Ideally located directly on the beautiful sandy beach of the "Lido de la Marana" near Bastia. The beach is so close that it makes it possible to watch the children from the inside of the house.
You'll enjoy this tastefully decorated, spacious and peaceful garden-level duplex with a nice private garden with lawn and palm trees and a large terrace.

Semaine très agréable

La location est très bien située, face à la mer. Équipements conformes à l’annonce en ligne. Entretien du jardin le matin avant l’heure prévue de notre départ. Dommage! nous avions envie de savourer ces derniers moments.

Super emplacement

Pour résumer. La maison est très bien située. Nous avons été très bien reçu par Vanessa à l'arrivée comme au départ. La plage les pieds dans l'eau. Un agréable jardin pour les enfants. Et le petit plus le BBQ. Et des commodités à 2 pas pour très bien profiter du repos. Le petit bémol. Nous sommes très maniaques de la propreté donc, nous dirions un petit effort à faire en ce sens.

L’appartement était top, joli, propre, bien équipé… l’emplacement face à la mer très appréciable! Finalement c’est juste les environs, Borgo, qui peuvent manquer un peu … mais si la plage suffit, c’est parfait!

Tout est parfait

Ce logement nous a enchantés pendant une semaine. Tout le confort y est. Il donne un accès direct à la belle plage de la Marana qui est peu fréquentée même en plein été. Idéal pour les familles avec enfants. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Tolle Lage, super Vermieter

Direkt am Strand gelegen konnte unsere Tochter jeweils schon vor dem Morgenessen ein erstes Mal ans Meer. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Anfangs Juli noch sehr ruhig. Der Strand ist sehr schön und zu dieser Zeit auch nur mässig belegt. In der Nähe gibt es einen Leclerc sowie mehrere gute Restaurants. Objekt ist gepflegt, man merkt, dass es auch privat genutzt wird.

La casa è proprio davanti al mare, arredata in maniera accurata è dotata di tutti i confort. Unico neo le stanze da letto piccoline ma comunque assolutamente sopportabile!

Nett eingerichtetes Haus, direkt am Wasser

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Kindern in den Pfingstferien (Anfang Juli) für eine Woche in der Nähe von Bastia. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich auf einer Ferienanlage mit unterschiedlichen Häusern (eng bebaut). Da in Frankreich und Italien noch keine Ferienzeit war, war es noch recht leer. Andere deutsche Familien haben wir nicht getroffen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet: Küche, zahlreiche Liegen, Spiele,..... Der Vermieter nutzt das Haus auch privat, und das merkt man auch. Es ist nicht alles perfekt, aber super vollständig und liebevoll eingerichtet und mit großem Garten und auch Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Nähe zum Wasser genossen. In der Nähe (wir sind immer zu Fuß gegangen) ist auch ein kleiner Supermarkt, der wirklich alles hat. Ein guter Bäcker ist dort auch.

"La casa è esattamente co...

"La casa è esattamente come la vedete, bella e confortevole. Noi siamo stati le due settimane centrali di Agosto, 4 adulti e con 3 bambini (8, 5, 3, anni), la spiaggia è difronte al giardino della casa, un giardino dove i bambini hanno giocato molto. Vicino alla casa c''è un piccolo supermercato, farmacia, posta e un bar, ma a pochi minuti di automobile ci sono molti grandi negozi e supermercati. La spiaggia è pulita e anche il mare è adatto ai bambini, è una spiaggia non affollata, quindi anche per i bambini c''è tanto spazio per giocare senza disturbare. Noi ci siamo trovati veramente bene, anche i proprietari sono stati disponibili a fornirci via mail tutti i dettagli e le informazioni, ed un contratto di affitto regolare ci ha permesso di partire sicuri."

"Haus, Garten und Ausstattung sind sehr gepflegt, die Vermieterin bemühte sich auf besondere Bedürfnisse der Mieter einzugehen.Das Haus ist mit wenigen Hilfsmittel rollstuhlgängig. Der Blick von der Terasse ist wünderschön und Ausflüge an die Westküste und rund ums Cap Corse sind gut zu erreichen und zu empfehlen. In der Herbstzeit ist die Umgebung ruhig und angenehm erholsam!"

sehr gute Unterkunft, nah...

sehr gute Unterkunft, nahe am Meer, gute Ausstattung des Hauses, kein typisches Ferienhaus sondern mehr ein eigen genutztes haus. Im Juli war es von den Nachbar Anlagen tw. laut, wenn dort die Animationsmusik aufgedreht wurde. Insb. links von der Anlage gab es drei Tage die Woche Musik . Aber sonst alles sehr gut..

"A pochi minuti da Bastia...

"A pochi minuti da Bastia, facile da raggiungere, casa molto ben tenuta con un giardino magnifico e vista sul mare. Consiglio il soggiorno fuori stagione, perché già i primi di luglio c'era confusione e rumore (la spiaggia è attaccata a casa e la sera fino a tardi c'era chi organizzava falò, urlava o passava in quad). A giugno e settembre è invece il paradiso. Proprietari cordialissimi e disponibili, transazione e contratto impeccabili e professionali."
