Large family house with a lot of character. Ideally located in a quiet and residential neighborhood but at 10 minutes walk from the beach.

A large house (250 sqm) : 5 large bedrooms, 70 sqm dining room , 3 bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen.
+ A smaller house (1 bedroom + 1 bathroom)

Garden 1000 m2.
8x4m swimming pool, large patio ( 300 sqm), wooden terrasse, outdoor shower and ping pong table.
BBQ, Plancha and garden furnitures (tables, chairs, sofas).
Parking possible inside the garden.

Excellent séjour dans cette villa grande familiale au charme rétro. Située à 1 km du kiwi surf et de la plage, moins du centre ville. Proche à 30 minutes du bassin d'Arcachon, 15 minutes du lac. Les adolescentes avaient lors studio à part. Adresse à conserver : nous y reviendrons bien volontiers.

Wonderful Family Holiday House

Our whole family stayed together here for one week. The house and owners were very welcoming and helpful and we were very comfortable there. Everything worked, there was enough cutlery and sharp knives (blunt knives in holiday homes drives me mad) plates etc as there were a lot of us. I would recommend this property for a large family looking for plenty of space both inside and out.

It was a pleasure to stay there

We stayed in this beautiful Villa for two weeks with 3 families. All in all 12 people. There is enough space in the two clean houses. The house is equipped with many beautiful details and the owner family practices a very good communication. WiFi is for free, the pool is big enough to relax in it. The beach is 10 minutes on foot. I would recommend this Villa to my best friend. Beside a beautiful beach there is also the possibility to visit the "Lac de Cazaux de Sanguinet" a 55sqkm lake with several attractions also for small children. Also the Dune du Pilat is 10 minutes by car. The several fish restaurants along the beach serve fresh fish for acceptable prices. All in all a very nice place to spent your summer holidays.

"Très belle spacieuse demeure familiale ,au calme, proximité commerces et plage : L ''idéal pour ne pas utiliser la voiture. Bien équipée ,fidèle au descriptif , idéale pour recevoir deux couples , deux ados , et encore plein d enfants ( 5 en ce qui nous concernait)"
