Das Objekt liegt wunderschön mit einem herrlichen Blick, sehr ruhig und mit einem sehr schön angelegten Pool. Auch die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll. Nur die Straßen, die dort hinführen, sind nicht im besten Zustand.

Appartement très bien situé et très agréable
Le lieu est très bien situé pour visiter le sud de l'Ombrie. La vue sur Gualdo Cattaneo et la campagne est très belle. La piscine est très agréable. La literie est très bonne et on dort très bien. Pour faciliter l'arrivée, un panneau indiquant le chemin pour la maison, ne serait pas de trop ! Mais la voisinne est très disponible pour donner un coup de main ! Martina est très disponible si besoin et je me réjouis de déguster son huile d'olive offerte la veille de mon départ.

Pour se reposer et profiter du soleil c'est génial
La proprétaire est très drôle et sympathique. La maison est très jolie confortable mais un peu éloigné des grandes villes comme Assise, PÉrouse!!!! Donc ce fut notre période repos!

Trascorrere una vacanza in armonia con la natura. Tranquillità e disponibilità dei proprietari.
L' appartamento è molto pulito e accogliente. così come l'area esterna con barbecue e piscina pulita e sempre disponibile. Qualsiasi esigenza è stata accolta in maniera solerte dai proprietari che si sono rivelati molto cordiali anche con il nostro cagnolino di media taglia. La casa gode di un'ottima posizione sia come vista, tranquillità, che come punto nevralgico per la visita di molti borghi umbri (Assisi, Spello, Todi, ecc.). Piacevole esperienza culinaria in ristoranti a pochi km di distanza. Per la spesa ci sono due supermercati a pochi minuti di auto, bar, farmacia e fornerie. Assolutamente consigliato per chi vuole trascorrere piacevoli momenti nella favolosa Umbria.

C'est déjà pour la deuxième fois qu'on reste dans le Villa di Castello. à nouveau nous avons été accueillis par des propriétairs vraimant sympa. Spolleto est un appartement très spacieux, même dans la petite chambre il y a encore de la place pour mettre un lit bébé. Un app très soignée et agréable

Prettig, maar met wat minpunten
Het huis was ruim, schoon en voorzien van voldoende uitrusting. Het zwembad was groot genoeg en ligt erg mooi. Wordt iedere dag schoongehouden. Locatie in Umbrie is ook prima als uitvalsbasis. Wat echter zeer tegenviel waren de keiharde bedden. Een paar dagen is wel te doen, maar paar weken is echt afzien. De slaapbank en stoel in de woonkamer zijn helaas ook zeer slecht. Je voelt de spiralen in je prikken. Ik overdrijf helaas niet en zeur niet snel. Ook was het heel jammer dat in de vallei waar je op uitkijkt, een grote energiecentrale is gelegen. Niet leuk voor het verder mooie uitzicht. Maar vooral vervelend toen na twee weken rust de centrale weer volop ging draaien met betrekkelijk veel lawaai, ook 's-avonds. Dan hoor je de krekels niet meer goed en wil je eigenlijk daardoor naar binnen vluchten. Hoewel huis prima is, eigenaren vriendelijk, zou ik hier niet terugkomen. Dan zoeken we liever een ander huis in de omgeving.

"Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza davvero piacevole e rilassante in una bellissima regione. Abbiamo soggiornato nell''appartamento Assisi, accogliente spazioso pulitissimo ben arredato ed attrezzato silenzioso con una vista davvero spettacolare. Situato in una posizione centrale rispetto alle località umbre + belle da vedere. Le foto corrispondono esattamente alla realtà. I proprietari sono persone molto disponibili, presenti ma discreti. Con noi si sono comportati come amici di vecchia data. Grazie di cuore x la Vs. accoglienza, speriamo di vederci presto x trascorrere altri giorni davvero speciali. "

"Appartement vaste, récent, bien équipé, dans environnement rural dominant la vallée (oliviers). Propriétaires actifs et serviables, disponibles mais pas collants, parlant le français. Lieu idéal pour se reposer (bien dormir, farniente) après les visites/découvertes de la région : Ombrie et Toscane. Des petits villages intéressants à proximité, le calme sur place, très belle piscine bien entretenue et transats confortables, équipement très correct de l''appartement. A recommander sans réserve. Idéal pour une famille avec des enfants, même jeunes. Seul bémol : les routes départementales italiennes, sinueuses dans cette région et surtout moyennement entretenues. L''ombrie est une très belle région qui possède seulement moins de lieux phares que la Toscane, mais sinon très agréable."

"Nous sommes un couple de jeunes gens et sommes parti durant les 2 premières semaines de juillet. Le logement est très propre et très spacieux (appatrement Assisi), il dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans un endroit très calme (pour ceux qui auraient peur, la centrale éléctrique n'est certes pas trés belle mais ne nuit pas à la tranquilité). La piscine est très grande et la vue est magnifique. Les propriétaires sont très très très gentils et font tout pour que le séjour se passe pour le mieux (ils vous acceuillent chaleureusement, vous conseillent de très bon restaurants et mettent des bouteilles de vin à disposition). L'Ombrie est une région magnifique et permet de multiples visites!!! Nous vous conseillons vivement cet endroit!!! Merci beaucoup à Marilena, Massimo et à leur fils grace à qui nous avons passés de formidables vacances!!!"

"Marilena et Massimo ont tous les qualificatifs pour vous assurer un merveilleux séjour. Ils sont discrets mais toujours disponibles pour vous conseiller sur les trajets, les visites, les produits locaux ou les restaurants. Cette maison est très bien située (au coeur de l'Ombrie) et elle est très confortable. Splendide piscine au milieu des oliviers. Si nous revenons en Ombrie, une seule adresse : Villa di Castello!"

"Il nostro giudizio non può essere che positivo al 100%. La casa è grande, pulita e completa di ogni confort. Il posto è incantevole con una magnifica vista sulle colline, circondati da un esteso uliveto è stato per noi piacevolissimo rilassarci al sole sul bordo della piscina in un silenzio, al quale noi cittadini non siamo proprio abituati. Villa di Castello è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare ed “assaggiare” l’Umbria. Massimo e Marilena sono discreti, simpatici e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, se non sapete accendere il barbeque dunque non preoccupatevi. Noi abbiamo soggiornato solo una settimana in agosto, purtroppo non ci è bastato, speriamo di ritornare presto. "
