This new residence "Riviera" is equipped with every luxury and completely new decor. The living room with flat screen television, corner / sofa bed, dining area, kitchen with induction hob, fridge, dishwasher and oven / microwave, bathroom with toilet and walk / rain shower, bedroom with two box spring. The box spring (dim. 160x200) features two separate duvets and pillows, no bed linen / towels. At the rear of the house is a terrace with luxurious furniture / lounge, also a shelter with charging point for electric bikes. Wifi is available. The house is for 2 adults and a child up to 4 years. Pets and smoking are not allowed. This property is situated on a quiet lane, with detached houses. Within walking distance of the beach and downtown.

Sehr schönes Haus in Zoutelande
Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, es war zweckmäßig eingerichtet und alles was wir brauchten war vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es fünf Minuten zu Fuß, nach Zoutelande etwas länger. Insgesamt sehr zentral gelegen.

Zoutelande, immer eine Reise wert!
Nach Zoutelande fahren wir schon regelmäßig seit über 25 Jahren. Wir lieben den Ort. Meer, Strand, Gastronomie, Landschaft, alles perfekt. Meistens sind wir als Camper hier, jetzt aber in einer Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung kann man nur empfehlen. Alles wie in der Beschreibung. Sauber, durchdacht eingerichtet. Sehr, sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal dahin.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön und sehr angenehm. Wkr empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter und würden diese erneut in anspruch nehmem wenn wir erneut in der Gegend fahren. Das man Verbrauchsmitteln selber mitbringen soll finden wir in Ordnung und Verständlich.

Klasse modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, ruhig gelegen und doch sehr zentral zum Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. In 5 Minuten ist man zum Strand gelaufen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wichtig zu wissen: Bettbezüge eine Handtücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden. Gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist für uns zwei Leute optimal gewesen. Die Lage ist sehr schön, der Weg in den Ort und zum Strand sind kurz. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, was wir schön fanden, dennoch liegt die Unterkunft zentral. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft während des Kurzurlaubes von 4 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war perfekt! Besonders angenehm war die Nähe zum Strand und zum Zentrum; die unmittelbare Umgebung war angenehm ruhig und ohne Trubel.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft und Gegend. Die wunderschöne Liegenschaft war wunderschön ausgestattet und ideal gelegen, der Strand und der Ortskern sind super zu erreichen. Also es passte alles, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, man hat auch im Außenbereich seine Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte mal da.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und super gelegen (nur einige Gehminuten von den Dünen entfernt). Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm und unproblematisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Einzige, das wir vermisst haben, war ein Toaster und große Kaffeebecher.

Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhäuschen
Wir haben das Häuschen bereits zum zweiten Mal gebucht und kommen gerne wieder. Das Häuschen ist sehr schön eingerichtet und punktet mit seiner sehr guten Lage. In 5 Minuten ist man am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch in der Nähe. Sehr nette Vermieter, die sich um jedes Problem direkt kümmern. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt.
