Peace and tranquillity

The property is down a lane in a very rural location about 2Kms outside Rance and it is about as tranquil and relaxing as you could imagine with just the distant baa ing of the sheep for company. The bedrooms and bathroom and toilet are downstairs with the living accommodation and patio upstairs which works very well. We absolutely loved it and were blessed with fine weather. To note the downstairs toilet is very compact.

TOP Objekt, sehr schöne Lage

Ein wunderschönes Haus, perfekt eingerichtet. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage absolut ruhig, der Service der Vermieter super. Mehr geht kaum, sehr zu empfehlen.

Hotes discrets, mais disponibles et agréables. Logement et environnement conformes à la description

séjour agréable dans un environnement calme . Le chien, les moutons et les oiseaux sont une compagnie de choix...les mouches sont agaçantes. Velo, plage et baignades, ont fait notre bonheur loin des produits de consommation, et de l ambiance habituelle des bords de plage . Belle expérience de simplicité sans manquer de l essentiel.

Si vous recherchez le calme, pas d'hésitation... Le gîte est situé dans une petite rue. Le calme y règne. La vue donne sur les moutons. Annick, la propriétaire, est très gentille. Le gîte est confortable et bien équipé. Nous avons passé un agréable weekend au calme et en plus sous le soleil. Une très bonne adresse

Bon séjour

Beaucoup de pistes cyclables, et de nature aux alentours du logement. Logement propre, bonne literie même si le lit superposé mériterait d’être resserré car il tangue. Propriétaire agréable.

Comfortabele woning op prachtige locatie

We zijn blij dit plekje en deze woning gevonden te hebben. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad, de woning is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er lagen wandelroutes klaar, de verwarming was aan, het was schoon en gezellig. Dank aan de verhuurdster voor de duidelijke aanwijzingen en de verhuur.

Rust en schaapjes

Het is een heel prettig huis, met krakende vloeren en met een goed uitgeruste keuken. Vanuit deze plek kan je zowel uitstappen in de omgeving in België maken en binnen een half uur ben je in Frankrijk. Een aanrader.

Prima verblijf!

Leuke vakantie woning met veel wandelingen in de omgeving. Niet heel spectaculair, maar goed te doen met kinderen, veel bossen. Het Internet is wat onstabiel en de vloer kraakt erg in de keuken, maar verder een heel nette en schone woning. Vriendelijke gastvrouw, gastheer en hun hond!

Goede ligging, alles beschikbaar, zeer net en vlotte communicatie

Voor een bezoek aan de streek rond Chimay en Cerfontaine is dit een zeer goede locatie. Prijs/kwaliteit is top ! Vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar. Heel nette inrichting, alles wat nodig is in de keuken is aanwezig (kookplaat, oven, microgolf, vaatwas, koffiezet, ...), de foto's zijn zoals het werkelijk ook is, leuk boventerras, bedden van goeie kwaliteit (goed geslapen) !

Zeer aangename vakantiewoning, volledig uitgerust, schitterende locatie, aangename ontvangst, leuk terras. We waren heel tevreden - kleine minpuntjes zijn eerder al genoemd : klein toilet. De Wifi had het soms ook moeilijk. Een aanrader, absoluut voor wandelaars, want de regio telt talloze goed bewegwijzerde wandelingen.

Picturesque green valley

Excellent place to pass a few days in the countryside. The house is perfect for a family of four with a double bedroom and bunk room for the kids. Rance is a quiet village and a great base for cycling (a North South Ravel - abandoned railway turned into cycle track) passes nearby and there are tons of possibilities for great circuits. The forests around the village are also great for walking. The location with sheep grazing in the valley opposite is very relaxing and Annick was a great host.

Uitstekend, goed verzorgde, gezellig vakantiehuisje

Als je iets zoekt om even weg te zijn van alles, is dit hét ideale vakantiehuisje. Het is netjes, gezellig, ruim en met veel lichtinval. De omgeving is prachtig en heel erg rustig (met super wandelroutes!!). Je waant je echt in een sprookjesland, zo'n mooi heuvelachtig landschap. Wij gaan zeker terug!
