Cozy attic of 75 sq. metres with a modern laboratory kitchen, a living room, a large dining room overlooking the Gulf of Orosei. The apartment is a hidden pearl !! Climb the outdoor wooden stairs and you'll be enchanted by the spectacular views of the bay and mountains.
Flat includes 1 master bedroom furnished in modern style, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Each room has a closet with clothes hangers.
** Maximum occupancy = 4 adults
Possibility of air conditioners (separate price): Air conditioner at € 10 per day to be paid in cash upon arrival.
Wood floors. Animals are not allowed. No smoking.
The apartment is located in a non refurbished (exterior)building.
The kitchen has oven, gas cooker, microwave, washing machine.
Plates, glasses, cutlery,pots and pans are included.

 10 minute walk from the sea (port and Lungomare Palmasera), 2 minute walk from the bakery, 2 minute drive to supermarket.
Beaches: 15 minutes walk from Palmasera, Sos Dorroles and central beach.

TO NOTE: Cala Gonone is a small village of 1700 inhabitants. In the summer this number quadruples. The neighborhood (including the dogs!) population and traffic increase. Traffic noise, population, dogs can be heard with open windows.

Amazing view and stay
I really enjoyed my stay at Antonetta’s house, everything was as described, the host was very responsive, her husband even landed me his guitar for the time i was there, it was very thoughtful. Overall i would definitely recommend, lot’s of great places to explore from driving distance

Truly an Amazing View
We stayed in Tonia’s condo for 18 days. We loved having our morning coffee or evening wine by the dining room window/doors. The view of the sea is indeed amazing and lovely, especially at sunrise. Tonia was full of ideas and suggestions and we found it easy to find our way around. It is only a 15 min walk to downtown/port where everything is available. A short drive back up the mountain brings you to Dorgali, which has restaurants and groceries stores (found the MD discount groceries towards end of stay with great prices) The apartment had everything we needed including a washing machine and a balcony clothesline and was in a nice mostly quiet neighbourhood, at least at end of season. (We were there in October so while much less people, we also found it hard to find places open at previously posted hours.) We had some lovely days sitting on the gravelly beach and got into the water a few times. A boat ride from the port took us to the Beu Marino Grotta which is pretty amazing, as well as to three beaches where we stayed an hour on each one - they are not approachable by car). Renting a car is a must to go anywhere except CG, and even walking, the climb back up the hill in town was sometimes hard on my 70 year old legs. The hairpin turns on the roads are not for the faint of heart , as we drove to Orgosolo (with all the wonderful murals) and Nuoro which has an amazing museum at the top of a mountain. The apartment was great, and so was Tonia. A good place to relax in October.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé une semaine au mois de septembre. Le logement est très agréable. La vue sur la mer est très appréciable. Le lit double est un lit Queen Size (160 cm). Le stationnement dans la rue a été facile. Antonietta donne beaucoup de conseils sur la vie à Cala Gonone et laisse à disposition un classeur où l'on peut retrouver les informations : commerces et restaurants de la ville, repas en Agriturismo (que nous avons très apprécié), plages, excursions en bateaux ... A noter que comme dans toute la Sardaigne il n'est pas recommandé de boire l'eau du robinet. A Cala Gonone (près de l'Office de Tourisme), il y a un distributeur d'eau potable et nous avons trouvé cela très bien. Prix 7 centimes le litre. Venir avec ses bouteilles vides et avec des pièces de monnaie. Nous recommandons le logement d'Antonietta. Elle pourra vous y accueillir en italien, en anglais ou en français.

Amazing view and lovely host
We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment overlooking the whole coast. Tonia was a perfect host - friendly, reliable and extremely helpful with recommendations. Cala Gonone is a great place for holidays with lots to see, eat and do especially in the evenings when the street along the coast becomes a promenade. The coastline is exceptional and boat trip is a must. It´s a 10 minute walk down the hill to the seafront, so we would recommend it for people who have no walking disabilities.

Nice place in Cala gonone
Great host, met us at apartment upon arrival and gave us great info of area. We found it a short walk to beach, grocery and water. Visiting in Aug we thought maybe we could live without AC. That lasted 2hr lol. Well equipped kitchen for 4. Nice stay overall.

Great place
We had a great time in Antonietta's apartment! Antonietta is a great host - she gave us lots of tips on things to do and where to eat, check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The apartment offered everything we needed and the view is indeed amazing! Everything was very clean and we could park just outside on the street which was very convenient. Only the bed was not for us, we found it a bit too bouncy for complete comfort. Nevertheless, we would recommend staying here if you come to Cala Gonone!

Highly recommended!
We had two great weeks in Tonias and Gianlucas apartment situated in the higher parts of Cala Gone with a great view over the village and the sea. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Well equipped kitchen if you want to cook dinner at home. Close to everything you need for both adventures and relaxing, the beaches, the restaurants, the supermercados etc. Fantastic nature with morning walks along the coast and we praise the aircondition during the heatwave 👍😅 Familjen Kronvall from Sweden.

Die Wohnung passt gut für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Wenn man wie wir nur zu zweit ist, hat man natürlich viel Platz. Tolle Aussicht, nette Vermieterin und in wenigen Minuten kann man alles erreichen. Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurant, Hafen, Strand, Felsen.

