New stainless-steel refrigerator with ice maker, and new stainless-steel dishwasher. Brand new totally remodeled bathroom with LED vanity mirror in bathroom. Brand new living room furniture. Has a beautiful back porch scene with lots of palm trees and a pool. Staff was helpful during check in. Overall nice place to stay in Hilton Head

GREAT PLACE
This cozy little condo was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The location was great, just a quick walk to the beach and to Coligney. Had to contact the host with a question and she replied quickly with a response. Will definately stay here again!

This property is only a short walk to the beach (no more than 4-5 minutes and has all the amenities you need for the beach too! September a great time to visit HHI!

Wonderful stay. We loved that everything needed for the beach was included (chairs, blanket, umbrella, cooler, etc). Easy walk to the beach and Coligny shops. Would do it again.

Quick getaway
The place seemed to show different in pictures. There was a drawer in the kitchen that wouldn’t open. We had trouble with the digital keypad- leaving us with 1 key for 3 of us. It was nice to have just a short walk to the beach.

The location is awesome… just a short walk to the beach on a private path. Nice deck near one of 2 salt water pools and to be in a busy area is was peaceful. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. We will make reservations here again. Ty & Karen

Location is everything
The property itself is nice, pleasant view, but the location is the real selling point. Across the street from the beach a short walk to the shops at Coligny and a short drive to virtually everything else. We enjoyed staying in, we enjoyed going out, we enjoyed both the pool and the beach. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely reserve this unit again.

Full wall of tall windows gave us a view into the treetops - palms, curly live oaks with Spanish Moss, and lots of red-headed woodpeckers. A lovely bonus on top of the clean, comfy furnishings.

Relaxing visit
Overall we were very pleased with the condo and the location. It was a perfect spot. Beach access was excellent and the size of the condo was just right for our family. Only “complaint” was lack of pillows for the sleeper sofa. Also, future guests should plan to bring things like salt and trash bags as these were not provided. Not a big deal at all, just something to be aware of. We would definitely come back to this unit for future trips.

I recently stayed at this Vrbo and couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The condo was amazing - clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a fantastic layout that made it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't have been better either - just a stone's throw from the beach and other amenities. Location was great. Condo was clean. Just far enough from Coligny area to walk but not be to close. Beach is a 3 min walk from front door. Rented bicycles and was able to go just about anywhere we needed. Great trip. Thanks.

Talk about a perfect experience. The goal of this time away was relaxation and it was easy to do as the lodging had everything we needed and was close to the beach. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Love the quick response to all communications!

Bad Smell as soon as you walk in.
The Oder was like mold , musty and mildew. I think it was around the sliding glass doors. I Believe a clean filter would have helped a little bit. My husband’s Cpap machine actually had the smell from the 3 nights we were there. But on a good note . The bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom and kitchen was very clean as well.

Really enjoyed our stay. The location was just a 10-15 minute walk into town and about 5 to the ocean. We were able to take advantage of both the on-premise pool and cooler/beach chairs for use at the beach. The apartment was cozy and awesome. Our only complaint would be the check-in process. We got in after midnight and had to find the map/instructions in the lockbox. We had a hard time finding the unit so we roamed around for a little bit. Would still definitely recommend the property.

Clean and cute condo!
Had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were really, really nice! The condo was very clean. The bathroom was beautifully redone. The living room furniture is new and really comfortable!! Location is fantastic! We did wish it had a king bed but the bed itself was very comfortable. I do think the table area needs a light either above it or maybe a floor lamp in the corner. Overall, we loved it and can't wait to stay again! PS the water pressure is the best I have had anywhere!! Note that the hot water tank is smaller since it is a small condo so don't leave the hot water running - it takes no time at all for the shower to heat up!

The unit looked much like the pictures, and the convenience/proximity to the beach was fantastic. Parking was convenient. However, the hardwood floors were extremely dirty. The dryer in the unit stained three pieces of our clothing! The coffee maker was not working properly, and spattered grounds into the carafe, making the coffee undrinkable. Other than that, the unit was acceptable, and we enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The check in/out process was easy and efficient.

I will stay again for sure! There were some things that management should know or pass along to the owner. The door did not lock without the "in case" key. The smell was unbearable from what we assume was bug treatment.??? 3 days until it lightened up a bit,with cracking the slider. One of the kitchen cupboard doors,under the sink, is cracked off and the piece just sitting on the door. We didnt mind,some may. A pacifier was on the floor under the front of bed by the end table. I just didnt want to touch it. The tv was not real clear on knowing what can be watched or not. Really enjoyed our place for a few

Solo visitor for 5 nights
Nicely furnished and comfortable unit. The bed was very nice. Close proximity to the beach with an access and cabana (restrooms) just across the street. The bathroom could have been cleaner as multiple hairs, both short and curly and otherwise were seen in the shower and on the floor. The exterior stairwell hadn't been swept in a long time and parking lot was not upkept like other surrounding properties. Access to the pool was strange, having to walk around the building in the dirt and pinestraw. Pool loungers had also not been cleared of tree debris. As a solo traveler, these things were minor inconveniences. The unit was a 3-4 minute bike ride to Coligny. I enjoyed watching the turtles from the bridge over the pond just next to the building. Good communication with the owner. I didn't care for having to stop in the property office upon check-in. Overall a good value for a budget traveler.

We purchased Seascape Villas because of its location. It is close to biking paths, the beach and because of the restroom facilities on the beach makes it convenient. It is also close to Sea pines, Harbourtown Lighthouse, Coligny Plaza, new Coligny Park and many restaurants.
