Das Häuschen ist wirklich super für Familien, da es zwei Schlafzimmer gibt (ein Zimmer mit 1×Queensizebett, ein Zimmer mit 3 Einzelbetten). Für uns wurde sogar noch ein Babybett bereit gestellt. Meer.

OK! Nette Vermieter, schöne Aussicht

Wir waren3 Wochen zu zweit mit Hund in diesem Ferienhaus.Der Kontakt mit Marilys war immer sehr freundlich und nach heftigen Stürmen(wir hatten einige ) war sie vor Ort und frug nach Problemen.Die Klimaanlage ist sehr gut.Das Haus liegt oberhalb,ca.600 m,von der T10 entfernt und das hört man. Ob abends auf der Terrasse oder tagsüber empfanden wir den Verkehrslärm als störend. Der Weg zu den Stränden ist fussläufug machbar,ca 900 m, bergauf, bergab, Böschungen, unwegsames Gelände und das Überqueren der T10, sollte man wissen.Im Badezimmer gibt es nur einen Waschbeckenunterschrank oder das Wascbecken selber als Ablage. Es fehlt Platz zum ablegen, 3 Handtuchhaken an der Tür waren die einzigen Möglichkeiten um Handtücher zum Trocknen aufzuhängen.Die Toilette ist zwischen Duschwand und Waschbecken eng eingebaut. Sehr korpulente Menschen werden Schwierigkeiten haben,die Toilette zu erreichen. Der Duschvorhang erfüllt seinen Zweck, dass das Wasser nicht auf dem übrigen Boden verteilt wird, war aber nicht mehr der Neueste. In der Küche ist alles da, was man braucht. Neue Pfannnen oder Töpfe mit passenden Topfdeckel wären schön. Die jetzigen Pfannen sind einfach verbraucht.Die Terrassenmöbel sehen nett aus. Aber nach längerem Sitzen unbequem und die einfachen Hängeliegstühle(Segeltuch)sind einfach nicht bequem!Die gesamte Einrichtung ist brauchbar, aber lieblos.Wir reisen seit vielen Jahren auf die schöne Insel,immer im gleichen Preissegment,wir wissen,was wir erwarten können!

Bon compromis entre mer et montagne

Sejour tres agreable,belle vue.criques très agréables à proximité et balades dans les aiguilles de Bavella. Marilyn est très sympa et à l'écoute. Un petit bemol, Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l' hebergement par manque de précisions sur le site.

Peut mieux faire !!!!

Accueil excellent. Emplacement et environs agréables. Confort au stricte minimum ( lits,chaises,canapé... etc ) vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine à remplacer complétement. Le gîte est conforme à l'annonce mais il faudrait signaler le coté " assez" vetuste

Une semaine de rêve. Une terrasse ombragée et ventilée ou nous avons pris tous nos repas avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Les plages a proximité sont superbes (tout genoise et Fautea) et une hôte sympathique...

Séjour à zonza

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par notre hôte qui été très gentille et souriante , l hébergement rien à redire avec un environnement calme et clôturé pour nos 2 chiens qui s y sont senti très bien comme nous. Une vue tous les matins qui fait du bien aux yeux, les plages juste à côté Nous recommandons fortement et nous y revenons l année prochaine

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage mit Meerblick

Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Es ist super ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Vor allem auch in der Küche. Ein Grill und Waschmaschine stehen auch zur Verfügung. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer Straße und ist ruhig gelegen. Es sind nur wenige andere Häuser in der Umgebung. Vom Balkon aus hat man einen schönen Blick zum Meer. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, allerdings nicht ganz ausbruchsicher für kleine und mittelgroße Hunde. Die Terrasse ist aber mit einem Tor versehen, so dass wir unseren Hund dort immer frei laufen lassen konnten. In der Nähe, nach ca. 20 min Fußweg, befinden sich 3 tolle Strände sowie ein Restaurant/Bar direkt am Strand. Es war alles sehr sauber und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super. Wir können die Villa Fautea zu 100 % weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall nochmal wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Kleine Unterkunft im Grünen mit Meerblick

Die Unterkunft liegt südlich von Fautea in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Da wir im Herbst da waren hat uns die naheliegende T10 nicht gestört. Die Nähe zu den Stränden L'Ovu Santu und Fautea - Süd (je 1 km zu Fuß) ist fantastisch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Ste Lucie de Porto Vecchio mit dem Auto in 5min zu erreichen. Für 4 Personen ist die Unterkunft ausreichend groß und liegt auf einem umzäunten Grundstück. Die Terasse mit Meerblick ist sehr schön. Die Ausstattung ist gut. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sowohl über Telefon und persönlich einwandfrei.

Un emplacement idéal, tranquille, aller à la plage sans voiture, tout plein de chemins, de sentiers, pour les balades c’est Top. Des lieux magnifiques avec des gens sympathiques. Tous les commerces nécessaires ainsi que de petits marchés de producteurs locaux à dispo pas très loin tout ce qui me convient. Un p’tit coin que je ne connaissais pas mais que je reviendrai avec plaisir Merci pour votre accueil

Emplacement et accueil au top!

Dans un environnement vert et reposant, une maison agréable, très bien équipée, avec un joli terrain, proche de la forêt et de la mer. l'emplacement est proche de Porto-Vecchio dans une région où de nombreuses balades, plages etc... sont accessibles. L'accueil très chaleureux, aux petits soins, de la propriétaire est un plus indéniable! J'ai choisi cette location comme cadeau pour mes parents, qui ont passé un merveilleux séjour. Je recommande + + +

Nettes Haus mit tolle Blick

KIeines aber feines Ferienhaus. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alles wie beschrieben. Ordentliche Ausstattung. Neues Fenste und Rolläden. Tolle große Terasse. Zufahrt eher eng und beschwerlich (Schlaglöcher). Mitbewohner (nur auf der Terasse) sind abends einige Geckos. Nett zu beobachten. Auch schleichen im angrenzenden Grundstück (durch Zaun getrennt) nachts Wildschweine. Spannend mit Taschenlampe zu beobachten. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Ruhig und sehr in der Natur. Nur ca. 15 min. zu Fuß zu einem Strand. Alles in allem hatten wir eine schöne Woche in diesem tollen Ferienhaus.
