kuchen, Zitronen und Kräuter aus dem eigenen Garten verwöhnt und uns zum Abschied noch Geschenke mitgegeben. Leider sprechen wir nicht italienisch, jedoch mit dem Übersetzer kamen wir auch so ganz gut klar aber wir hätten Gina gerne persönlich unseren herzlichen Dank für diese unvergessliche Zeit in ihrem Haus ausgesprochen. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

Fijn rustig plekje vlak bij de zee

Een gastvrije ontvangst door gastvrouw Gina met een zelfgebakken taartje was het begin van heerlijke dagen. 's Morgens voor het ontbijt een frisse duik in de prachtige baai vlakbij. Daarna dagen met lekkere wandelingen of zwemmen en snorkelen op diverse strandjes in de buurt en ontspannen op het balkon met mooi uitzicht. Gina reageerde snel op vragen en zorgde dat we ons thuis voelden. We waren met trein, boot en bus gereisd naar deze wat afgelegen plek en konden (net buiten het hoogseizoen) niet makkelijk verder op Elba reizen door de dan beperktere bustijden en -routes. Maar voor een kleine 2 weken hebben we ons in de prachtige omgeving uitstekend vermaakt.

Wunderschöner Ort direkt an der Badestelle

Wir haben hier als kleine Familien eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt! Die Aussicht vom Balkon und die direkte Nähe zum Strand sind unschlagbar! Gina ist eine wunderbare und sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation vorab war schon super und für Ihre Unterstützung und Hilfsbereitschaft bei einem medizinischen Problem sind wir ihr sehr dankbar! Wer auf Elba eher die Ruhe sucht und sich gut umsorgt wissen will, der ist hier bei Gina in St. Andrea genau richtig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Erholsamer Urlaub in traumhafter Gegend

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Mafalda erlebt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der Blick von der Terrasse unvergleichlich. Man war in zwei Minuten an einem wunderschönen Strand, der zum Schnorcheln einlädt ! Leider war die Kommunikation mit Mafalda nur schwer möglich, da wir kein Italienisch können, es hat aber trotzdem alles gut funktioniert. Wir wurden mit einer selbst gemachten leckeren Orangentarte begrüßt. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Come descritta !!

Tranquillità e pace la fanno da padrona .per chi cerca il vero relax in ferie . Alloggio curato ,e in poco spazio si ha tutto . La distanza dal mare e veramente quella descritta ,ed il mare è veramente bello .. La Sig .Gina è stata gentilissima e ci ha deliziato con frutta e crostata alle arance .. Vacanze al cotoncello

Noi siamo una famiglia di 4 persone , la casa della sigra Gina era come ce la aspettavamo , nessuna sorpresa ....il posto è molto tranquillo e per chi desidera la pace questo è l'ideale !!!! La proprietaria gentile e disponibile , personalmente adoro l'isola ma in agosto o si odia o si ama !!!!!

Elba excursion / Escursione all'Elba

Our sincere thanks to Gina and Mafalda for a fantastic stay. The apartment is in a superb location and is literally 3 minutes walk from one of the iconic beaches of Elba. We were warmly welcomed by Gina who immediately made us feel at home despite our mutual frustration that we do not speak Italian. Gina provided us with produce from her garden, apricot jam, a welcome pack of essential foods tea and coffee. The apartment we stayed in is well equipped with kitchen utensils and a four ring hob, a good shower, comfortable beds and a spectacular view over the small bay from the balcony. There is a footpath over the rocks of the coast line which takes you to the town of Sant Andrea as well as another footpath which runs behind the houses and hotels which saves using the longer road route. In the evenings the area is very quiet, but there is a great deal of bird song to be heard throughout the day and occasionally at night. I would highly recommend staying here, so much so we intend returning next year as we feel Elba has yet more to offer. I nostri sinceri ringraziamenti a Gina e Mafalda per un soggiorno fantastico. L'appartamento si trova in una posizione superba ed è letteralmente a 3 minuti a piedi da una delle famose spiagge dell'Elba. Siamo stati calorosamente accolti da Gina che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa nonostante la nostra reciproca frustrazione che non parliamo italiano. Gina ci ha fornito i prodotti del suo orto, la marmellata di albicocche, un pacchetto di benvenuto con tè e caffè essenziali. L'appartamento in cui siamo stati è ben attrezzato con utensili da cucina e un piano cottura a quattro fuochi, una buona doccia, letti confortevoli e una vista spettacolare sulla piccola baia dal balcone. C'è un sentiero sopra le rocce della linea costiera che porta alla città di Sant Andrea, così come un altro sentiero che corre dietro le case e gli hotel che salva usando la strada più lunga. Di sera l'area è molto tranquilla, ma c'è una grande quantità di canto degli uccelli da ascoltare durante il giorno e occasionalmente di notte. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare qui, tanto che intendiamo tornare l'anno prossimo perché riteniamo che l'Elba abbia ancora più da offrire.

