3 rooms Apartment with Beddings for 6/7 people: 6/7 people can sleep in 3 different rooms because the Apartment gets 2 bedrooms (Sleeps 4) and 1 living room with a sofa-bed (Sleeps 2). Because the living room gets a door and is completely isolated from the other rooms for a real privacy it is considered as a 3rd bedroom according to the French regulation. (No need to cross the living room to access to the other rooms). There is also a comfortable mattress to be put on the floor for a 7th person if requested.
WATCH OUT! IF YOU ARE 7 PEOPLE, THE 7th PERSON WILL SLEEP IN A BEDROOM BUT ONLY ON A COMFORTABLE MATTRESS!

You are located very centrally, in the nicest district of Paris, really at the feet of the Eiffel Tower, a very beautiful and very safe place. The Eiffel Tower is located in the park Champs-de-Mars and the apartment is located at the edge of it. This is a perfect location to visit the Paris main touristic places by walk or metro. So, if you want to visit Paris by walk, you will definitely choose this place! Plus you will live in a very high level standing district (equivalent to NYC Central Park East side)

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
You will live in an apartment that is exactly like the photos on this website, the ones that allowed you to choose it. It is a typically French place to live and not an apart-hotel. Consequently, all objects are personalized, are not new and in perfect condition as is the case in any home which is a real place to live. You will reside among objects, photos, antiques, and books. Don't expect to find an empty apartment. That said, you have plenty of room to store your things in the cupboards as you can see in my photos.
I took all the pictures myself, so they are not optimized by special effects made by a professional, and all the outside ones have been taken in the 50 yards around of the apartment. The apartment is exactly as shown on my pictures and it is clean, bright, quiet and safe.
The rooms' distribution is perfect (you can check it on my picture of its plan):
- 1 ENTRANCE large enough to allow me to install my office
- 1 LIVING-ROOM with 1 sofa-bed Sleeps 2 adults

- PARKING located under the building, public but secured, payable by yourself inside the Parking at its Parking meter.

Located at the 2nd floor with direct and quick access with 2 elevators or stairs. The right elevator (check my pictures) is very large adapted to wheelchairs and child strollers
CLEAN: Apartment is clean and interior of the building too. At the end of stay, a deep cleaning of the apartment is always made by a professional. I will ask you for Cleaning Fee like for every Guest because you benefit of the deep cleaning paid by the previous Guest

Kids adore sleeping on the top bed and to play with the electric bed frame of the lower bed
- 1 LIVING-ROOM with 1 Queen Size Sofa-bed Sleeps 2 people (160cmX190cm) + 1 couch for eventually a 7th person
