GOING TO GATLINBURG? STAY IN THE BEST LOCATION!! UNBELIVABLE VIEWS, VIEWS,VIEWS!

ATTENTION.. Cleanliness is very important to us. We are owners that rent our home and we are able to go and inspect our team. This makes a big different in the quality of care and cleanliness. Along with a touchpoint list of all areas that have been cleaned.

This house has been totally remodeled with 3 bedrooms with great views out of very window and 3 full bath with beautiful tile walk in showers. You have 2 king beds and 2 queen beds. The kitchen is open to living room and very spacious trex deck with gas grill. If you have been to Gatlinburg you can even see if there is a line for breakfast at the pancake pantry from your balcony or you can watch the new Anakeesta chair lift go up and down the mountain. The new iconic longest pedistrain bridge is on the same mountain as our home. This house is literally less then 5 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg with a parking deck right beside Ripleys Aquarium making it easy to park and walk around. When on the balcony you can see the fireworks for 4th of July and New Years eve! This home has free wifi . 1-55in flat screen in living and 42 in flat screen in each bedroom. Big stainless steal refrigerator and all brand new appliances.
We are very close to everything but you still have plenty of privacy and ample parking.
The view and locations are our biggest selling points. We have a view second to none in the area. Also when you get to our house we have easy parking and a covered parking space. The beauty of staying at the Greystone house you do not have to drives miles to get this kind of view. If you are downtown Gatlinburg and look up the mountain to the new iconic sky bridge our house is one of the houses you can see. You have beautiful city light views at night and can look and see the new Anakeesta from your front porch!

2025 Family Spring Break

This was our second time in Gatlinburg and didn't want to stay in a hotel. We decided on this property for the views. The property is very roomy, clean, quiet and cozy. Great communication from the owners. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. Our teens enjoyed the bedroom on the lower level. It has 2 queen beds, a couch, recliner, TV and private bath. All the beds are very comfortable in the house- each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Great water pressure in the showers and the views are amazing. We watched the sunrise over the mountains each morning while enjoying our coffee. Even in the evenings it was great to see the Gatlinburg city lights as well as the lights from the Anakeesta resort up the mountains. We didn't need to spend any money on mountain attractions and activities since we had great views from our house. Just note, the drive up to the house can be a bit nerve racking your first time. It is about a 2-minute drive up the mountain and the road is windy (some curves are 180 degree turns). And when driving down the mountain, it may be a bit nerve racking again on your first time. We had a 350 pickup truck and did not have any problems going up or down the mountain. We would stay here again.

Amazing View

Enjoyed our stay at the Greystone House. The view is beautiful and the house is clean and well maintained. The deck overlooks downtown Gatlinburg and is wonderful to just sit back and take in the mountains. The 3 bedrooms is spacious along with the 3 bathrooms. Thoroughly enjoyed the convenience this house offers!

Excellent Location

We loved this cabin. The views are incredible and it was close to downtown and pigeon forge. We got about 6" of snow, and were glad to have 4WD to get out, but that didn't stop us. We will hopefully be back soon!

Nice Place Close to Town

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was very clean and spacious for four adults. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans, utensils, and basics needed for cooking. The beds and linens made for a comfortable rest. Since the weather was good, we spent lots of time outside on the upper deck soaking up the view. Only negative was there is a lot of city noise that travels upward. Still a nice place to stay.

Seriously, almost impossible to fault. When a property is exactly as described, that's all you can ask for. Easy 10 mins drive down a steep and windy road to the center of Gatlinburg. Fantastic view from the balcony. Every night with a glass of wine under the stars was bliss. Everything worked in the property, with only a minor issue being finding the HD channels on the TV and removing the CC the last visitor had switched on. But, hey, who's here to watch TV ? So, why the 10/10 but 96/100 ? One of the mattresses has a couple of squeaky springs which can be heard when moving in the bed. Not a biggie, but the only thing that stopped this being a 100/100. This should NOT keep anyone from staying here ! We saw 2 or 3 (not sure if it was the same one) black bears walking around the property, without any problems, and we even saw one bob cat who we left to walk up the drive without disturbing him. WHAT A GREAT PLACE .... DON'T HESITATE TO BOOK YOUR DATES WHEN AVAIlABLE !