Piccola,ma ben tenuta. Posizionata vicino alla fantastica cala del Cotoncello.Ci tornerò sicuramente

La Signora Gina è di una disponibilità quasi al limite del vero,per tutto il soggiorno non ci ha mai fatto mancare niente,ci ha fatto pure una generosa sorpresa(dolce) che abbiamo subito assaggiato e finita.A volte cambiare posto o alloggio è un salto nel buio,ma stavolta devo ammettere che è stata davvero una fortuna trovare questa sistemazione. Il Cotoncello poi....inutile parlarne,una caletta piccola con spiaggetta e scogli(stondati e per niente pericolosi) con il mare da film. A 10 minuti lungo il sentiero si trova S.Andrea,una spiaggia più grande,ma onestamente meno selvaggia e invitante rispetto al Cotoncello. Purtroppo però,si deve per forza andare lì o a Marciana Marina per fare un po' di compere. Per il resto,osservare il tramonto dalla terrazza durante la cena è un'esperienza indimenticabile. Consigliatissimo...

Una vacanza perfetta

Raccomandato a chi cerca pace e silenzio; il mare sotto casa permette di non utilizzare la macchina; la Sig.ra Gina è splendida e la sua cortesia e gentilezza sono impagabili. Ruhig und in schöner Lage

Auch, wenn unser Feedback etwas spät kommt, haben wir den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Sant Andrea und unsere liebe Gastgeberin Mafalda nicht vergessen. Die kleine, gewundene Straße zur Wohnung ist etwas eng aber gut befahrbar. Direkt beim Haus gibt es eine gute Parkmöglichkeit. Die Wohnung war wirklich ein absoluter Glücksgriff: Balkon mit Blick zum Meer und der Fußweg zum traumhaften kleinen Strandabschnitt mit vom Meer geformten Sandsteinen nur sehr kurz. Dort gibt es auch einen kleinen natürlichen Pool, der mit Fels vom offenen Meer abgegrenzt ist. Vor allem abends war es schön ruhig und man konnte den herrlichen Sonnenuntergang beobachten. Zum Abschied bekamen wir noch eine kleine Falsche Likör aus den Limonen in Mafaldas Garten.

Empfehlenswert

Vorweg - wunderschöne Umgebung, wunderbare, hilfsbereite und freundliche Vermieterin, ein gepflegtes Haus. Und mit einem herrlichen Strand, der nur einen "Katzensprung" entfernt ist und der lohnt sich. Zu Wohnung selbst: Sie ist ordentlich eingerichtet, sauber und verfügt über eine sehr schöne Terrasse. Aber - und das sollte bedacht werden - sie ist für max. 2 Personen geeignet. Das dritte und vierte Bett ist ein umbaufähiges Sofa und steht in der Küche. Da der Kühlschrank doch deutlich vernehmbar ist, kann auf diesem Bett nur im Notfall geschlafen werden. Ganz dringend sollten auch die Bilder zur Wohnung ausgetauscht werden; Fotos und Wirklichkeit stimmen überhaupt nicht. Wenn es nicht diese schöne, ruhige Lage und die große Freundlichkeit der Vermieterin gäbe, dann hätte ich nur 2 Sterne vergeben. So aber kann ich diese Wohnung und Ort empfehlen, mit den genannten Einschränkungen. Bitte auch bedenken - diese Wohnung verfügt über keinerlei Fliegenschutz an den Fenstern. Abhängig von Jahreszeit (und da hatten wir in der ersten Woche etwas Pech) wird man von Schnaken geplagt.

