VILLA 5 MIN FROM THE SEA

Modern villa located in a residential area, close to the beach and shops, fully air conditioned, with an open kitchen open to a large living / dining room. Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, induction hob, kettle, toaster, oven and microwave.
Bathroom with Italian shower and washing machine. Separate WC.
Linens (sheets, pillows, bath towels and shower mats) are provided.
House with a surface of 110 m2, with two beautiful air-conditioned rooms (with bed 160 for one and 140 for the other), one overlooking the terrace and garden side sea.
Large living / dining room modern, bright, overlooking a beautiful veranda where you will enjoy spending your evenings. Free WIFI.
In summer, a free shuttle (20 meters from the villa) will take you to the Port of Bandol. On foot, you are 10 minutes from the train station, 15 minutes from Capelan beach and 20 minutes from downtown.

algemeen zeer goed, maar enkele punten kunnen beter

Ruime woning in nette buurt. Minpunten waren luidruchtige verwarming en gebrekkige keukenkraan waar beloofd werd iets te doen maar niets gebeurde. Ligzetels in de tuin zouden ook wel mogen.

Eine wunderbare Zeit!

Wir waren erstmalig mit der Familie in der Provence und hätten es nicht besser antreffen können. Vom ersten Kontakt an waren Véronique (Besitzerin) und Pascal (die gute Seele vor Ort) hilfsbereit und konnten mit guten Tipps helfen. Es hat an nichts im Haus gefehlt und im Garten ließ es sich am schönen kleinen Pool nach einem Ausflug sehr gut aushalten. Abends ist der Wintergarten sehr angenehm. Bis zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten bergab (zurück ca. 30 Minuten). Ebenso weit ist die Innenstadt und der Hafen entfernt. Supermärkte und Bäckereien sind fußläufig in 5 bis 10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Nous ne savons que dire merci pour tout! La maison impeccable, accueil parfait et contact avec la propriétaire aussi. nous étions 4 retraités, mon mari son frère, sa femme et moi. Une adresse à conserver égoïstement pour soi :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à la villa Farniente. Le bien est impeccable, en tout point fidèle à la description faite sur le site et dispose de nombreuses commodités. L'accueil reservé par Pascal est chaleureux et regorge de bons petits conseils. On y retourne sans hésiter.

magnifique maison très confortable et idéalement située

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison à Bandol. La maison est vaste, lumineuse, avec vue sur mer, très bien équipée, confort moderne. Elle possède deux belles terrasses et un grand jardin. Elle est située dans les hauteurs de Bandol, très au calme avec vue sur mer. Elle permet le départ de superbes balades dans le coin. Nous reccomandons!

Superbe !

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans la villa Farniente ! La maison est très fonctionnelle, agréable et lumineuse, terrasse et jardin bien exposés. La petite vue mer est par ailleurs très agréable. Tout est prévu pour que l'on s'y sente bien ! Une bonne adresse, nous reviendrons !

Villa très agréable

Très bien équipée, literie confortable, jardin agréable. Maison entièrement rénovée. Même en décembre on pouvait déjeuner dans la véranda très appréciable. En 15mn on peut descendre au marché de Bandol à pied. La maison se trouve dans une résidence très calme. La propriétaire est très sympathique et réactive. Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour.

Très belle maison

Belle maison, bien équipée. De la place pour se garer devant la maison même avec une grande voiture. Une petite attention à notre arrivée et une réponse réactive en cas de souci! On y retournera si l'occasion se représente!

Schönes Haus mit Aussicht

In ruhiger Wohngegend ca. 30 Fussminuten vom Zentrum entfernt und 20 Fussminuten zum nächsten Sandstrand. Der Wintergarten war im Herbst sehr praktisch, da es abends kühl wurde. Moderne Küche mit bunt zusammengewürfeltem Inventar, es ist aber alles da was man braucht inkl. diverse Kaffeemaschinen, Toaster etc. Das Schlafzimmer hat genug Stauraum und wertige Betten. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Achtung: es gibt keinen Garagenplatz, man muss vor dem Haus die öffentlichen Parkplätze benutzen, dies war aber nie ein Problem.

Location parfaite pour des vacances en famille

Maison spacieuse, propre, bien décorée et très bien équipée, la clim dans toutes les pièces est appréciable. La piscine et son jardin sont top. Zones d’ombres et de soleil parfait sans vis à vis. Une plancha serait un plus. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Il faut être véhiculé. Manque de propreté "Four non nettoyé" "poubelle non vidée" "reste de vaisselle dans le lave-vaisselle" "manque de place dans l'armoire chambre côté nord". Déco sympa avec bcp de goût. Félicitations. Cordialement

Maison de plein pied très agréable, très bien équipée. Conforme aux photos.Le plus de cette maison en été et qu elle est équipée de la climatisation dans toutes les pieces. Par contre , il faut être véhiculée.

Topwohnung mit kleiner Einschränkung

Die Wohnung ist hell und top ausgestattet, sogar ein elektrischer Massagesessel ist vorhanden, für 2 Personen mehr als geräumig, es ist sehr ruhig ohne Verkehrslärm, die mehrmals täglich vorbeifahrenden Züge sind hörbar aber nicht störend. Es ist möglich in 20 Minuten zu Fuß sowohl das Zentrum von Bandol sowie den Strand zu erreichen. Für Selbstkocher wichtig: die Küchenausstattung ist vom Feinsten (Induktionsherd, Backofen, Toaster u.v.m.), ein rundherum verglaster Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das W-Lan funtioniert tadellos, das Gleiche gilt auch für die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin (MERCI VERONIQUE). Direkt vor dem Haus gibt es einen Stellplatz für das Auto. Leichter Wermutstropfen: Die Aufbereitung der Wohnung vor unserem Einzug erfolgte sehr oberflächlich (Staubschichten auf den Möbeln, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Badezimmerschrank und Regal im Kleiderschrank mussten wir nacharbeiten). Falls von Bedeutung: Zum Kaffeekochen gibt es nur eine Kapselmaschine). Aber auf jeden Fall hat das Positive überwogen.

Well equipped, well located property in Bandol

We spent 10 days at Véronique's "Villa Farniente" residence, it is a lovely, fully equipped house well located, 20 min walking distance from the city center. Véronique was good at replying to us on time and made sure everything was alright. If there is anything I would mention is the state of cleanliness we received the house, we had to wash the bed sheets and towels as well as hoover and clean the floor on our first day, since we are charged a cleaning fee and had to do some cleaning ourselves receiving the house in a clean state would have granted a full 5 star review.

SEJOUR DE FIN D'ANNEE

Nous avons passé dans cette jolie villa des vacances très agréables. Maison très calme sur les hauteurs de Bandol. Du balcon nous apercevons la mer. Très bien équipée, literie parfaite, lits fait à l'arrivée et linge de maison fournis (détail important merci). Promenade à pied pour aller sur le port ou sur les premières plages très agréable à faire avec un très beau paysage (10 à 20 mms). Contacts très sympathiques avec la propriétaire. Nous recommandons cette location.
