Conveniently located off the downtown I-40/65 loop directly across the road from the Nashville Farmer’s Market and the Bicentennial Mall and down the street from Nashville's Germantown neighborhood. Free parking with space to accommodate up to 4 cars.

A short 25 minute walk or 5 minutes by car to the Broadway Honkeytonks, shopping, Nissan Stadium, and the Predators Bridgestone Arena and another few steps to the Country Music Hall of Fame and brand new Music City Center.

The main level is inviting with a large well-equipped and newly renovated kitchen with formal dining area, a large living room with comfortable sectional sofa and flat screen TV, and main level bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The second level will show you all of the comforts of home as you enjoy our spacious bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. Revel in our spacious master bedroom and private deck with spectacular views of downtown.

Great for a group of friends!

We (group of 7 women) had a fantastic stay in Nashville. The house worked out well, everyone had their own bed, and plenty of bathrooms and linens/towels for all. The location is in a mixed commercial/residential area approximately 5-10 minute drive from downtown. The week of our stay the hosts were very responsive, and kindly accommodated our request for an early check-in. This is a great option for a larger group that has rented a car or is ok with using a car service to/from downtown. Strongly suggest taking a quick walk a couple blocks over to the nearby park/Capitol Building while there!

This house had everything we needed. Well stocked with supplies such as soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, and spices and some condiments. We had plenty of towels and extra bedding. Owners were great at communicating and making sure we were comfortable. The beds were very comfortable

Spacious, comfy, well appointed house for our big group!

The beds are super comfortable and there was a lot of space for our group of 8. Plenty of bathrooms and towels, and a nice touch to have shampoo/conditioner, soap, kleenex provided. Thirty minute walk to and from Broadway was perfect to work off all the Nashville hot chicken sandwiches and banana pudding we ate. The empty lot next door was a bit of an eyesore but the neighborhood felt safe and parking was easy. The hosts were responsive and friendly and everything was easily managed via texts.

Great place for a big group!

We came here with a big group of friends for a long weekend in Nashville and had a great experience. The house was very spacious and even nicer than it looked in the pictures! The house has all the amenities you could want. When we had an issue, the hosts got back to us with a fix right away. It's also a super quick drive (or a doable long walk) to downtown Nashville, along with places in Germantown.

Comfortable and well appointed

Communication was great, parking was easy, picked this gem because we travelled with dad, who uses a walker. There were a few stairs to the front door, but a nice light came on to guide us in, and the first floor bedroom has a walk-in shower and is right across from the laundry room. There is also a half bath for hanging out. Lots of seating in the sofa and around the dining area. Beds were comfy and showers were powerful. Plenty of coffee pods for the machine but also lots of filters for the drip coffee pot. Recommend!!

Loved everything!

Three couples, one couple from Indiana and 2 couples from Ed, Sweden. Nashville was on their list for their first trip to USA. Each couple had their own bedroom and own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and used daily. We all just LOVED everything about the house. Location was perfect for visiting the Honky Tonks downtown. Our hosts were accessible and helpful.

Girls Trip

This was a great place to stay for my girls trip weekend! The property manager was quick and very fast with feedback. A sink was dripping and he had someone there in minutes! Also, the house was fully stocked with literally everything we could’ve wanted. Plastic plates, forks, spoons, coffee, creamer, shampoo, body wash, etc. It’s walking distance to the farmers market, and KFC is literally in the backyard if you’re ever hungry. It was also very very spacious with plenty of bathrooms for all the ladies. This will definitely be my top pick when I come back to Nashville.