Sonnenterrasse mit Meerblick

In dieser Umgebung kann man sich wirklich erholen: Panoramablick, gute Luft, Ruhe und eine Ferienwohnung, die nichts zu wünschen übrig lässt. Wer sich von der Terrasse losreißen kann, wird schwimmen oder schnorcheln gehen (Strand 3 min), wandern und die Schönheiten der Insel erkunden. Bei klarem Wetter sind die Sonnenuntergänge über dem Meer ein Muss. Nicht zu vergessen die stets zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die viele nützliche Tipps parat hat. Empfohlen für: Wanderer, Natur- und Kulturfreunde

Una settimana indimenticabile e rilassante

La gentilezza e l'accoglienza della sig.ra Gina oltre alla posizione incantevole della casa hanno contribuito a rendere perfetta la nostra vacanza. La vicinanza al mare ci ha permesso di ammirare anche splendidi e suggestivi tramonti. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare molte località e spiagge, sebbene il Cotoncello non abbia nulla da invidiare alle altre mete.Pulizia , ordine e igiene oltre a tanta tranquillità . Tutto perfetto . Sistemazione davvero conforme alle aspettative. Assolutamente da consigliare.

Settimana fantastica immersa nel verde....

Per la prima volta all'Elba non potevamo avere di più. Arrivati in 4 (2 adulti e figli di 13 e 7 anni) sabato 28 giugno 2014. Siamo stati accolti con calore dalla gentilissima sig.ra Gina, la proprietaria, alle ore 20 circa, abbiamo trovato l'appartamento in ordine e pulito. I locali non sono grandissimi ma molto confortevoli in tutto e poi c'è un bellissimo terrazzo coperto con lavatoio, tavolo, sedie e 2 lettini con una vista mare bellissima. L'auto l'abbiamo sistemata poco più giù della casa in un suo spazio con catena. Il mare è stupendo, la spiaggetta in sabbia del cotoncello è sfruttabile da ogni età (è a 150 m. Veri dalla casa e si raggiunge con un sentiero tranquillo) mentre andando, sempre dalla spiaggia, verso ovest si arriva in 3 m. Su degli scogli arrotondati sui quali si può tranquillamente portare i bambini e anche l'ombrellone....a terra ci sono i buchi!!! Poco distante (15 m. A piedi in un'altro sentiero nel verde che porta direttamente in spiaggia e offre delle viste mozzafiato) c'è la spiaggia di sant'Andrea sia libera che attrezzata...con prezzi modici e tutta sabbia. Io ho deciso di noleggiare un gommone dal Sig. Giuseppe del Sant'andrea Rent (esperienza stupenda), dalle 8 del mattino fino alle 14 sono arrivato quasi a porto Ferraio e ho potuto vedere delle calle bellissime. Per concludere, consiglio vivamente questa soluzione di vacanza a chiunque abbia voglia di portarsi nel cuore la bellissima Elba. Un vivo ringraziamento alla gentilissima Sig.ra Gina per tutto. Paolo e Enza con Roby e Davide (e macchietta....)

Purtroppo nel periodo ind...

"La casa è piccolina ma a...

"La casa è piccolina ma adattissima a 4 persone, molto ben tenuta ed attrezzata. Anche la terrazza è piccolina ma rende il soggiorno ancor più gradevole e rilassante perché ha una posizione incantevole. La proprietaria è gentilissima. Il mare è vicino e molto bello."
