Ottima scelta
Appartamento pulitissimo con splendida vista mare dal terrazzo! Host facilmente reperibile in caso di bisogno e veloce nel risolvere eventuali problemi (es. cambio bombola gas finita durante il soggiorno). Centro di Capoliveri raggiungibile a piadi, la prima parte del tragitto ha una salita abbastanza impegnativa, ma sicuramente è comodo non dover utilizzare l'auto per raggiungerlo! Se torneremo all'isola d'Elba soggiorneremo ancora inquesta struttura!

Comfortable accommodation - great location
Comfortable accommodation located between many beaches, biking/hiking areas and a nice village (Capoliveri). Great view from the terrace and a nice and quiet environment. Everything you need and many attractions well accessible by food (if not too hot) and by bike/car. Friendly host. Overall, highly recommended.

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub
Wir haben 10 Tage auf dieser traumhaft schönen Insel verbracht. Unser Hund war überall gern gesehen. Unser Appartement im ersten Stock war sehr sauber, einfach, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Der große Balkon ist komplett umzäunt, und somit war es ideal für unseren Hund. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderschön. Einen Parkplatz gabs sogar überdacht. Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut deutsch. Von der Unterkunft ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minutenim Zentrum von Capoliveri, ein bezaubernder Ort. Ansonsten erreicht man mit dem Auto alles sehr gut. Wir waren viel Wandern und haben nur einen kleinen Teil dieser Vielfalt von Elba kennengelernt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und sehr gerne wieder hierher. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Stefan und Melli

Schöner Urlaub auf Elba
Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und immer schnell ansprechbar. Die Wohnung war genau richtig für zwei Personen. Zu Fuß ist man in einer Viertelstunde im Ort. Geht am Anfang gut bergauf aber dafür ist es zurück leichter. Wir würden wieder kommen. Einen Hinweis hätten wir. Ein paar Kissen für die Gartenmöbel wären schön. Wir haben aber auch nicht danach gefragt oder vielleicht haben wir sie auch nicht gefunden. Vielen Dank

Urlaub mit Hund
Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderschön. Auch für unseren Hund…Eine tolle Aussicht und nach ein paar hundert Metern ist man im Zentrum von Capoliveri. Die Ausstattung ist mit dem allernötigsten vorhanden.

Das Plätzchen und der Rasen direkt vor der Wohnung war für unseren kleinen Jungen im Krabbelalter ideal. Die Abendstimmungen haben wir sehr genossen, das neu renovierte Bad war super und die Wohnung ist einfach aber praktisch eingerichtet. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, schnelle Hilfe und Reparatur beim Stromausfall. Merci!

Appartement is ruim, heel schoon. Douche-ruimte heel heel heel erg klein. Zeer schoon. Beperkt glas- en serviesgoed. Heel ruim balkon/terras met prachtig uitzicht. Ontvangst minimaal, nauwelijks uitleg. Wel vriendelijk.

Wirklich sehr gute Urlaubswohnung
Wohnung ist sehr funktional eingerichtet, was für uns genau richtig war. Funktionierende Klimaanlage, WLAN und Gasherd. Kontakt mit Vermieterin über Whatsapp hat sehr gut geklappt, sie spricht sogar sehr gut deutsch. Nur die angegebene Adresse war etwas ungenau. Wir haben uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern in der FeWo sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Lage ist auch exzellent, man kommt mit dem Auto sehr schnell überall hin. Der Blick von der Terrasse aus ist wirklich toll. Und den Kindern hat am besten gefallen, dass es einen Tischkicker auf dem Gelände gibt.

Wunderschöne Insel Elba
Wir haben sehr genossen von unserem Aufenthalt in Trappola/Capoliveri. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, und hatte alles was man braucht. Die Aussicht is wunderschön. Mss aan n kan gut zu Fuß ins centrum von Capoliveri, wo man heerlijke Restaurants hat uns nette Läden. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Splendid location.
Very nice apartment with a fantastic view. Nice and friendly host. Rosa's son gave us great pieces of advice and information about the island, where to go and what to see. Unfortunately the communication with the agent (VRBO) was very bad. We had a problem concerning the payment. We were connected to a call center somewhere in the world. It was impossible to have an understandable conversation with the person we talked to . The problem was solved, but only because we had a great help from our bank. BUT, the host, the apartment and the location was super.

Vacanza bellissima
L'appartamento ha rispettato fedelmente quelle che erano le aspettative, una vista fantastica e un panorama rilassante hanno completato il tutto. La posizione è in un contesto silenzioso e comodo ed è l'ideale ( con un pò di salita ) per raggiungere Capoliveri a piedi senza lo stress del parcheggio, inutile dire che le spiagge, molto vicine, sono una più bella dell'altra. La proprietaria sempre disponibile e discreta.

Ottima posizione, gran bella vista
Posizione assai desiderabile, fuori dal centro di Capoliveri ma a soli tre minuti dai due più comodi parcheggi del paese. In ogni caso ci si arriva a piedi in 10 m. Appartamento semplice, arredo essenziale in buono stato; piacevole terrazza vista mare e posto auto coperto e comodissimo. Buona l'accoglienza e la disponibilità della cortese Signora Rosa. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Perfekter Aufenthalt
Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Man erreicht Capolivieri in ca. 10 min zu Fuss. Von hier aus sind viele Ausflugsziele gut erreichbar. Zum biken bietet der Monte Calamite schöne Trails mit versuschendem Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet und hat es nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann das Appartement mit empfehlen. Vielen dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Traumhaft schöne Location
Idealer Ort um zu Fuß ins nahe gelegene Capoliveri zu kommen, zu den nahe gelegenen Stränden oder für Wanderungen. Toller Ausblick von der Terasse. Alles was man braucht. Mit der Vermieterin sehr gute Kommunikation. Alles wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Alles wunderbar!
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit auf Elba! Wir hatten eine der neueren Wohnungen der Vermieterin bekommen und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, selten haben wir in Ferienwohnung so gute Betten :-). Alles war sauber und gepflegt und die Wohnung gut ausgestattet für uns als vierköpfige Familie. Für unser Baby wurde uns ein gutes Bettchen und Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt. Angenehme Klimaanlage und guter Wlan- Empfang. Die Tochter der Vermieterin war ständig gut zu erreichen und hat sich schnell und nett um unsere Belange gekümmert. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist toll, viele schöne Strände lassen sich schnell erreichen und das schöne Capoliveri lässt sich gut zu Fuß erreichen. Gerne wieder :-)
