Marvellous location for visiting many towns & villages locally

Extremely hospitable hosts and a very quiet beautiful location. The apartment is just right for a couple but needs a little TLC especially in the bathroom.

Bonjour Nous avons vécu des vacances catastrophiques ,et cette appréciation sera suivie d'un recommandé émis à Abritel pour annonce trompeuse.L'année dernière nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en Italie et là nous sommes tombés sur un cas complètement opposé. D'après les quelques échanges que nous avons eu avec les propriétaires ces dernier loueraient depuis 20 vingt ans, les photos du site datent de l'époque du début de leur projet de location. Voici les points qui font l'objet de notre exaspération - à notre arrivée on nous demande le règlement de charge de dites d'énergie 5€/personne/jour alors que le site Abritel confirme que le règlement est bien effectué à 100% - chambre /terrasse exposée plein sud et pas de volet sur la seule porte fenêtre de la pièce avec un pauvre rideau pour occulter la lumière du matin - porte de douche complètement déglinguées et avec de nombreuses traces de moisissures - linge / serviettes il ne reste que la trame coton, je confirme elles doivent avoir 20 ans - pas de bouilloire - pas de grille pain - pas de micro onde - ventilateur extrêmement bruyant ,impossible de dormir avec , on a été obligés de vivre avec les moustiques ! - les ustensiles de cuisines des plus limités - le portail dont la serrure crochetait , qu'il fallait bricoler pour qu'elle ouvre au bout de 20/30 secondes - que dire toutes les nuits nous étions réveillés par les voisins qui ont fêtes jusqu'à minuit, les aboiements, divers alarmes sirènes, démarrage de moto

Schöne und authentische Wohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der schönen italienischen Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich freundlich und geben gute Tipps. Die kleine Küche bietet alles was man braucht. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bon séjour

Très bon séjour passé dans une maison de charme et de caractère située dans un quartier calme. Les propriétaires, francophones, sont très gentils, aux petits soins et de bons conseils pour toutes les visites environnantes. Seul petit bémol, le prix des charges par personne est un peu élevé et le chauffage est en sus...celà pourrait être inclus directement dans le coût global de la location. Sinon, rien à redire.

Schönes und ruhiges Appartment, tolle Landschaft

Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei Angela und Giancarlo sehr genossen. Sie haben sich immer um alles gekümmert und das Appartment war sehr schön und sehr ruhig. Von dort aus konnte man mit dem Auto tolle Ausflüge machen (Iseo-See, spannende Wanderung durch ein Bachbett, das auch einen Wasserfall enthält). Das Appartment war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Immer wieder gerne.

Agréable séjour à La Badia

La location est agréable, située dans un village au calme. C'est une maison qui a une âme. La terrasse à côté de la chambre est agréable le matin, pour déjeuner, avant que le soleil ne soit trop ardant. Les hôtes sont charmants et donnent pleins de suggestions de visite. Le lac Iséo et Brescia sont proches et à 1h de route Bergame, Milan ou encore le lac de Garde... Idéale pour visiter la Lombardie Jean - François et Corinne

Sehr nette, aufmerksame Gastgeber. Die Wohnung für uns zu viert war relativ klein - zu zweit ist sie bestimmt perfekt. Unser Highlight war die Dachterrasse, die wir fleißig genutzt haben.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in idyllischer Umgebung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in La Badia sehr genossen.Die Wohnung liegt ideal für Ausflüge zum Lago d'Iseo mit seinen vielfältigen Wandermöglichkeiten.Aber auch Bergamo und Brescia sind schnell erreichbar. Das Appartment ist sauber und ordentlich und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und bemüht.Besonders schön sind die beiden Terassen zur Eigennutzung.Wir würden hier wieder buchen, wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend Urlaub machen.

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

In der Nähe vom See in einem kleinen Ort zwischen Weinbergen liegt die Ferienwohnung sehr idyllisch. Die Gastgeber sind freundliche zuvorkommende Leute. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Appartement calme, bien situé pour visiter la Lombardie. r

Accueil sympathique.Propriétaires habitent à côté, présents, mais très discrets,dispinibles. Conseils touristiques utiles. Appartement bien conçu et notamment une terrasse au rez de chaussée couverte, à l abri du soleil. Terrasse de la chambre très bien mais très chaude cet été exceptionnellement chaud. Chambre aurait méritée la climatisation. Le lac d Iseo est proche, facilement baignable, région superbe.

Verstecktes Juwel in Provezze

Für mich u. meine Frau hat die Ferienwohnung genau dem entsprochen, was man sich abseits vom Trubel vorstellt. Trotzdem war man nicht "abgeschnitten" was Gastronomie u. Einkaufsmöglichkeit anbelangt. Rundherum alles O.K. hier gerne wieder.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in La Badia

Der Aufenthalt in La Badia hat und sehr gut gefallen. Die ruhige Lage, die freundlichen Gastgeber, die schone Umgebung des Iseosees und die eindrucksvolle Kultur von Brescia und Bergamo. Die Ferienwohnung La Badia ist sehr gut ausgestattet bis auf einen Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Es ware nett wenn die noch dazu kamen.

Echt Italiaans

Zowel de gastvrijheid als de accommodatie waren geweldig, en echt Italiaans. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en voorzien van allerlei informatie over de omgeving. De accommodatie is onderdeel van een grote oude boerderij en zeer sfeervol. Tussen de italianen en weg van het toerisme. Echt een aanrader.
