Trés bien

Bien situé ....résidence proche de la plage (sable mais galet dans l'eau) et piscine agréable. Le parc arboré avec vue sur la plage est vraiment agréable pour bouquiner. La clim était trés appréciable.

esperienza negativa

Premesso che siamo gia stati in Corsica e trovati benissimo in altre strutture in altre zone, se dovessimo basarci su questa struttura nn tornemmo piu. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana e appena arrivati siamo stati a visitare la piscina ,e abbiamo lasciato il cane solo pochi minuti intorno 17 siamo stati ripresi perche il cane dava fastidio ,mentre vi erano cani che abbaiavano anche di notte ma nessuno diceva nulla, in piscina mio figlio e stato fatto uscire perche aveva un costume a pantoloncino ma abbiamo notato che altri l avevano ma entravamo comunque .Il giorno della partenza alle 8 sono venuti a ricordarci di andarcene per nulla carinamente e infine nel parcheggio abbiamo avuto la macchina daneggiata ,abbiamo avuto la sensazione di nn essere i benvenuti forse per il cane o forse perche siamo italiani? Cmq se una struttura accoglie animali deve essere connsapevole cio che questo comporta mai piu in questa struttura se potessi darei 0

Séjour parfait!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement, très bien positionné, juste à cote de la plage.Parfait pour les excursions, entre maire et montagne. Nous avons pu visiter le nord et le sud de la Corse également. La piscine est très propre et parfaite pour les enfants.. Juste à coté vous avez un supermarché , boulangerie, restaurant. Madame Maritine est très gentille et prête a vous donner les renseignements nécessaires. N’hésitez pas vous allez passer des agréables vacances!

Tres bon et agréable séjour accueil et service parfait tarif conforme à la location. Je recommande . Juste peut-être re conforter le studio un peu ancien. A remettre au goût du jour. Changer rideau. Rideau douche.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Strand mit eigenen Pool. Es ist sehr sauber und wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundliche Begrüßt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Und hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. :)

Avons passé de très bonnes vacances à la résidence Santa Lucia , le studio était conforme à nos attentes . Cadre magnifique, une très grande piscine, la mer toute proche. Le gardien très accueillant et d'une grande gentillesse. Excellent séjour. Rien à redire sauf envi d'y retourné.

l'endroit est sympa à 50 m de la plage avec beaucoup de place pas beaucoup de touristes Pour l'appartement c'est autre chose il a besoin de rénovation Nous avons eu très très chaud et n'avions qu'un petit ventilateur La chambre étant une mezzanine c'était insupportable malgré un autre appareil qui soit disant rafraichissait mais c'était plutot un humidificateur d'air La clim serait un bon investissement surtout en corse

Nous avons été ravis aussi bien du logement que de la Corse qui est une destination de rêve. La propriétaire est très chaleureuse, le gardien qui nous a donné les clés était très accueillant. 5 étoiles - satisfaits

Nous louons un studio depuis plusieurs années. Résidence calme. Le gardien Mr CABRERA associe amabilité et disponibilité. piscine appréciée. le studio est bien équipé - Petit bémol pour des locataires comme nous qui louons 5 semaines, l'absence d'une machine à laver est pesante surtout pour les serviettes de bains ce qui nous oblige régulièrement a avoir recours à une laverie automatique (à Moriani quand elle marche sinon il faut se déplacer sur FOLELLI) qui au final est contraignant et couteux . A part cela je recommande volontier.