This property is AMAZING. The house was spotless and had all the things needed to feel comfortable, safe, and at home. The views are breathtaking - loved waking up to the amazing view each morning. The drive up/down the mountain to/from the house is a little scary for those not used to that type of driving, but just take it slow and you will be fine. We have rented a ton of VRBO homes, and this is hands-down the best one we have ever used. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean, spacious and very comfortable for our family of four. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed eating on the porch when the weather permitted. The location is great, close to town and the national park, but the road to get up the hill is a bit daunting!

Amazing views and beautiful house!

The architect that designed this house must have been an artist! The mountains are perfectly centered through the huge windows that cover the entire wall. It almost looks unreal! It was fantastic to sit out on the huge deck every night and look at the view. Everything was very clean, the bedrooms were very comfortable, and there was more than enough room for our family of 4. The bedroom in the lower level is a very large walkout room, which could be a great bunk-room (just an idea). Each bedroom has its own large, updated bathroom and shower, which was very convenient. The house is extremely close to the entrance to Smoky Mountain National Park (maybe a 10-minute drive), which is where we spent most of our time. Even though the house is perched up on a mountain, the town of Gatlinburg is clearly visible from the deck as well (you can even hear the music and people down there at times) and is a quick drive, also. It’s a curvy, narrow drive down the mountain, but you get used to the road after a couple of times, and there are amazing views the entire way down! The owners are very helpful. They gave us a lot of advice before we arrived regarding restaurants to eat at (Cherokee Grill was very good), hikes to do (we loved Grotto Falls and Alum Caves Trail), and other activities we could do with our kids (taking the ski lift to Anakeesta was fun, and the kids loved the Greenbrier swimming hole). If we ever come back to this area, I would love to rent Greystone House again!

Exactly as described, but even better!

Can't say enough about this amazing home! The beds are all very comfortable! The location has the ultimate views of Gatlinburg. We had no issues getting to the house and the location made it easy traveling, since it is right there with the Bypass. Kitchen has everything you need, plus some. We enjoyed our coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings, along with our dinner, as we watched the sunsets. We didn't travel with kids, but the home is family friendly. With three bedrooms away from each other, and each having it's own full bathroom, this made it extra nice. Greystone feels like home and out of all the places we've stayed (Pigeon Forge, Seveirville, and Gatlinburg), we experienced the best sleep and views here! The host is very personable and excellent communication. If this is on your list of #loved and saved for later cabins to possibly stay, do not hesitate! Book it and see for yourself, how wonderful Greystone truly is! Thanks for sharing your amazing home with us. We will be back!

We have been in the property rental business at the highland condos for 30 years. Mike has been on city council in a Gatlinburg and mayor 12 times of this wonderful city! Why they chose this property

We love Gatlinburg and have lived here almost all our lives. We bought this house because it has a million dollar view and you cannot find property like this so close to downtown and easy to get too! Location and Views and how easy it its to get to Gatlinburg. One of the first areas in Gatlinburg and they usually have best locations. The views of the Great Smokey Mountains and the city of Gatlinburg. So close to everything but still so special with location and how it sits on a point. Not crowded with someone right next door to you. The orginal lots are so much more spacious.

What makes this property unique

The views and location are the reason we bought this home!! You cannot find property like this anymore!!! You have a trillion dollar view out of every window!! We personally manage and inspect our homes. Your great experience is inmportant to us. Again Views and location and how comfortable our home is. We take pride in our home and your experience. You can see the city of Gatlinburg and all it has to offer. We have seven chairs that recline in the living room so everyone can relax and just look at the beautiful mountains.