Beautiful Experience!!
We were met by the host in the apartment. The host kindly gave us all information we need on what to do in the surrounding areas. Even prepared a guidebook for us on what to do, it helped a lot. The apartment was very beautiful and clean, with stunning views. We rented a car so we were able to do a day-trips. I would highly recommend to come to this place! you will have the most beautiful experience there, it's hard to put it into words. You have to be there and experience it! Hope to be back soon

Komfortable Ferienwohnung mit phantastischer Aussicht, nette Gastgeberin
Wir haben eine Woche in dieser geräumigen und komfortablen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut mit komplett eingerichteter Küche. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich gut abdunkeln und haben bequeme Betten. Grandios ist die Aussicht auf das Mittelmeer, den Ort und die umliegenden Berge. Antoinette ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wenn Cala Gonone, dann in dieser Wohnung!

One of our best vacations ever...
Our visit to cala gonone was wonderful. We felt very comfortable with antoinette and found a very nice home for the time of our holiday. The communication and information before and during the holiday was excellent. The view especially from the dining room and from the balcony to Cala Gonone and the Gulf of Orosei was incredible. Shopping and the beach are within a short walking distance of the charming little town. We fell in love with Sardinia and the whole region in the east of the island. There is so much to see and experience, starting with the dream beaches like Cala Luna, the impolite mountain scenery of the goroppu canyon or tiscali and the charming sardinian small towns like Dorgali and Baunei. We will definitely come back and miss Cala Gonone already now! Thanks for everything Antoinette!

Tres bonne adresse. Appartement confortable idéalement placé pour visiter les alentours
Antoinette est une hôte charmante, disponible et attentionnée. On se sent comme à la maison à la casa panorama, rien ne manque. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié salon et salle à manger. Estancia fantástica
Nos ha recibido Toni con mucha amabilidad y nos ha dado mucha información relevante de la zona, que luego nos ha dejado por escrito y ha sido muy útil. Además durante todo el viaje ha estado disponible para cualquier incidencia. El piso estaba impecable y con todos los útiles necesarios para pasar unos días. Además tiene aire acondicionado para los días más calurosos, aunque al estar alto hay bastante corriente y se está bien de temperatura. Las vistas son maravillosas.

Gemütliche, saubere Wohnung mit viel Platz
Wir haben den Urlaub in der großzügig geschnittenen Wohnung sehr genossen. Am Esszimmertisch mit dem tollen Blick auf das Meer sind wir immer zum Essen, Spielen und Lesen zusammengekommen; darüber hinaus waren die Zimmer so geschnitten, dass es ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten gab. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Ein paar Schritte zu Fuß und es gab Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie unzählige Gastronomieangebote und natürlich auch das Meer mit der Promenade und den Hafen. Antoniette ist eine super freundliche und offene Vermieterin, sehr darauf bedacht, dass ihre Gäste sich wohlfühlen und es ihnen an nichts mangelt. Sie hat uns sehr gut mit Tips versorgt. Vom Verkehr unterhalb der Wohnung bekommt man schon ein bisschen was mit, war jedoch für uns nicht störend. Tochter hätte sich WLan gewünscht, konnte die Zeit mit extra Datenvolumen überbrücken. Alles in allem ein Aufenthalt, den wir genau so wieder buchen würden! Lieben Dank Antoinette und alles Gute!

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit traumhaftem Blick auf den Golfo di Orosei
Die hübsche Ferienwohnung von Antoinette bietet zu allererst einen wunderschönen Blick gen Osten auf das Meer und auf einen Teil des Golfo di Orosei. Bei guter Sicht und mit dem Fernglas kann man sogar die Felsnadel der Cala Goloritze sehen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet (gemütlich, viele Zimmer, Wohn- und Essbereich offen, Bad ist in gutem Zustand, Waschmaschine, Gasherd, Ofen, ...). So kann man sich perfekt selbst versorgen. Oder aber man probiert eine der zahlreichen Empfehlungen von Antoinette aus. Sie ist überaus freundlich und hat uns gleich zu Beginn viele Empfehlungen bezüglich Restaurants und Unternehmungen in der Gegend gegeben. Vor allem die Restauranttipps von ihr in Cala Gonone kann man nur empfehlen! Sehr lecker! Die Wohnung liegt etwas oberhalb des eigentlichen Zentrums von Cala Gonone. Alles ist aber fußläufig erreichbar, mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten (z. B. auch mehrere Supermärkte). Die Berge und das Meer in der Umgebung sind spektakulär und eine Reise wert! Wir waren hier im Oktober 9 Tage und haben die Zeit intensiv genutzt und sehr genossen. Liebe Antoinette, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in deiner Wohnung!

Un lieu où vous vous sentez chez vous avec une vue magnifique
L'appartement est vraiment très grand et très accueillant, on se sent très rapidement "comme à la maison", et la vue est incroyable. Le levée du soleil sur la mer est simplement incroyable! Il y a tout ce dont vous avez besoin, c'est très propre et il est très facile de cuisiner et, le couple de propriétaires: Antonietta & Gianluca sont très chaleureux et bienveillants. Antonietta vous guidera pour toutes les activités que vous devez absolument faire à Cala Gonone, c'est un vrai plus que d'être si bien accueilli et si bien conseillé. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
