Nice and nice house, ideally located, quiet facing the golf of Biarritz, near the beaches (Great beach of Biarritz, Anglet beaches) and surf spots.
You will enjoy its garden and south facing terrace with plancha for lunch in the shade of eucalyptus and the shady patio.
The shops of St Charles district are less than 10 minutes walk. It takes 5 minutes more for the beaches of Biarritz or Anglet. The bike path runs right next to the house. Possibility of bike loan at the Tourist Office of Anglet.
