Pleasant and comfortable stone-built house on a vast closed garden. Located at 100 m of the edge of Yonne in a small village close to the medieval city of Clamecy (3 km), regional park of Morvan (15 km) and Vezelay (20 km).
Stay great volume with chimney, American kitchen. In Rez-of-fitted, a renovated room this year with a double bed and an also renovated room this year with two simple beds. On the floor, a mezzanine with a simple bed and a vast room with a bed doubles and a simple bed. Two bathrooms and two independent WC.
Barbecue, table and garden chairs, long chairs. Possibility of renting 2 bicycles (20€ per week).

Très bon sejour

Maison agréable facile à vivre, possibilité de rester dans le jardin ( repas et farniente). Literie excellente . Cuisine bien équipée.. Petite suggestion : un petit coin pour un compost ne serait pas inutile surtout pour l’été .

agréable séjour

La maison a un certain charme rustique. L'environnement est agréable. Belle balade le long de l'Yonne. Quelques kilomètres à effectuer pour découvrir aux alentours Guédelon, St Fargeau, la vallée du cousin et tant d'autres choses.

Een gezellig huis!

Het huis is groot, gezellig en smaakvol ingericht. De plek is heel rustig! Vanuit het huis kun je allerlei leuke uitstapjes maken. Restaurants en supermarkten zijn snel te bereiken met de auto.

Au calme !

Malgré le temps pluvieux lors de notre séjour, nous avons passé un très bon moment. La maison est agréable (piece de vie un peu sombre) mais on y est à l’aise et la literie est parfaite. Les environs sont très calmes. On a même pu faire un peu de cheminée. On reviendra pour mieux profiter de l’extérieur !

la hauteur de la porte d'accès a la chambre principale a l'etage est etonnement basse ce qui est un danger pour les personnes de grande taille. le lave vaisselle n'est pas très performant.

Nice house in small village

The house was really nice and all the supplies you need in the kitchen are available. The fireplace is very cosy for colder evenings. The big garden is great for outside breakfasts and dinners. The upstairs shower is for short people only, we all used the downstairs bathroom which was fine.

Die Mietobjekt ist in die Jahre gekommen und es besteht ein Investitionsstau. Toilette müsten erneuert werden,Kücheneinrichtung (Besteck, Teller, Gläser usw. sind gewöhnungsbedürftigt und und nicht sauber), Gästen über 1,70 m ist der erste Stock nicht zu empfehlen da der Durchgang extrem niedrig ist. (Beulen) Warum es ein Bettensteuer gibt weiss ich nicht aber das ganze Dorf ist sehr ungepflegt. (Bürgersteig wird mit dem Rasenmäher gemäht und überall stehen volle Müllsäcke rum) Wir waren schon fünf mal in der Bourgogne aber diese Ecke können wir leider nicht empfehlen.

beaux extérieurs, dans village au calme belle pièce à vivre avec jolie mezzanine la cuisine est fonctionnelle ,mais déco vieillotte et certains ustensiles sont bons pour la poubelle la déco des pièces du premier étage date des années 70 la douche et le wc ne sont pas adaptés pour les grands (plus de 190cm) propreté irréprochable Attention les draps et serviettes sont en supplément

Cours séjour malheureusement...Maison fonctionnelle et chaleureuse avec sa cheminée, son piano...nuits silencieuses ce qui nous a fait beaucoup de bien pour des parisiens !!! Les enfants étaient aux anges. Merci encore !!!

Das Haus liegt sehr schön. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Betten waren für uns etwas zu klein und zu weich. Auch der Esstisch und die Stühle sind extrem niedrig. Das Haus ist sehr alt, mit viel Charme, leider aber auch etwas muffig. Mit viel Lüften bekommt man es aber hin. Wor haben eine gute Zeit gehabt.

Schönes bequemes gut ausgestattetes Haus mit großem Garten

Stilvoll eingerichtet , ruhig , in hübscher Nahumgebung mit Bächlein zum Füße kühlen bei großer Hitze, in der Nähe einer kleinen Stadt, die auch einiges zu bieten hat ist dieses Haus ein idealer Ort zum Urlaub machen, Man kann zu Fuß am Fluss und Kanal entlang in 50 min die Stadt erreichen. Ein großes Waldgebiet bietet Wandermöglichkeit. Ein empfehlenswertes Haus!

Agréable séjour dans maison accueillante !

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison, grande, très propre, de caractère et bien placée. La cheminée est un vrai plus, la décoration chaleureuse et le vaisselier parfaitement garni (à l'exception d'un fouet dont nous avons su nous passer :) La literie est bonne, excellents matelas et les deux salles de bain sont bien appréciables. Merci pour votre accueil en cette belle Bourgogne où nous avons passé des jours délicieux.
