Rental flat (very bright) so convenient, easy access by feet to everywhere .

Ideal for holidays or for a weekend with a magnificent view of the huge beach of Le Touquet. Triple exposure, which is rare, so very bright. Practical with a new semi-independent kitchen. 3 bedrooms + 1 convertible in the living room. Bathroom completely renovated in 2022 with Italian shower, sink and washing machine. Separate toilet. Large and quiet elevator. Residence very well located, food shops, the Post Office and the famous market are nearby. You can forget about the car. 4 km from Etaples train station (for Paris). Connection by bus or taxis.
We + are 33 at your 608 disposal 23 for any 70 additional 73 information !!!!!! Don't hesitate

Seaside resort renowned for the quality of its infrastructure (sand yachting, 3 golf courses, very beautiful equestrian center, many tennis courts,...).
Ideally located: Whatever the generation, from grandparents to grandchildren, everyone will appreciate the location of this apartment which makes all activities very accessible (beach, shops, market, ...).

2 options are possible with the rental of sheets (we do not make beds) at 20 € per bed and the rental of towels at 5 € per unit.
From now on, cleaning is no longer an option. It will be included in the price. However, before you leave, we ask you to empty the dishwasher and all the bins. Similarly, we ask you to clean the inside of the oven after each use, as well as to systematically squeegee the shower screen.

    Holiday in Le Touquet

    We picked this property because of its location, and it did not disappoint. Incredible views of the beach and sea and easy walking distance to the town centre. The apartment is well equipped and the host communication was excellent. Would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

    Great location right on the seafront

    We had a great long weekend in Le Touquet, staying on the seafront. Well located, right near the beach and only a short walk into the town and the market. Parking (paid) is available very close. The apartment is bright and clean, with everything you need for a short stay. It is basic in places, but comfortable and everything works well. We were asked to pay extra for linen after we had made the reservation, which was unexpected. However, we chose to take our own. Overall, a great stay, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly.

    Vue incroyable / Bonne situation

    Je recommande cet appartement pour sa vue et sa luminosité. Il est également placé au plus près des commerces du centre ville et du marché, tout se fait à pied.     Appartement exceptionnel !

    L'appartement est extrêmement bien placé et propose une vue magnifique sur la plage du Touquet. La journée, le salon est très lumineux grâce à de larges baies vitrées. Le centre ville est juste à côté, il y a tout type de commerçants. L'appartement est très confortable même pour un grand groupe. Il est entièrement équipé, tout est neuf ! Le meilleur logement que je n'ai jamais eu au Touquet, soyez en assuré, il est parfait ! Enfin, les propriétaires sont adorables et facilitant. Absolument rien à redire, si ce n'est : bonnes vacances à vous ! Je recommande à tout prix !!!

    Une vue splendide

    La vue est vraiment splendide (de très beaux couchers de soleil sur la plage). L'appartement est idéalement placé (5 min à pied de la plage et 3 min à pied du centre ville). L'appartement est fonctionnel, bien aménagé et bien équipé. Idéal pour les familles (3 chambres dont une avec 3 lits superposés). Les propriétaires sont sympathiques.

    N'hésitez plus !

    Appartement IDEALEMENT situé entre plage, commerces, restaurants et marché. Vous pouvez poser votre voiture en arrivant et ne la reprendre que pour repartir. Vue sublime. Belle surface. Niveau vaisselle, vous ne manquerez de rien (ce qui est rare dans les locations de vacances). En plus, l'accueil est chaleureux. Alors ne cherchez pas ailleurs, courez-y !

    Why they chose this property

    Since almost 25 years, when of tremendous moments I had the opportunity to pass in this very convinient flat. Since a few years, this flat was totally refurbished. Its situation, in front of the sea, and of the angle of a street gives more perspective to the sight, its closeness of the shpos, everything is gathered to enjoy.

    What makes this property unique

    Horses at a gallop on the beach, sand yachts, kytes, fishmonger's shop Ramet, caterer Kinget, Touquet Fruits, everything is nearby, effortlessly. Between the street Jean Monet (market) and the street holy Jean, in front of first-aid post of the swimming coaches, and the sea clubs for your children, everything is implemented so you'll enjoy
