Große Maisonette Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk einer ruhigen, gepflegten Anlage

Gut ausgestattete, allerdings etwas renovierungsbedürftige Wohnung mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis bei Langzeitmiete, sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter.

Everything we needed

We were so happy with this apartment, it was everything we wanted. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The surrounding areas were both clean and very safe. There is a great promenade for walking, jogging, cycling, just outside the complex, my Wife went out every morning and she loved watching the sun rise while out for her walk. There is a supermarket just 7/8 minutes drive away, or a good walk if you are so inclined. There is plenty see and do with the beautiful unspoilt coastline. Rafael was quick and easy to deal with and we really appreciated that. We hope to come back again some day. Thank you Rafael.

Fabulous apartment, very good owners

The apartment was gorgeous and with all the conditions as described. Very clean and cared... Owners were very friendly and correct, all that we can expect from a “best service”. Thank you Rafael! Although the beach was not the best I have ever been, the facilities from the complex was very good with a huge pool. Also the beach side walk is great for a walk or jogging. A runner like myself found it very pleasant. Overall, it was a very positive experience

el apartamento es muy bonito, muy amplio y bien distribuido y en primera linea de playa. Las terrazas tienen vistas espectaculares y ofrecen sol y sombra. Nosotros estuvimos en invierno y hemos usado la terraza de arriba donde entra el sol todo el dia. La urbanizacion es muy tranquila y muy bien cuidada con una piscina enorme. Por la playa se puede caminar hasta Balerma , todo en plena naturaleza. En total : un sitio precioso para pasar vacaciones, tambien en invierno. Pensamos repetir

Precioso apartamento

el apartamento es muy bonito, muy amplio y bien distribuido. Las terrazas tienen vistas espectaculares y ofrecen sol y sombra. Nosotros estuvimos en invierno y hemos usado la terraza de arriba,done entra el sol todo el dia. La urbanizacion es muy tranquila, bien cuidado con una enorme piscina. Por la playa se puede caminar hasta Balerma todo en plena naturaleza. en total:un sitio precioso para pasar vacaciones, tambien en invierno Pensamos repetir.

Vacaciones estupendas

Hemos pasado una muy buena estancia en el apartamento, el cual es ideal para dos familias. Grande, bien distribuido y con unas vistas estupendas desde todas las terrazas. La urbanización es ideal sobre todo para los niños, por la piscina, cercanía a la playa, limpieza y seguridad. Nos ha gustado mucho, además los dueños muy amables, atentos y formales en todos los trámites. Gracias Rafael y Almudena.

"Hemos disfrutado de una Semana Santa muy tranquila. Es un lugar perfecto para relajarse y desconectar de todo. El apartamento está muy bien y tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Si quieres tranquilidad es el lugar ideal. Aunque si quieres un poco de jaleo, tienes que coger el coche. No hay nada cerca. Es para estar sólo en el complejo. La playa está cruzando el paseo, aunque es de las de piedras. El complejo es ideal para ir con niños, tiene un parque infantil y una gran piscina, aunque cuando estuvimos todavía no la habían abierto. También tiene pistas de Padel, que para el que quiera jugar está muy bien. En definitiva, un lugar tranquilo para disfrutar en familia. Los dueños muy majos y el apartamento limpio."

"La playa de Almerimar no es muy bonita, la verdad y queda muy retirado del centro de la población y de cualquier otro lugar interesante, por lo que necesitas el coche para todo. Respecto al alojamiento, el apartamento en general está bien, pues es amplio y bien distribuido, si bien necesita ya algún mantenimiento y revisión de su menaje. Creemos que el precio semana es muy elevado para las características del apartamento, y sería necesario disponer de aire acondicionado. Los propietarios, encantadores y muy amables."
