Sehr schöne, direkt am Strand gelegene Wohnung! Sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Einziger negativer Punkt ist der Tisch auf dem Balkon. Sonst ist die Wohnung für zwei Personen sehr zu empfehlen.

Great Access to the beach beautiful views
Property offers secure parking which was perfect (a block away) - otherwise it would have been very difficult. Very well located. Offered beach chairs and umbrellas which not many other properties offer. Property owner was very responsive to calls and queries a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent location, lovely shower & well equipped kitchen. Lounge, bedroom & balcony a little tired. Door locks difficult to use. Aircon available in lounge & effective. Great beach location & very quiet despite location above restaurants.

Beach time as it's best
Lovely small and clean apartment with a fantastic view. Just grab your towel and you can jump in the ocean. Great at night for a walk at the paseo or just enjoy sitting on the balcony and watch people passing by. The conversation with the owner was very nice and he answered my questions quickly. Also the handover of the keys with the company was uncomplicated and the ladies were friendly. We were happy to use the umbrella and chair provided and some sand toys for our kid. Only to mention that the power outlets in the apartment were a bit loose and not so clean and if you turn on the air condition the water flows on the balcony. Overall we had a great stay in the apartment.

locatie is geweldig, alles is in de buurt op loopafstand, comminicatie met eigenaar is goed, voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wohnung 205 im Haus Oceanic
Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet Allerdings waren die dunklen Vorhänge schlecht angebracht es fehlten auch Fliegen Gitter im Schlafzimmer so das man das Fenster zulassen musste Küche und Bad waren sehr gut ausgestattet Alles im allen waren wir sehr zufrieden

Direct aan strand en boulevard. Superlocatie.
Schoon, gezellig, alles aanwezig. Voor 2 personen prima appartement. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is fantastisch, op de berg Ifach, de boulevard en het strand. We gaan zeker nog een keer terug.
